Bravo Finalizes Shortlist for RHONY Legacy Spinoff – Find Out Which Former NY Housewives have made the Cut

Buckle up because Bravo has finalized the shortlist for the Real Housewives of New York spinoff.

According to Page Six, Bravo has cherry-picked former RHONY stars Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Dorinda Medley, Luann De Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan to make up the cast of the RHONY: Legacy spinoff show.

There are also one or two more Housewives Bravo plans to add to the cast.

OG NY Housewife Ramona Singer has NOT made the cut, which isn’t surprising considering how she’s bashed Bravo’s plans for the spinoff show.

“I’ve been there for a long time. I mean, never say no, never say never,” Ramona told host Carlos King on an episode of his “Reality with the King” podcast. “But I also feel like the ‘Legacy’ [show], how could it be really good? The people they are gonna bring back are the people they didn’t want to renew anyways.”

She quipped, “So now what? Are you gonna call it ‘The Loser Show,’ the ‘Loser Legacy’?”

Contracts for RHONY: Legacy have not been signed, but talks are underway. Filming is expected to begin in the late spring/early summer of 2023.

Sutton Stracke is opening up about some advice she gave to Kathy Hilton ahead of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 reunion that the mom of four didn’t take.

“I had spoken to Kathy before the reunion, and I said, ‘Okay, just don’t be defensive when you come in,’” Sutton revealed on Page Six’s Virtual RealiTea.

“I hadn’t spoken to her for a couple of days, and then the next thing I know, it was like, ‘oh gosh, well, she didn’t take my advice. Here she goes.’ But you know, Kathy is going to be Kathy,” she explained.

Sutton also addressed Kathy’s ultimatum to Bravo for season 13. Kathy has insisted that she won’t be back for another season if Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne return.

“I don’t think any of us have that capability,” Sutton quipped. “I don’t want anything to do with that – it’s like playing God.”

Meanwhile, Kathy admitted at BravoCon 2022 that she was looking forward to the reunion despite it not going exactly to plan.
“I was like so excited I could not wait; I couldn’t wait, all the other girls, you know, most of them were like, ‘oh I’m nervous, I don’t want to do this,’ whatever, they dread it. I could not wait,” she said. “When you are talking your truth, and you finally get to say what happened. Because, as you know, with these shows, they’re an hour long, commercial time, so what is left, 45 minutes? And eight women. And I’m not one of the stars, so I’m just a friend, so I have the least amount to say.” 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.

Bethenny Frankel Claims Sonja Morgan Almost Got Fired From RHONY During Season 10

Bethenny Frankel claims that she saved Sonja Morgan from almost getting fired from the Real Housewives of New York during season 10.

“Years later, one of the producers, I will not say who, in the car said, ‘I think we have to let Sonja go,’” Bethenny said on the premiere episode of her new ReWives podcast.

The Skinnygirl mogul that Sonja was a “disaster” during season 10 and was laser-focused on issues at her townhouse and her numerous business projects.

“There was a scene at a restaurant called Cherry, a sushi restaurant, where I just light a match about her and Tinsley [Mortimer],” Bethenny notes.

According to Bethenny, Sonja’s friendship with Tinsley was on rocky ground at the time. It was a year after Tinsley had moved in with Sonja as she joined the season 9 cast of RHONY. However, Tinsley soon got back on her feet and found love with her multi-millionaire ex-fiancé, Scott Kluth. Bethenny claims that Sonja was upset to see Tinsley’s life going so well while her life was falling apart.

“Tinsley started out living in Sonja’s townhouse and was basically a nobody who had been arrested. By up to that point, she had this rich guy sending flowers, and Sonja’s poor and bankrupt. I said something to stir that up, and it lit up Sonja, and she launched, and she did not get let go,” Bethenny continued.

“That is an absolute fact. I have the receipts,” she added, noting that later in the season, “Sonja resurrected herself.”

“The girls, they wouldn’t have cared. They wouldn’t have believed it. But the producers will back it up. A thousand percent,” Bethenny claims but insists Sonja “would totally believe me – she trusts me.”

RHOA’s Brielle and Ariana Biermann Returning to Reality TV with New Show About Being ‘Cut off’ From Rich Parents

Kim Zolciak’s two oldest daughters, Brielle and Ariana Biermann, are returning to reality TV nearly two years after their family reality show, Don’t Be Tardy, was canceled.

