Diana Jenkins is tackling the gossip head on. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to her Instagram on Wednesday to shut down a Blind Item that claims her fiancé Asher Monroe is sleeping with their daughter’s nanny.

Blind Item #1 from Crazy Days and Night aka Enty Lawyer reads:

”It is so cliché, but the much younger significant other of this really new Housewife is hooking up with the couple’s nanny.”

Diana shared the Blind Item on her Instagram and insisted there was no truth to the claim and reveled that her and Asher’s current nanny is her 77-year-old mother.

“According to Sources close to Certain housewife current “nanny” working for couple is her 77 year old mother,” Diana wrote. “The same one that helped her raise her first 2 children . But since her much younger significant other does like older woman this all makes sense.”

She added: “Oh mom they are onto you . Thank you internet. For once You made whole family laugh.”

Several members of the RHOBH cast commented on Diana’s post. Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne commented with laughing-crying emojis.

Kyle then commented: “This takes the cake.” Diana replied to Erika’s comment, noting that the Pretty Mess singer “met my mama in Hawaii lol.”

A very family face is hinting about returning to the world of reality TV by joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Kimora Lee Simmons hints that she could be down to join the cast of Bravo’s hit Beverly Hills Housewives franchise.

The former model and Baby Phat fashion designer is no newbie when it comes to the world of reality  TV. She previously starred on Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane and Kimora: House of Fab as well as American’s Next Top Model.

When it comes to joining RHOBH, the conversation first started on Instagram when a fan commented “Love y’all. Kimora join Housewives PLEASE” on the ANTM judge’s Instagram.

“Y’all not about to have me in a tussle,” Kimora commented in response.

Another fan added: “Girl, bring back Kimora 2004 era and watch all those girls fold. PERIODT” to which Kimora replied, “I’m thinking.”

Kimora later revealed that producers for RHOBH are constantly trying to get in touch with her to join the show.

“Different producers call me all the time, people call me to be a part of their show all the time,” she revealed.

Despite producers reaching out, Kimora admits she still doesn’t understand how filming for RHOBH works.

“Here’s what I just don’t understand, because I don’t watch TV. Are they mean to each other? Are they rude to each other? Because clips I’ve seen and the things I’ve heard, they’re kind of fight-y,” she confessed.

“I like Kyle Richards, I like Kathy Hilton, I like Garcelle Beauvais, I like these women,” Kimora added. “But are they gonna invite you to a dinner party and then edit it to a look a certain way? Because honey, I’m not the one. I don’t have the patience for that.”

However, Kimora, who has never been a part of an ensemble show like RHOBH, would like to stay away from the type drama and conflict that occurs on a Housewives-style reality TV show.

“I want to compel people, teach people, aspire people, uplift them, I want to show them how to be bad Bs, how to look great, feel great, manage everything, fall apart if you have to but get back up and keep going. That’s what I want to show on TV,” she concluded.

Erika Jayne is #Winning!

This week the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star scored a major victory amid her various legal issues. Erika was cleared of any “wrongdoing” in a $5 million aiding and abetting lawsuit filed against her in 2020 by two of her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s former partners, attorneys Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn.

Los Angeles Judge Richard Fruin found no evidence proving that the Pretty Mess singer participated in “any wrongdoing” after Sheldon and Finn accused her of “aiding and abetting” Tom in his alleged crimes. Tom’s former partners claim Erika knew that Tom was using their portions of the settlement money to fund the reality TV couple’s lavish lifestyle.

However, Judge Fruin ruled on Monday that the attorneys failed to prove that Erika had any “actual knowledge” of Tom’s alleged crimes.

When making his decision, Judge Fruin referenced Erika’s deposition in which she said, “Listen, they did all the books at Girardi & Keese. They were in charge of all of the ledgers … I didn’t do the invoices.”

She added, “I just thought it would all be taken care of. I didn’t really ask. Like, it’s not like I was raking in millions of bucks … I didn’t know what they were doing down there.”

