New court documents, obtained by TMZ, tied to the couple’s ongoing divorce battle reveal claims from a longtime mutual friend who says he witnessed an intense conversation with the reality star about money, their multimillion dollar home, and alleged threats to expose private information.

According to reports, longtime friend Justin Levine filed a declaration describing what he called a highly emotional phone call with Dorit earlier this year. Levine claims he reached out in an attempt to help the former couple settle ongoing disputes surrounding their finances and their reported $6 million marital home.

But instead of a calm discussion, Levine alleges the conversation quickly escalated.

“During the call, [Dorit] became highly agitated before I was able to complete my explanation of the purpose of the call,” Levine stated in the filing. He added, “While she has previously expressed frustration, this conversation was notably different in both tone and intensity.”

Levine claims Dorit instructed him to write down her demands and relay them directly to PK. According to the declaration, Dorit allegedly warned that if those demands were not met, she would “disclose private information” about her estranged husband publicly.

One of the biggest claims in the filing centers around money. Levine alleges Dorit requested PK send her an initial $50,000 payment followed by another $50,000 to help cover expenses related to their children.

He further claimed Dorit suggested the payments would stop her from engaging in what she described as “dirty games.”

The filing also touches on criticism surrounding Dorit’s reported spending habits. Levine claims he questioned expenses that PK allegedly believes totaled around $1 million on luxury clothing and travel.

According to the declaration, Dorit defended the spending by saying Levine “had no idea about her contractual requirements with Bravo” and insisted the “expenditures were necessary for her career.”

Levine alleges the conversation became even more hostile from there.

Another tense moment reportedly came up when the topic shifted to travel plans involving the couple’s children. Levine claimed he advised Dorit to get PK’s permission before taking the children internationally.

“Daddy, do you want us to have a fun spring break?” the child allegedly texted PK.

PK responded, “Yes, puppy of course. But because I know you’re super smart before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind, the creator is always smarter than the creation.”

The child then allegedly replied, “Yeah, that really helps with the fun spring break.”

At another point in the conversation, PK asked why the child brought up the vacation request.

“Why did you ask me if you want to have a good spring break a fun one?” he wrote.

The child allegedly answered, “Forget it.”

But PK pushed further, replying, “No I don’t want too … tell me.”

That is when the conversation reportedly became even more uncomfortable.

“Why can’t you just book us a holiday? Mommy pays for everything?” the child allegedly asked.

PK then replied, “How do you know who pays for everything my love?”

The child answered, “Can you just pay and book us a flight?”

“Lol I don’t know where you want to go, so I wouldn’t know what to book … it is 10:30, you need to go to sleep,” PK allegedly wrote before the conversation ended with, “Ok, goodnight.”

PK is now using the messages in court as part of his argument that Dorit has continued spending heavily on luxury expenses while allegedly neglecting major financial obligations tied to their home.

According to the filing, PK claims the couple’s marital home is dangerously close to foreclosure and is asking the court for permission to immediately put the property on the market.

In newly filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, PK alleges he has detailed breakdowns of Dorit’s spending habits, claiming the money was spent on high end designer goods instead of being used toward major household expenses tied to their Los Angeles home.

According to the filing obtained from bank statements reportedly subpoenaed in the case, PK claims Dorit’s spending between October 2025 and January 2026 includes thousands at major luxury brands.

The alleged breakdown includes $68,000 at Louis Vuitton, $70,000 at Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès, $21,000 at Net a Porter, $22,000 at Saint Honore, $20,000 at Anton Jewelry, $6,000 at Gucci, and $10,000 at Shopalpoint.

PK’s team claims this brings Dorit’s total fashion related spending to approximately $287,000 during the period in question.

In the same filing, PK compares both parties’ financial activity, arguing he had $4.49 million in total funds during the timeframe and used 41 percent for family expenses, while also spending roughly 41 percent on personal expenses.

His legal team claims Dorit had $3.56 million available but allegedly spent 79 percent on personal lifestyle costs including clothing, travel, and glam, with more than $1 million reportedly going toward travel and wardrobe alone.

PK is also asking the court for permission to immediately list the couple’s $6 million Los Angeles home, claiming the property is close to foreclosure and that Dorit has not kept up with mortgage payments.

He moved out following their split while Dorit continues to live in the home.

As previously reported, Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025, requesting legal and physical custody of their children, Jagger and Phoenix, while PK later requested joint custody in his response.

Dorit has not publicly responded to the latest allegations.