According to PEOPLE, Brielle and Ariana’s new reality TV show follows the 20-somethings as they leave their luxury life in Atlanta behind and embark on a fresh start in Los Angeles as they work to launch their own haircare brand.

The show’s working title is Cut Off and is being produced by Magilla Entertainment.

Kim and her husband, Kroy Biermann, will no longer be financially supporting their daughters as they move to L.A.

“Skeptical of their ability to fend for themselves and take their new venture seriously, Kim plans to put her girls to the test by completely cutting them off,” a description for the show reads. “For the first time in their lives, the sisters will have to pay their own bills, live on a budget, do their own laundry, and cook and clean, all while staying out of trouble. With the help of their friends, the Biermann duo will have to rely on each other to see if they have what it takes to make it on their own.”

Both sisters tell PEOPLE that they are excited about this new journey in their lives as they attempt to conquer the City of Angeles on a budget.

“Fans have seen us grow up on camera, and let’s face it … we are a mess,” Brielle said. “I’m eager to embark on this journey with my sister, but definitely know it will be a tough road ahead.”

“I’ve wanted to live in L.A. my entire life, and moving with my sister will be the adventure of a lifetime,” Ariana adds. “We’re excited to bring fans along as we launch our business and take a new city by storm.”

The returning longtime OC Houswife admits that she forgot how “exhausting” it is to film Real Housewives.

There’s nothing but love, love, love between Louie Ruelas’ ex-wife and his new wife, Teresa Giudice.

Marisa Dimartino Ruelas, Louie’s ex-wife, is speaking out about his marriage to the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG.

“She’s very nice,” Marisa tells Page Six, noting that Teresa “couldn’t have been more accommodating and respectful.”

The 48-year-old had met Teresa twice before she and Louie tied the knot in August 2022; however, this past weekend, Marisa got to spend more time with the longtime reality star and really got to know her more.

The blended family spent time together in Atlantic City, NJ, to celebrate Marisa and Louie’s son Louie’s birthday.

“Everything was cordial,” Marisa said. “[Giudice] told me that she loves [my kids] just like they were her own. My son, he really had nothing but good things to say about her as well.”

Marisa acknowledges that her relationship with Louie hasn’t always been the best since their divorce but admits things are in a better place.

She also talks about her kids appearing on RHONJ while insisting she has “no” interest in being on the show unless it was a family scene involving her, Louie, and Teresa’s now blended family.

“When it comes to Luis and I, we just basically talk to each other when we have to co-parent,” she explains. “It’s not like we talk to each other every day or go to dinner every day. It’s just about the kids.”

“Once they got married, I thought, ‘This woman is a part of my children’s lives,’” she adds. “I can’t be totally out of the picture, you know, it’s not right for my children. I’m doing this only for my children.”

“My whole thing is it’s all about the immediate family,” she explains. “My relationship is just with their immediate family, which is the kids.”

She adds, “It’s been two years that I’ve tried to stay away from the public eye, and, by doing so, it created less time for me and my other son [Louie].”

Meanwhile, Teresa posted all about the celebration they had for Louie’s son on Instagram.

Louie Jr commented on Teresa’s post and gushed about what an amazing step-mom she is to him and his brother.

“Best stepmom in the world,” Louie wrote. “Words don’t do justice to how amazing you are.”

The claws are out in Potomac!

We’re only a few episodes into season seven, and Candiace Dillard is fighting to defend her husband, Chris Bassett, on multiple fronts.

On this week’s episode of the Real Housewives of Potomac, Ashley Darby claimed that Chris flirted with her friend at Karen Huger’s Spring Fling party.

At Wendy Osefo’s burn session, Candiace called Ashley a “lying ass vindictive b–ch” on repeat after Ashley made the claim that Chris flirted with her friend. Candiace questioned why Ashley didn’t tell her this in private instead of doing it in front of the entire group of women.

“I knew I would be seeing you,” Ashley said before noting that she only learned the information after her and Candiace’s recent meetup. “Wouldn’t you rather me tell it to your face.”

“You don’t have enough going on in your own lies, so you want to bring drama to my door,” Candiace fired back. “This is now the third time someone is coming to me in the group to tell me some bulls*** about my husband.”

“Just remember the pendulum always swings the other way,” Ashley quipped. “It doesn’t feel good, huh?”

