Diana Jenkins is “on a mission.” 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wants to repair her reputation amid much gossip and speculation about her alleged shady past.

“She wants to end these lies about Epstein and being a madame,” a source close Diana tells Page Six.

“Right now, she’s really focused on shutting down all that’s been said about her,” the insider continues. “She’s not just doing this because she’s bored. People keep on repeating the lies and she wants them to stop”

As we previously reported, Diana sent out a round of cease and desist letters on Tuesday to various media outlets to have allegedly published false and defamatory claims about the RHOBH newbie.

“I will no longer sit back and allow them to smear my name with impunity,” Diana wrote in a post on Instagram. “I have instructed my lawyers to take whatever action is necessary to remove these false statements and to pursue justice from those who have been spreading lies about me.” 

Since it was announced that Diana would join the season 12 cast of RHOBH, rumors have plagued the budding reality TV star. For nearly a year, Diana has dodged rumors that she is a madam and runs a prostitution ring.

Diana has also been accused of having ties to Jeffrey Epstein and being a part of a Hollywood pimping ring. She believes this all stems from her infamous book, Room 23, which features raunchy photos of models and celebrities.

She had denied these claims and even addressed them briefly on RHOBH.

As a result of these rumors Diana has been forced to send out cease and desist letters to shut down the rumor mill once and for all. As mentioned above Diana’s legal team sent out eight letters to various outlets including Enty Lawyer, Sharrell, Jezebel, Gawker, Heavy,  SUR podcast, the South China Morning Post as well as former RHOBH staple Dana Wilkey.

Turns out the RHOBH star isn’t stopping there. Diana is reportedly planning to send out more cast and desist letters in the very near future.

“Diana is on a mission to restore her reputation,” the source explains. “She’s built a great reputation as a human rights activist, philanthropist and businesswoman.”

According to the insider, the millionaire is “very much looking forward to” the season 12 reunion, which is set to film next week. “It’s a chance for her to clear some things up.”

It’s been a rollercoaster week for Erika Jayne! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star celebrated a major legal win while also finding out her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to his mistresses, Judge Tricia A. Bigelow.

On Wednesday, Erika reacted to the latest claims against Tom via Instagram.

“Wow. I knew about jewelry, shopping sprees, and plastic surgery, but this really threw me for a loop,” Erika wrote on the social media platform.

Tom allegedly used $300k of his client’s settlement money to help Bigelow purchase a beachfront condo in Santa Monica amid their affair.

Erika’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star and bestie Lisa Rinna didn’t miss the opportunity to throw some shade at co-star Sutton Stracke underneath Erika’s Instagram post.

“Oh Slutton here’s another LA Times article for you Henny,” Rinna commented with a laughing-crying emoji.

If that weren’t enough, Erika also celebrated a big legal win this week. The Pretty Mess singer was cleared of any “wrongdoing” in a $5 million aiding and abetting lawsuit filed against her in 2020 by two of her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s former partners, attorneys Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn.

The reality TV star celebrated the victory on Instagram, writing, “Thank you to my friends that have stood beside me. All I asked for was time and understanding.”

Shutting down the rumor mill!

Diana Jenkins is tackling the gossip head on. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to her Instagram on Wednesday to shut down a Blind Item that claims her fiancé Asher Monroe is sleeping with their daughter’s nanny.

Blind Item #1 from Crazy Days and Night aka Enty Lawyer reads:

”It is so cliché, but the much younger significant other of this really new Housewife is hooking up with the couple’s nanny.”

Diana shared the Blind Item on her Instagram and insisted there was no truth to the claim and reveled that her and Asher’s current nanny is her 77-year-old mother.

“According to Sources close to Certain housewife current “nanny” working for couple is her 77 year old mother,” Diana wrote. “The same one that helped her raise her first 2 children . But since her much younger significant other does like older woman this all makes sense.”

She added: “Oh mom they are onto you . Thank you internet. For once You made whole family laugh.”

Several members of the RHOBH cast commented on Diana’s post. Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne commented with laughing-crying emojis.

Kyle then commented: “This takes the cake.” Diana replied to Erika’s comment, noting that the Pretty Mess singer “met my mama in Hawaii lol.”

A very family face is hinting about returning to the world of reality TV by joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Kimora Lee Simmons hints that she could be down to join the cast of Bravo’s hit Beverly Hills Housewives franchise.

The former model and Baby Phat fashion designer is no newbie when it comes to the world of reality  TV. She previously starred on Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane and Kimora: House of Fab as well as American’s Next Top Model.

When it comes to joining RHOBH, the conversation first started on Instagram when a fan commented “Love y’all. Kimora join Housewives PLEASE” on the ANTM judge’s Instagram.

“Y’all not about to have me in a tussle,” Kimora commented in response.