Judge Fruin also cited Sheldon and Finn’s own declaration that Erika never participated in any contracts between Tom and his law firm colleagues. He explained that Sheldon and Finn did not provide any direct evidence that proved Erika had “actual knowledge” that Tom misappropriated funds to EJ Global LLC. Fruin added that the “evidence” they did provide was more were was all “circumstantial evidence.”

“The evidence is irrelevant,” Judge Fruin ruled. Court documents also state that Erika’s “lavish and extravagant hobby funded by the spouses’ community property is not evidence of the ‘actual knowledge’ any breach of fiduciary duty.”

“The Court finds that there is no triable issue of material fact as to Ms. Girardi having ‘actual knowledge’ of plaintiffs claims of the existence of a fiduciary duty between plaintiffs and [Girardi and Girardi & Keese],” Judge Fruin concluded. “The Court, therefore, grants summary judgment in favor of defendant Erika Girardi.”

Finn and Sheldon’s attorney, Ronald Richards, tells Page Six they plan to appeal the ruling. Richards adds that Tom “had a fiduciary duty to third parties who were expecting money,” which they plan to show in their appeal.

Erika’s attorney, Evan C. Borges, tells Page Six that this ruling is “critical” for the reality TV star because it is the “first time that a Court of law has looked at all the supposed evidence against Erika, and the Court found in Erika’s favor.”

“Because it is the truth, the Court concluded that there is no evidence of any knowledge on Erika’s part of any wrongdoing by Tom Girardi or Girardi Keese, and no evidence of Erika’s participation in any wrongdoing,” Borges continued.

Borges said he and Erika are “gratified that based on a review of actual evidence by a court of law, Erika has been exonerated.”

He expects that other “aiding and abetting” lawsuits against the RHOBH star will also “fail for the same reason,” claiming that they are all “contrary to the truth and based on no real evidence.”

Despite Erika’s win, Ronald Richards doesn’t think the reality TV star should get too excited, stating that “none of the other lawsuits against are limited to a single count of aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty but include a much larger scope of causes of action.”

“The bankruptcy trustee still has the more important and easier to prove claims,” Richards adds. “Both EJ‘s company and David Lira will be defendants at the trial, and Erika Girardi has been ordered to appear personally for trial via a subpoena.”

“We contend it could be proven by willful blindness, and actual knowledge can be inferred,” he concluded. “No one is ever gonna win every motion on every count, but that doesn’t mean you don’t take discovery or try to prove them, and there’s nothing wrong with a difference of legal opinion between a litigant and the court.”

The plot thickens.

Just when you think all of Tom Girardi’s secrets have been unearthed, another bombshell drops.

A new report reveals that Tom allegedly gave his mistress $300k to buy a beachfront condo.

The disgraced attorney wired hundreds of thousands of dollars to his mistress Judge Tricia Bigelow the same week she made closing on a home in Santa Monica, CA, according to court documents obtained by The Los Angeles Times.

The legal documents reveal that the payment did not come from Tom’s personal bank account. Instead, the money came from a trust account containing the settlement funds from a client of the Girardi Keese law firm.

Said account contained money belonging to cancer victims and “residents of a polluted Inland Empire community.”

Bigelow’s attorney, Alan Jackson, insists she had no idea the money came from client funds and had no reason to suspect it. The attorney adds that the transfer “was NOT marked as coming from a [Girardi Keese] trust account.”

Jackson told The LA Times that Tom “never shared anything with her regarding the source of any gifts” with Bigelow.

This isn’t the first time Bravo fans have heard of Judge Tricia Bigelow. In December 2020, Tom’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, posted and deleted screenshots of sexual text messages allegedly sent between Bigelow and Tom.

Don’t get your hopes up because Lisa Rinna is NOT going anywhere, anytime soon.,

The reality TV star isn’t leaving the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills despite erasing any mention of the franchise from her Twitter and Instagram profiles.

