Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce is set to be uglier than anyone could have imaged as new details about the days leading up to their split have emerged.

In the days leading up to Kroy Biermann filing for divorce from Kim Zolciak, the two former Bravolebs called the police to come out to their Georgia mansion not once but twice. Yikes.

The former NFL star filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak on May 5.

On May 2nd, police responded to a domestic call at Kim and Kroy’s home. It’s important to note that Kim and Kroy both state that they did not get physical with each other once police were on the scene.

Kroy called the police, alleging that Kim Zolciak “was refusing to leave” the master bedroom of their Georgia home so that he could shower.

“Nothing physical occurred,” Kroy told police, noting that his and Kim’s four minor children were asleep and unaware of their conflict.

On the other hand, Kim Zolciak claims that Kroy was “shouting at her” and “telling her to leave.” She told police that when she attempted to exit the master bedroom Kroy “would stand in the doorway” before “chest bumping” her.

Then on May 4th, police responded to another domestic dispute at the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple’s home.

This time around, Kim was the one to phone the police, alleging that Kroy “locked her designer purses, jewelry, and passport in a safe before hiding the key from her.” She insists the items were premarital assets with a total value of $175,000.

However, Kroy told police that the items were marital property and that he locked them away in order to liquidate them.

At the time, Kroy explained to the police that Kim Zolciak had a gambling problem and just lost a large amount of money. He also acknowledged that they were considering divorce.

Kroy then escorted the police down to the basement to look inside the safe. According to police, the safe was filled with valuables, but no purses were inside. Kroy gave police Kim’s passport, which was secured in a Louis Vuitton passport cover.

The 37-year-old went on to tell police that Kim punched him in the back of his head after they got into a heated dispute over their marital home.

Ultimately, Kroy didn’t want to press charges against Kim but did give police a recording of the alleged incident.

Meanwhile, Kim then asked the police to stick around while she loaded items, including designer purses and glasses, into her car.

Police stayed for an hour while watching Kim load the items into her vehicle. During that time, Kim and Kory engaged in numerous arguments over the items and what constitutes marital property.

Amid the drama, police encouraged Kim and Kory to remain calm for the sake of the four minor children -Kroy Jr. (KJ), 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 – who were watching this all occur.

After the police left, Kroy called them to complain that Kim was using his credit card. However, when they called Kim, she said that the card was linked to a joint bank account and that she used it to get gas.

She told police that Kroy hadn’t worked in seven years and that the money in the account was from her KAB Cosmetic company.

The next day, May 5th, Kroy filed for divorce. That same Kim called the police yet again, claiming that Kroy locked her out of the master bedroom and she needed her medication inside.

When police called Kroy, he told them that he left Kim’s medication in the hallway.

Kim and Kroy were married for 11 years before calling it quits over their much-reported financial woes.

The two owe nearly $1.2 million in unpaid federal and state taxes. Both are seeking sole legal and physical custody of their minor children. Kroy has claimed that Kim’s gambling addiction has “financially devasted” their family.

As for Kim, she is demanding that Kroy be tested for marijuana use as she has “concerns” about the “safety” of their children in Kroy’s presence.