Another fan added: “Girl, bring back Kimora 2004 era and watch all those girls fold. PERIODT” to which Kimora replied, “I’m thinking.”

Kimora later revealed that producers for RHOBH are constantly trying to get in touch with her to join the show.

“Different producers call me all the time, people call me to be a part of their show all the time,” she revealed.

Despite producers reaching out, Kimora admits she still doesn’t understand how filming for RHOBH works.

“Here’s what I just don’t understand, because I don’t watch TV. Are they mean to each other? Are they rude to each other? Because clips I’ve seen and the things I’ve heard, they’re kind of fight-y,” she confessed.

“I like Kyle Richards, I like Kathy Hilton, I like Garcelle Beauvais, I like these women,” Kimora added. “But are they gonna invite you to a dinner party and then edit it to a look a certain way? Because honey, I’m not the one. I don’t have the patience for that.”

However, Kimora, who has never been a part of an ensemble show like RHOBH, would like to stay away from the type drama and conflict that occurs on a Housewives-style reality TV show.

“I want to compel people, teach people, aspire people, uplift them, I want to show them how to be bad Bs, how to look great, feel great, manage everything, fall apart if you have to but get back up and keep going. That’s what I want to show on TV,” she concluded.

Erika Jayne is #Winning!

This week the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star scored a major victory amid her various legal issues. Erika was cleared of any “wrongdoing” in a $5 million aiding and abetting lawsuit filed against her in 2020 by two of her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s former partners, attorneys Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn.

Los Angeles Judge Richard Fruin found no evidence proving that the Pretty Mess singer participated in “any wrongdoing” after Sheldon and Finn accused her of “aiding and abetting” Tom in his alleged crimes. Tom’s former partners claim Erika knew that Tom was using their portions of the settlement money to fund the reality TV couple’s lavish lifestyle.

However, Judge Fruin ruled on Monday that the attorneys failed to prove that Erika had any “actual knowledge” of Tom’s alleged crimes.

When making his decision, Judge Fruin referenced Erika’s deposition in which she said, “Listen, they did all the books at Girardi & Keese. They were in charge of all of the ledgers … I didn’t do the invoices.”

She added, “I just thought it would all be taken care of. I didn’t really ask. Like, it’s not like I was raking in millions of bucks … I didn’t know what they were doing down there.”

Judge Fruin also cited Sheldon and Finn’s own declaration that Erika never participated in any contracts between Tom and his law firm colleagues. He explained that Sheldon and Finn did not provide any direct evidence that proved Erika had “actual knowledge” that Tom misappropriated funds to EJ Global LLC. Fruin added that the “evidence” they did provide was more were was all “circumstantial evidence.”

“The evidence is irrelevant,” Judge Fruin ruled. Court documents also state that Erika’s “lavish and extravagant hobby funded by the spouses’ community property is not evidence of the ‘actual knowledge’ any breach of fiduciary duty.”

“The Court finds that there is no triable issue of material fact as to Ms. Girardi having ‘actual knowledge’ of plaintiffs claims of the existence of a fiduciary duty between plaintiffs and [Girardi and Girardi & Keese],” Judge Fruin concluded. “The Court, therefore, grants summary judgment in favor of defendant Erika Girardi.”

Finn and Sheldon’s attorney, Ronald Richards, tells Page Six they plan to appeal the ruling. Richards adds that Tom “had a fiduciary duty to third parties who were expecting money,” which they plan to show in their appeal.

Erika’s attorney, Evan C. Borges, tells Page Six that this ruling is “critical” for the reality TV star because it is the “first time that a Court of law has looked at all the supposed evidence against Erika, and the Court found in Erika’s favor.”

“Because it is the truth, the Court concluded that there is no evidence of any knowledge on Erika’s part of any wrongdoing by Tom Girardi or Girardi Keese, and no evidence of Erika’s participation in any wrongdoing,” Borges continued.

Borges said he and Erika are “gratified that based on a review of actual evidence by a court of law, Erika has been exonerated.”

He expects that other “aiding and abetting” lawsuits against the RHOBH star will also “fail for the same reason,” claiming that they are all “contrary to the truth and based on no real evidence.”

Despite Erika’s win, Ronald Richards doesn’t think the reality TV star should get too excited, stating that “none of the other lawsuits against are limited to a single count of aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty but include a much larger scope of causes of action.”

“The bankruptcy trustee still has the more important and easier to prove claims,” Richards adds. “Both EJ‘s company and David Lira will be defendants at the trial, and Erika Girardi has been ordered to appear personally for trial via a subpoena.”

“We contend it could be proven by willful blindness, and actual knowledge can be inferred,” he concluded. “No one is ever gonna win every motion on every count, but that doesn’t mean you don’t take discovery or try to prove them, and there’s nothing wrong with a difference of legal opinion between a litigant and the court.”