As we previously reported, Bravo fans noticed that over the weekend, the former soap star started deleting any posts and info mentioning RHOBH from her social media profiles. In particular, fans noticed that Lisa removed her post supporting Garcelle Beauvais’ son, Jax, after he was attacked on social media.

Lisa told Cici.Loves.You that she achieved the post showing support for Jax because the “statement did nothing” and that she’s keeping her Instagram “positive” and “fun.”

The actress turned reality TV star went on to explain that all of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kids, even the adult ones, are receiving threats and that she’s doing what she needs to do in order to keep her family safe. She added that she will no longer be saying anything negative about the show on her Instagram.

Lisa also boasted about being a badass before Housewives while noting that she will be badass long after her time on RHOBH has run its course.

This all left Bravo fans scratching their heads and wondering if this meant Lisa was leaving or had been fired from RHOBH.

Well, turns out Lisa isn’t going anywhere. Radar Online confirms that Lisa is still very much employed by Bravo.

On Instagram, Lisa also clarified why she removed some bits of RHOBH from her social media presence.

Despite Lisa’s claims she wants to keep her Instagram “fun” and “positive,” she didn’t miss the chance to throw some shade at those who are “trashing her name” because they “fear” her telling the truth.

This is the drama that never ends.

Patrick Somers continues to stir the pot and fuel the drama among the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast.

In recent days, Patrick leaked DMs between him and Kathy Hilton. If Kathy and Patrick do have any kind of relationship, these DMs do nothing to prove it.

In the DMs, Patrick reaches out to Kathy, who admits she’s confused and asks him to give her the 411.

Patrick acknowledges that it is very confusing and asks if he can call Kathy instead of typing it all out in paragraphs. An unsure Kathy doesn’t agree to chat on the phone and questions if she’s really chatting with Patrick. For proof, she asks Patrick to write out what he wants to say so she knows it’s truly him and not a setup.

He obliges by sending Kathy a screenshot of his conversation with Lisa Rinna via DM. Patrick also clarifies that he wants to call Kathy via Instagram.

Kathy isn’t quite convinced and asks for a bit more. Patrick explains that the message he sent was in reference to him and Lisa working together behind the scenes to create drama. He continues, explaining that he met Lisa working by working with the Los Angeles Mission. Lisa then referred him to a beauty doctor who does Lisa’s lips, as well as one of Kathy’s sisters. It’s unclear if he’s referring to Kim or Kyle Richards.

The mom of four then gets blunt, asking: “What does this have to do with me? I’m sorry I’m not very truthing right now.”

In an effort to give him credibility and make Kathy more trusting of him, Patrick says that Lisa told him that “Kyle gets her under eye fillers done by her Dr in New York. That’s something no one would know.”

“Lisa contacted me and wanted to push a narrative and storyline based off of what happened while filming,” Patrick continues. “It was at your expense. We knew people would link that “mysterious” text message to you. Hence why I contacted Radar Online and PEOPLE magazine to break the story.”

“[Lisa] lied to you by telling you she doesn’t know me and no [has] no involvement,” he claimed before apologizing to Kathy.

Kathy, who still is clearly confused, asks if Lisa’s publicist Jill was involved before asking: “What did she ask u to do?”

Patrick explains that Lisa was “really upset with what happened while filming, bothered rather.” He then details how Lisa messaged someone calling Kathy “racist and homophobic.” Said person then posted it on social media, which is how “the narrative started.”

He then says that’s when Lisa reached out to him so they could “piggyback off what viewers were alleging and speculating about after those direct messages got leaked.” Patrick then details how they plotted to ensure Lisa’s posts got screenshotted and picked up by blogs before she deleted them.

“[Lisa] wanted viewers to think that [it] was you threatening her,” he added. Kathy asks for proof, saying, “Do you have anything that she said on your DM? I have never said anything about her.”

The social media/PR specialist claimed to have further proof and revealed that he “spoke to someone at NBC Universal after the situation got out of hand.”

