Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s former Pasadena mansion has officially sold.

The lavish mansion featured on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been sold as part of the once famed lawyer’s involuntary bankruptcy.

According to RadarOnline.com, the trustee overseeing Tom’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case recently informed the court that  Jun Tao and Peng Tao have offered to buy the property for $7.5 million.

The new owners have sworn under penalty of perjury that they have “no affiliation with Thomas Vince Girardi, his bankruptcy estate, or” the bankruptcy trustee.

The funds will reportedly go directly to Tom’s victims. Over the last year, numerous victims have claimed that Tom and his Girardi Keese law firm owe them millions.

A group of orphans and widows from the 2018 Lion Air plane crash claim they were stiffed $2 million while fire and burn victims Tom represented are owed $11 million.

Erika has denied any knowledge of Tom’s crimes.

Garcelle Beauvais has an A-list wing woman in Julia Roberts!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently revealed that Julia Roberts offered to help her find the love of her life.

“I just met Julia Roberts,” The Real talk show host told Entertainment Tonight at the HISTORYTalks 2022 event in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, September 24. “She said, ‘Oh my god, I need to find you a boyfriend. I’m invested in this.’ And I said, ‘I can die now,’ like, ‘I don’t even need the boyfriend.’”

The Oscar-winning actress later confirmed Garcelle’s claim.

“She needs a boyfriend,” the RHOBH superfan told ET. “I’m gonna be thinking about it all day.”

Garcelle divorced her ex-husband Daniel Saunders in 2000; they share a son, Oliver. She then married Mike Nilon in 2001. The couple welcomed twin sons, Jax and Jaid, in 2007 but divorced three years later after Nilon was caught cheating.

During an April 2020 episode of RHOBH, the actress turned reality TV star recalled how devastated she was after finding out about Nilon’s affair.

“Mike was reliable. He was sweet. I really thought this was my last stop. … I have no idea what happened [during his affair]. I was devastated, so I didn’t care what happened to [the other woman]. My priority was taking care of my children, and now I feel like it’s my time,” she confessed at the time.

Since then, Garcelle has dated here and there but has yet to find the man of her dreams.

As for what kind of man Garcelle is looking for, she said: “My dating life is a little quiet, but I have a lot going on. [But] I am looking for an alpha man with a kind heart.”

Kathy Hilton’s meltdown in Aspen continues to be the talk of the town, especially since there’s so much hearsay surrounding what actually went down.

It’s no secret that Bravo cameras were down when Kathy’s alleged meltdown took place, so it’s unclear if we will ever know the truth about what Kathy did or said, but we are getting more scoop about what sparked the drama.

On the September 21 episode of the RHOBH: After Show, Kyle Richards revealed what went down between the two of them that ultimately led to Kathy’s meltdown.

“Unfortunately, Aspen ended on a very, very bad note,” Kyle admitted. She explained that during the Aspen trip, the cast was “going non-stop” and that emotions were “high” due to the drama with Erika Jayne, so in order to end the trip on a good note, Kyle wanted to have the ladies wind down and have fun during their last night.

“I invited everybody to this private club that we belong to. And we had just arrived to this place, and my sister wanted me to leave, and I basically said, ‘I can’t; my guests aren’t even here yet.’ [That] is basically what happened, and that sparked everything,” Kyle explained.

Kyle added that as the youngest sister, she still often gets bossed around by her older sisters despite her age.

“I think being the younger sister, sometimes the older sisters will be like, kind of, ‘do this,’ or ‘do that,’ and I was like, ‘What? No. I’m an adult, and I can’t have somebody barking orders at me at my age and at the stage of my life. As much as I love her, I was like, ‘What do you mean? I just got here.’ So that’s sort of what sparked it, and then after that, it was off and running,” Kyle confessed.

Dorit Kemsley then confirmed that Kathy made it known that she was not happy after Kyle refused to leave the club with her.

“She was very riled up. She was very heated,” the Beverly Beach designer recalled. “Obviously, her sister, somebody that she’s had a somewhat contentious relationship with in the past, she was upset that Kyle wasn’t getting up and leaving.”

“There was an exchange between the two of them,” she added.

Meanwhile, Teddi Mellencamp claims that several members of the RHOBH cast aren’t being truthful about what went down in Aspen with Kathy.

“This isn’t really the truth,” Teddi said on Two T’s in a Pod podcast. “I never heard anything about any conga line. I do like that, at this moment, Sutton is owning the fact that there was a breakdown at the club, whereas Crystal’s pretending she didn’t see it.”

“It was because [Kathy] went up to the DJ and asked him to play Billie Jean, and [he said no],” Teddi continued. “You know how DJs are when they are in the middle of a set; they don’t want some random, or even some famous socialite, coming and telling them what to play. So, he said no, and that set [Kathy] off. “

The infamous psychic from season one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills strikes again!

Allison DuBois appeared on Monday’s episode of the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast, where she made some bold claims about her arch enemy Kyle Richards as well as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast as a whole.

If you’re an OG RHOBH viewer, you probably remember Allison. She was one of Camille Grammer’s BFFs and appeared in the season one episode dubbed “Dinner Party From Hell.”

During the episode, Allison puffed on an e-cigarette and sipped on an oversized martini while claiming that Kyle’s husband, Mauricio Umansky,  would “never emotionally fulfill” her.

Now fast-forward to 2022, and Allison still stands by her 2010 claims about Kyle and the RHOBH cast.

Allison explains that in 2020 she came out with a book titled “Love Can’t Tell Time: Why Love Never Dies,” which reignited the drama between her and Kyle.

“I had come out with this book, which is my sixth, and it’s got me and my husband on the cover. And I had posted it on my Instagram,” Allison explained to David Yontef, who hosts the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast.

“And it was just a date night we had, and a friend of ours snapped a picture of him kissing me. So I thought that’s perfect for this [book’s cover] because it’s about love stories, soulmates, you know? And when one dies, how the other can move through their grief,” she continued.

“And Kyle messaged me on my Instagram, and she said, ‘Yeah, I saw your book cover. So does your husband emotionally fulfill you?’” Allison claimed. “‘Yes, Kyle, for the record, he emotionally fulfills me every day of my life. Thank you for caring.’”

Allison insists she didn’t respond to Kyle and instead just blocked her on the social media app.

“It’s like, I’m not going back and forth with you. I’m not on the show. I don’t have to deal with it. I live in a whole other space in my life than to go tit for tat with [‘Real Housewives’],” she explained.

“It was like 11 years later. I’m still taking up space in your head? Really?” Allison said. As for why she didn’t respond to Kyle, Allison said because it “would be like having a fight with a 13-year-old eighth grader who thinks her boyfriend’s better than yours.”

She added, “I will take up free rent in that woman’s head for the rest of her life because she knows what I said is true or [it] wouldn’t bother her as much.”

Allison went on to call Kyle “rude,” “demanding,” and “angry” before adding that the long-time reality TV star has a “toxic energy that permeates.”

She notes that Kyle “needs to be loved by fans” and that the entire cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills acts like they never  “left high school.”

“They may have children, but they’ve got arrested development,” she claims, insisting that “money is their focus.”