Candiace became infuriated by Ashley for bringing up her husband and began screaming expletives.

“It comes from a place of vindictiveness, nastiness, and evilness,” Candiace said. “You’re a lying ass vindictive b!tch!”

“Do you just want to turn a blind eye?” Ashley questioned. “But if that’s the case, then just say so. Just say. I’ve also heard that Chris has been in some other DMs that are not quite as innocuous and innocent as mine.”

The drama between Candiace and Ashley continues in next week’s episode as Wendy’s burn session is still in full swing.

In retaliation, Candiace makes a shocking allegation against Michael Darby.

“Your husband likes to leave you and go to a man named —— ‘s house and suck his dick,” Candiace alleged. This claim shocked the group.

“I was not supposed to talk about this person,” Candiace confesses in her confessional. “But he says Michael Darby is a client of his. That’s what your ass gets because I was holding on to that. You wanted smoke, so here.”

Kelly Dodd has put her ex-husband Michael Dodd on blast by revealing his explicit text messages on social media.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is at war with her ex-husband and reveals that she is seeking full custody of their 16-year-old daughter, Jolie Dodd.

A source tells Radar Online that Kelly is over Michael’s “disparaging” text messages, so she’s finally taking action against him.

“She’s been quiet for years for her daughter,” one insider spilled.

Friends claim that Michael and his girlfriend, Laura White, have been “coming after” Kelly for some time by bombarding her with “harassing” texts.

“Every time they talk, there’s name-calling,” another insider revealed. “She’s tired of the dysfunction.” Sources also claim that Michael is also “bullying” Kelly’s husband, Rick Leventhal.

In text messages released by Kelly on Instagram, Michael calls her a “f—— stupid b—-,” a “f—— stupid piece of s—-,” and a “w—-.”

“She’s worried about her daughter,” an insider revealed, noting that Kelly is seeking full custody of Jolie.

After this came to light, Kelly fired back at the hate she received for publicly going after Michael.

In a now-deleted video, Kelly, and her husband, Rick Leventhal, defended bashing Michael, saying no one has any idea about the “abuse” Kelly has endured.

“Everyone wants to know why I’m posting this about Michael; I’m sick of this s–t. He’s abused me, and I’ve never said anything for years,” Kelly said in a video. “Everyone knows.” 

“And Rick, can you tell them?” she added.

Rick entered the video, saying, “I’m a gentleman. I get along with everyone. I never even had a chance to get along with this guy [because] he came at me from day one.” Kelly chimed in, revealing that Michael made fun of Rick’s large nose.

“I get it. I have a big [nose], but I never met you [and] I’m more than my nose,” Rick continued. “And guess what? I’ve taken great care of your daughter, bro. Great care from day one. I’m looking out for her. I’m not asking for anything but respect and maybe civility. But that doesn’t exist with this guy.” 

Kelly added: “On the show, I was on, I never said a word because I had class. Now, I’m tired of it.”

Kim Zolciak Claps Back At ‘Haters’ Over Rumors Her $2.5 Million Georgia Home Sold At Auction for $257k

Kim Zolciak is clapping back at her “haters.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum denies reports that her $2.5 million Georgia home was auctioned off for $257k after falling into foreclosure.

“My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,” Kim said in a video on her Instagram Story on Monday via Bravo Housewives.

Kim insists that she will NOT be leaving her home until she decides to do so.

“So, what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday, and I’m here for all those amazing dates?” she asked. “I’m here until I f–king want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”

The former Don’t Be Tardy star concluded, “So enjoy the view, haters, ’cause you’re going to be seeing it for quite some time.”

As we previously reported, Kim’s home allegedly sold at auction for $257k on Tuesday, November 1.

This comes after a Notice of Sale Under Power was filed. Kim and Kroy allegedly “failed to pay back” a $300,000 loan taken out on the property in December 2013. This loan was the couple’s second mortgage on the property. They acquired a $1.65M mortgage in November 2012. That first mortgage seems to be up to date, per county records. It’s unclear why the couple is paying their first and larger mortgage but not their second.

Per Page Six, Kim’s home did fall into foreclosure, but according to records, the debt was settled in October.

Kim and Kroy’s home is valued at $2,535,285. The home sits on Manor Golf & Country Club and boasts five bedrooms, and six-and-a-half bathrooms, totaling 6,907-square-foot of living space.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return to Bravo in mid-2023.