Patrick says he chatted with “Meriam Bouarrouj,” who told him that “someone spoke to Lisa and told her to cut it.” Despite his claims, Patrick admitted he doesn’t have proof as “she deleted all of our messages and blocked me.”

After this leak, Lisa had a leak of her own. The Rinna Beauty founder was messaging with Instagram content creator FacesReality16. In the messages obtained by Sarah Galli of The Daily Beast, Lisa alleges that she thinks Patrick and Kathy are in cahoots. She also notes that the plot “reeks” of Lisa Vanderpump.

Patrick caught wind of The Daily Beast article and quickly chimed in on his Instagram Story. He went on to say that Lisa “continues to lie about him” and that the leaked messages “vindicate” him.

“Her big mouth got her caught red-handed, and if it wasn’t for that, people would still think I was lying,” Patrick wrote. “Thank you, hunchback, Rinna!”

He then took a victory lap, claiming he “came out on top.”

However, to add fuel to the fire, Patrick alleged that Lisa is racist and that she has previously staged fake drama for the sake of reality TV.

“She once told me I was “black and with it”…because she never hear me listen to a rap song before that,” Patrick claimed.

He then shared a video from TMZ where Lisa is talking to a photographer who she thought was going to “pop” her because he looked like a South Central gang member. She thought the photographer looked “shady” because of his tattoos.

“For those who think she wouldn’t say something like that…remember this?” Patrick wrote alongside the video. “Lisa Rinna is a middle-aged white woman. So it’s no surprise she’s terrified of “thugs” and thought the Hawaiian cameraman would “cap” her.”

When it comes to proof that Lisa has staged fake drama for reality TV, Patrick shared a clip from the TODAY show where Lisa and her husband Harry Hamlin are promoting their failed reality TV show; Harry Loves Lisa. In the clip, the couple claims their now defunct clothing store, Belle Gray, is being robbed as they do the interview.

“Oh, and for those who also think she wouldn’t stage something with me. Remember when she staged a FAKE robbery on live television to promote her new show?” Patrick shared.

Let the games begin!

The ladies of Beverly Hills begin their trip to Aspen in this episode; however, if you were hoping for an episode chock full of drama, you’d be sorely disappointed.

Much of  Wednesday’s episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was filler BS. Am I right? So, let’s fast forward to the ladies’ flight to Aspen and the drama that followed.

The Aspen trip started with the ladies boarding a gorgeous private plane that Mauricio scored for the ladies. The Agency founder is attending the trip to ski and avoid as much drama as possible.

Let’s break down the sleeping arrangement, as the ladies are NOT all staying in the same house. Kyle, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and Kathy Hilton are staying at Kyle and Mauricio’s Aspen home. Crystal Minkoff, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sheree Zampino are staying down the road in a gorgeous rental home dubbed The Aspen Home. Diana Jenkins, on the other hand, is staying at a hotel down the road.

The ladies settle into their respective accommodations and then regroup for dinner at Kyle and Mauricio’s house. Kathy then shows up at Kyle’s house and learns she’s sleeping in a bunk bed. I’m sure she was thrilled.

As dinner is being cooked, there’s a little tension between Kathy and Mauricio. I think it comes down to Kathy being used to everyone around her catering to her every whim and Mauricio not being in the mood. Some fans think Mauricio was rude, but family dynamics are never perfect, and I’m sure everyone was tired from traveling and just wanted to eat and relax.

After dinner, Lisa pulls out the Ouija board. Kyle decides to stir the pot and ask some shady questions. To start, Kyle asks, “Why did Garcelle unfollow Erika on Instagram?” Love Kyle but ohh, shady AF!

Neither Erika nor Garcelle seem thrilled by the question. A flashback appears on the screen of ladies discussing the group’s Instagram drama on the flight to Aspen six hours earlier.

Garcelle explains that she unfollowed Erika “because she called me a liar.” Erika agrees. “I said she was lying when she said she cared about me,” Erika said, elaborating on the issue.

