Erika Jayne returned to the Bravo Clubhouse during Wednesday’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen after taking last year off from doing press amid her legal and marital woes with estranged husband Tom Girardi.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was as sassy as ever during her appearance on WWHL. Erika didn’t hold back when asked some hard-hitting questions from Andy Cohen.

To start, Erika was asked about her dating life and Tom’s health.

“How’s single life? You getting laid?” Andy asked to which Erika replied, “Good. Oh, yeah. sure am. Got some good dick.”

As for Tom, Erika said, “Tom lives in a memory care facility. I can only say decline and further decline.”

Erika noted that Tom does still call her and that “of course” she takes his calls but adds that they only last “5 seconds.”

When Andy asks if Tom knows of his legal and financial troubles, Erika reveals that Tom “still thinks he’s practicing [law].”

Meanwhile, Erika also weighed in on fellow Real Housewife Jen Shah’s legal issues.

Andy noted that fans have had very different responses to Erika and Jen’s legal troubles. It seems that fans have had more of an issue with Erika’s civil lawsuits than with Jen, who is actually facing criminal charges.

“The audience seems much less outraged by [Jen] than they are with you, what do you think about that?” Andy asked.

Erika replied, “I don’t know, you tell me. I’ve wondered myself. I don’t know all the specifics about her case, so I don’t want to pretend to know. I do know she’s been charged and she’s in federal court. I’m not I’m in civil court. It’s completely two different things.”

Andy then asked if Erika felt he was harder on her at the RHOBH reunion than he was on Jen after watching the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 2 reunion.

“No, I didn’t watch. I never watched the show. I didn’t watch the reunion. I just what’s before me, I can’t tell. I don’t know enough to really give a good answer,” Erika explained.

Erika Jayne insists she has “empathy” for her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged victims despite how it may seem on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In the trailer for season 12 of RHOBH, fans saw Erika’s cold as ice side emerge when she confronts co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff for being on the side of Tom’s alleged victims.

Erika complains about being “f***ing pummeled” over Tom’s scandals “for a year and a half.”

As we’ve reported, Tom is accused of using his clients’ settlement money to fund his and Erika’s “outrageous lifestyles.” The RHOBH star has denied any knowledge of Tom’s alleged misdeeds.

“You wanna be on the side of the victims ’cause you think that’s cool,” Erika snaps at Crystal. “I don’t give a f*** about anybody else but me.”

However, now Erika is singing a different tune while chatting with Page Six about season 12.

“Of course, I have empathy for them,” Erika claims. “I had empathy for them then, and I have empathy for them now. And I trust that they will be taken care of.”

“Listen, I want to be very clear here: I have cooperated fully with everything,” she insists. “Despite what is out there in blogs or tweets or anything on social media, please understand that I’ve cooperated fully.”

“I think you also need to remember that I’m fighting with one hand behind my back. I’ve walked right up to the line of what I can and cannot say. And so I tend to get frustrated when I’ve said all I can,” she continues.

“And I can’t say anymore, yet I’m continuously being pressed about it. That’s why you see me [have an outburst],” Erika elaborates. “And let’s be honest. That’s what they love more than anything, is to needle me because they know I can’t say anything.”
