Diana Jenkins has a major update in her lawsuit to find out who was behind the social media attacks on Garcelle Beauvais’ 14-year-old son, Jax.

On Tuesday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbie announced that a Los Angeles judge granted her request to subpoena Meta/Instagram to identify the people behind the accounts who attacked Jax on Instagram last month.

“Great news! A judge in Los Angeles today granted my request to subpoena Meta/Instagram for any information that could identify the horrible people who sent those messages to a 14-year-old. Getting their email addresses, mobile phone numbers, IP addresses will be a great start to exposing them to the world,” Diana shared.

So far, Diana’s costars Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna, and Erika Jayne have commented on her update.

Erika commented “YES” along with the raising hands emoji, while Lisa and Dorit both shared the clapping hand emoji.

Fans commenting on Diana’s page celebrated the update.

Teddi Mellencamp thinks Dorit Kemsley needs to pick a lane instead of continuing to straddle the fence amid the drama on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In recent weeks Dorit has found herself caught in the middle of Kyle and Erika’s drama. Dorit helped Erika pack up and move out of Kyle’s Aspen home, a move that Kyle didn’t appreciate. The next day Dorit chose to skip Kyle’s private shopping party to stick by Erika’s side.

According to Dorit, she believed Erika needed her after an emotionally taxing night. Dorit says Erika spent the night crying after blowing up at the ladies over her perceived lack of empathy for her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged victims. The Pretty Mess singer then got into a war of words with Kyle before being dragged out of the group’s rental property.

This all caused a huge issue between Kyle and Dorit. The RHOBH OG was hurt that Dorit prioritized Erika’s feelings over hers.  Kyle believes that Dorit put herself in the middle of her drama with Erika and that Dorit cares more about Erika than her.

Now, Teddi and Tamra Judge are weighing in on the latest episode of their Two T’s in a Pod podcast.

“You all know I love Dorit, but she is straddling the fence so hard, she’s going to need a tetanus shot,” Teddi said.

“Or maybe episiotomy stitches,” the returning Real Housewives of Orange County star quipped.

Teddi laughed before replying, “No, ma’am.”

“Just slice up the middle,” Tamra continued.

Speaking the truth!

Mad Men star Jon Hamm didn’t hold back about Erika Jayne when he was asked by Howard Stern about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

Stern explained that he ONLY watches the Beverly Hills Housewives franchise and asked Hamm if he does the same. Hamm explained that he’s currently watching RHOBH but admitted that he has delved into other Housewives franchises. More on that later.

“Yes, I watch that one because that one is on now,” Hamm explained.

Then Stern asked Hamm the million-dollar question: “Should Erika Jayne give back the earrings?”

“YES, she should,” Hamm exclaimed before elaborating.

“The circular argument that she’s not responsible. You just want to shake her and go, ‘Honey, they were never yours. Give them back,'” Hamm quipped.

He added: “Then I can’t quite get are they $750,000 earrings or is it $750,000 per earring.”

“Give ’em back,” Hamm noted.

Hamm went on to explain how he got into Housewives, to begin with, or better yet, which franchise got him hooked.

“The one that got me started, the first hit of the pipe [was] New Jersey. Started in Jersey, then went across the river to New York, and then we got on a plane and flew across the country and landed in Beverly Hills,” Hamm confessed.

“I can’t get into the Salt Lake and the Dubai, the Atlanta. I can’t get into the kind of ancillary markets,” he continued.

It seems that Crystal Minkoff’s circle of friends on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has gotten smaller following season 12 of the show.

The Bravo star alluded to her recent drama with Erika Jayne (and Lisa Rinna) in a post on Instagram. As we saw on last week’s episode of RHOBH, Crystal confronted Erika about the fight they got into over Erika’s infamous diamond earrings and her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged victims.

Crystal isn’t happy with the fact that Erika can’t show Tom’s alleged victims compassion but wants her friends to show her compassion. The mom of two also took issue with how Erika speaks to her and notes that she feels the Pretty Mess singer talks down to her.

On the other hand, Erika thinks Crystal is making her ongoing legal issues about her due to her ego.

While Erika and Crystal went at it, Lisa Rinna naturally inserted herself into the fight and, of course, took Erika’s side. In an unaired clip, Rinna tells Crystal to “keep your mouth shut” when Crystal once again brings up Erika’s million-dollar earrings and how the money from those earrings should help Tom’s alleged victims.

It seems that this fight may have been the end of whatever budding friendships were happening between Crystal, Erika, and Rinna.

On Instagram, Crystal wrote: “I don’t want to seem like I think I’m right, but I am; that’s why it comes across that way.” Clearly, Crystal is taking aim at Erika.

In the comments section, one fan commented: “It’s because you have morals; some people in your circle don’t.”

“Many are no longer in the circle,” Crystal replied.

Lisa Rinna’s ego is off the charts. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has delusions of grandeur as season 12 of the franchise winds down.

According to the former soap star, she’s the Lebron James of Real Housewives.

In an Instagram Story titled “Sunday truths,” Lisa writes: “I’m like the Lebron James of housewives at this point. You can’t afford to lose me.”

Basically, Lisa believes she’s the MVP (most valuable player) in the Real Housewives/Bravoverse.

While Lisa’s shady ways are great drama for the show, I’m not sure all fans would agree that she’s a make-or-break part of the cast.

Naturally, Bravo fans are quite divided on the importance of Lisa’s role on RHOBH.

“100% I will not be watching housewives of BH if Rinna is gone,” one fan shared, while a second agreed: “She is LITERALLY always worth watching. Don’t say she doesn’t keep it entertaining.”

Other fans called Lisa a “legend” and the “greatest housewife ever,” with one fan commenting: “We got your back! Don’t let the Sutton and Garcelle trolls bug you out. Mean girls to the left. Fox Force Five center and on point.”

On the other hand, many fans believe Lisa is “delusional” and that RHOBH will do just fine without her.

“We all thought the same about LVP, who we love, but the show went on without her and with high ratings. The show will do well without Rinna,” a fan shared.

“They will survive just fine without her,” a second fan noted, with another fan adding, “Gag, Beverly Hills will be just fine without her. Don’t let the door hit ya.”

Others said that Rinna was “full of herself” and that she was “doubling down on the villain role.”