“Not because of that. Because you said I was trying to bring the narrative that you were drinking when you were actually controlling the narrative,” Garcelle interjected. Erika then claims Garcelle went to several ladies in the group to try to push the narrative that she has a drinking problem and when each woman didn’t take the bait, she moved on to another one in hopes of finding a partner in crime. However, Garcelle says that’s not the case and reminds Erika that she went to her directly to discuss the concerns she had about her drinking, which Erika clearly doesn’t recall. Garcelle remind Erika that they met for drinks to discuss her drinking.

Garcelle then makes it clear she didn’t appreciate being called a liar, and she was emotional about it, which is why she unfollowed Erika on Instagram.

Kathy then injects, saying she agrees that being called a liar is crossing a line. She then says she doesn’t like being called three things “a liar, a thief, a pedophile.” Naturally, Kathy’s comment cracks the ladies up not before the mood turns serious again when Garcelle and Erika agree that they don’t have to be friends.

As the drama seems to be winding down, Kyle stirs the pot once again. This time the RHOBH OG calls out Sutton and Garcelle for laughing about Garcelle unfollowing Erika.

“You guys sat together saying, ‘Haha, I’m going to unfollow Erika.’ I don’t get that,” Kyle quipped. Kathy jumped in, saying nobody cares and that the ladies should take themselves to be so important.

Kyle isn’t having it and screams, “It’s not important! It’s the intent behind it, is what I’m saying.” The mom of four adds that she gets now why Garcelle and Erika unfollowed each other but adds that she didn’t get why Sutton and Garcelle laughed about mutually unfollowing Erika.

“She called me a see you next Tuesday,” Sutton fires back, to which Kyle replies: “Then say that. Don’t say it’s a joke. That’s my f–king point.”

“Ya’ll never even cared about that,” Sutton points out. “None of ya’ll cared that she said that.” Kyle then gets angry and encourages Sutton not to play the victim and to be honest with the group. She adds that she starts to lose respect because it crosses the line.

“Be honest. I’m not going deal with the lies and bullshit,” Kyle says while walking away.

“We’re talking about Instagram right now,” Sutton reminds everyone. In her confessional, she points out that Erika called her a horrible name and none of the ladies defended her, but now that she has unfollowed Erika on Instagram, it’s a big deal.

A very quiet Lisa Rinna notes, “It’s not about Instagram. It’s about what’s underneath.”

“I haven’t heard anyone say anything to her about calling me a C–T,” Sutton says to which Lisa replies, “Why do we need to?”

Diana enters the chat, saying, “But, you are one,” which makes Erika crack up. However, only Diana and Erika are laughing.

“I said she is one,” Diana clarifies after a few of the women missed her comment.

Garcelle makes it clear that is not okay, but Diana doesn’t seem phased. Sutton says she feels like no one in this group stands up for her. Diana brushes off Sutton’s comment and notes that not everyone can be friends. She then lists why she doesn’t like Sutton and ends by calling her “slithery.”

“Let’s talk like she’s in the room because she is,” Kyle notes. Garcelle points out that “no one wants to hear that” and “it’s hard” for people to hear about themselves. Diana is confused and says she’s being honest instead of talking about Sutton behind her back.

Diana then questions whether Sutton has feelings. She claims Sutton came after her while she was “bleeding” and “on the floor” and that Sutton comes after people when they are at their weakest. “Why does she do that?” Diana questions.

Kyle urges a shocked Sutton to defend herself: “You can speak up and defend yourself, by the way. We can all jump in.”

“This is no defending,” Diana insists. “It’s unforgivable. I got out [of] my death bed to come to Garcelle’s birthday party, and she shamed me. It’s unforgivable, especially after she’s had two miscarriages that she hid from everybody.”

In her confessional, Crystal says Diana needs to drop as there are only so many times Sutton can apologize and defend herself. No matter how many times Sutton seems to clear the air with Diana, she continues to bring up the same issue over and over again.

Diana decides to leave and go back to her hotel. As Diana leaves, Sutton breaks down in tears.
