All that glitters is gold!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are proving to be fancy fashionistas at the season 12 reunion.

The ladies of the Garden State glimmered in gold as they rehashed all the drama from season 12. While Margaret Josephs and Teresa Giudice haven’t seen eye-to-eye all season long, they wore the same designer to the reunion. They both chose ensembles from Jovani – Teresa chose a sexy, plunging jumpsuit while Marge chose a floor-skimming gown with a sheer skirt.

Melissa Gorga opted for a mesh number with cutouts. Dolores Catania left little to the imagination with her reunion look. She wore a plunging draped dress that showed off her body from top to bottom.

Both Jennifer Aydin and Jackie Goldschneider went for above the knew dresses. While Jackie’s dress was embellished with sheer details and nature-inspired embellishments, Jennifer, on the other hand, chose a sequined number with statement feathered sleeves.

Friend of the Housewives Traci Lynn Johnson made her reunion debut in a sleek and simple gold gown.

All That Glitters Is Gold

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Gia Giudice grew up on the Real Housewives of New Jersey and has been privy to most of the drama on the show since its inception.

Even though Gia is now an adult her uncle Joe Gorga, and several members of the RHONJ cast, believe she’s still “too young” actually to be involved in the drama.

Season 12 was a turning point for Gia on RHONJ. For the first time, she was directly involved with major storyline drama on the show and wasn’t just a background player. During season 12 fans saw Gia have direct drama with not only her uncle but also Margaret Josephs.

“I think she’s just too young right now to get involved. I just want her to go be happy, be a [then-20-year-old] and just go enjoy her life,” Joe explained on the RHONJ After Show. “She’s been through enough sh-t in her life. Just don’t get involved in this stuff.”

Melissa Gorga agreed, saying, “Margaret is essentially like a 52-year-old woman. To even try to have a conversation with a 20-year-old is just weird.”

Both Jackie Goldschneider and Margaret also believed that Gia didn’t need to be involved in their drama with her mother and that the whole situation was awkward.

Jackie quipped it was “very uncomfortable” to argue with the child of one of her c0-stars while Margaret said, “I was upset. I was like, ‘Gia’s a nice young woman. She doesn’t need to be in this drama.’”

On the other hand, Teresa was in full support of Gia’s involvement, saying, “It felt good because I don’t have too many people sticking up for me.”

Meanwhile, on the Side Piece Podcast, Joe Gorga admitted that he almost quit RHONJ after the family drama on the show started to include his nieces, Gia and Milania.

“I’ll deal with sister. I’ll deal with my brother-in-law. I’ll deal with all that nonsense but not my nieces. You know what that did to me? You know I wasn’t filming after that. I don’t think I filmed for a month, maybe three weeks. I was quitting. Production kind of slowed down; they weren’t even filming that much. I wasn’t there. They were just doing outside stuff. I’m telling you I wasn’t filming,” Joe explained.

He reiterated, “I was going to quit. I was going to quit. I was done. I was like, I’m not doing this. I’m not going to sit on my show and argue with my nieces. No, no, I’m not doing that.”

Joe Gorga is mentioning it all!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband is spilling the tea on everything from claims his wife Melissa Gorga’s lack of storyline to his now non-existent relationship with his cousins Rosie Pierri and Kathy and Rich Wakile.

When Joe and Melissa first joined RHONJ they were on the outs with Joe’s sister and OG Housewife Teresa Giudice. They were however closer than close with Joe and Tre’s cousins Rosie, Kathy, and Rich. Yet, when Joe and Melissa made peace with Teresa their relationship with Rosie and the Wakiles fell apart since Teresa wanted nothing to do with her cousins.

Now, Joe is giving some insight into his and Melissa’s fallout with Rosie, Kathy, and Rich plus so much more.

“I can’t believe we are still there [on RHONJ],” Joe said during an appearance on the Side Piece with Melissa Pfeister podcast. “It’s 12 years later and we are still there and it’s not getting better. It’s actually getting a little worse now that the kids are involved. I get depressed, it’s sad. People say Melissa doesn’t have a storyline, thank god we don’t have a storyline.”

He continued, “In this show, you have to have drama and problems, cheating, prison. We don’t want that, I would rather not have a storyline. Why can’t we be normal? Don’t people want to see that? How to raise your kids the right way, how to love each other, how does [sic] a husband and wife respects [sic] each other. That’s beautiful and hard to see these days. That’s our storyline.”

As for his fallout with Rosie, Joe claims she changed amid her popularity on RHONJ.

“Rosie was awesome. When I used to get in trouble in grammar school, I’d be in the principal’s office, and they would say ‘we are calling your parents.’ I would say, ‘you can’t call my parents because they are in Italy, so you have to call my cousin.’ I lied. They would say [to Rosie], ‘You have to pick up Joe, he’s getting suspended.’ She would come [to] pick me up. She always had my back when I was in trouble. She would always bail me out,” Joe explained.

“But then she changed,” Joe insists. “She got on the show with Richie, and that changed her. Richie held on to Rosie because that was the golden egg to stay on the show. He would say, ‘If you want Rosie, she’s coming with us if you don’t sign us.’”

Joe went on to diss Kathy and Rich, saying, “No, we don’t talk to Kathy and Richie. We are done. We’ve had issues with them. Honestly, they are insecure people. I’m being real. One time they got fired off the show, and we helped them get back on the show with production. We said, ‘we need them back on the show, let’s get them back on.’ We saved them one year. Then they got fired again. We couldn’t save them. We aren’t Andy Cohen. What happens is, when you get caught up in this world that we are in, a lot of jealousy gets involved.”

Jersey is bringing the DRAMA!

On Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen and Dolores Catania teased the drama that went down at the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 reunion.

Both admitted they still weren’t “right” since filming the RHONJ reunion on March 30.

“That reunion was something else,” Andy told Dolores, who then confessed: “I’m not right from it still.” Andy agreed.

“It was upsetting. It reminded me of the early Jersey reunions,” Andy added. “It was really upsetting. It was a lot. No one would listen to me.”

Dolores concurred saying it was the “Wild West.”

The reunion went on a 90-minute detour. In one video on Instagram, Andy apologized for the ” long detour that I didn’t mean to do.”

In another video, he asked Margaret Josephs “Marge, why is this more exhausting than normal?”

“Everyone’s talking all over each other,” Margaret responded. “And half the people are rational and half the people aren’t rational. Some people make sense and some people don’t make sense.”
