In this sneak peek footage from part 3 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe Gorga accuses Teresa of taking their parents away from him. Teresa begins getting extremely emotional and says she never talks about Joe with her parents and Jacqueline randomly gets herself involved which makes things get even crazier! The cheating allegations keep coming in for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice! His wife Teresa has just confirmed that Joe does not cheat in an exclusive interview with AllAboutTRH, but now an eyewitness is claiming she has proof Joe cheated. According to Radar Online, a woman named Rosie Jones from Georgia was vacationing in Atlantic City, NJ on September 23, 2012 when she saw Joe Giudice gambling on the slot machines in the early morning hours. Teresa was out of town that day in Charlotte, NC for an appearance. According to the source, Rosie, Joe was seen getting close to a woman and he ended up getting into a cab with her to an unknown destination. Rosie tells Radar Online, “I walked into Harrah’s bar around five in the morning and saw Joe Giudice conversing with a young girl. I know it wasn’t Teresa. She looked more like a working girl, although I can’t prove it. They walked out of the bar together to a more secluded area in the casino and played the slot machines for a bit.” The source adds that the two got a little frisky and ended up going home together. “Joe’s friend came over and she sat on his lap and then Joe started rubbing her face and stroking her hair. Joe had his arm around the girl and as they walked off to grab a cab together I heard his friend say something like, ‘Life is great,'” explains the source. The photos this source provided are below: 
I am by no means a Joe Giudice fan. I think he makes amazing TV and he CRACKS me up, but I do think he should be less harsh with his words especially towards his family. Now here’s my take on this whole story: The girl is clearly one of the cocktail waitresses that go around asking gamblers if they want to have a beer. I find it really bizarre that even though this source had her camera phone snapping his every more, we are mysteriously missing the incriminatory pictures of the lady friend sitting on Joe’s lap. This could even be a Joe look-a-like for all we know. We also don’t have pictures of Joe stroking her hair and we have no picture evidence that this woman got in the cab with Joe. Although it looks like there might be someone in the back seat of this cab, to me it looks like Joe is shutting the door with no intention of getting in himself. How convenient that there aren’t photos of the juicy stuff, pun intended! I know that there have been many stories about Joe cheating, but I think this may be an attempt at making him look guilty that falls very short. What are your thoughts? A few months back ABC’s ’20/20′ ran a segment on the notorious boyfriend of Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers. In the segment, Brooks was exposed by his ex-girlfriend and mother of their son for being a deadbeat dad! Now, ’20/20′ is retracting the claims made on their show in a new public statement. Shortly after the segment aired, Brooks took legal action against ABC for what they had aired about him being a deadbeat dad. It looks like Brooks has finally caught a break because ’20/20′ released the following retraction about Brooks: This is a follow-up to a 20/20 report broadcast June 29, 2012 concerning Brooks Ayers of “Real Housewives of Orange County.” The report said, among other things, that Ayers had left his former girlfriend Nicolette Catanzarite with unpaid medical bills relating to the birth of their son Joey in December 2008, that Ayers had not visited or communicated with Joey since he was 5 or 6 months old, and that Catanzarite had been unable to locate Ayers until he was first referred to on “Real Housewives” in 2011. We want to clarify that Ayers’ insurance paid for most of Joey’s medical expenses arising from the birth, although not Catanzarite’s; that Ayers provided rent money and certain other expenses to Catanzarite for a time after Joey was born; and that Ayers saw Joey a number of times after their break-up in May 2009, the last being July or August 2010 when Joey was 19 or 20 months old. We also wanted to clarify that Ayers and Catanzarite have communicated periodically since that time, and that when Catanzarite was in California in January 2012, she met with Ayers and his girlfriend. In a statement to ABC, Ayers says that he “hopes to resolve his disputes with Nicolette soon.”So basically, all that Nicolette said on ’20/20′ has been found legally incorrect because it forced the show to release this retraction! Do you still think Brooks is a deadbeat dad?
The ’20/20′ segment claimed that Brooks Ayers had left his former girlfriend with unpaid medical bills related to the birth of their son, had not visited or communicated with his son since he was a few months old, and had been difficult to locate until he appeared on “Real Housewives” in 2011.

The statement also mentioned that Ayers and his former girlfriend had communicated periodically since then, and that they had even met in person in January 2012.
In a statement to ABC, Brooks Ayers expressed his hope to resolve his disputes with his former girlfriend soon.

After a season of substantial change, the ladies of RHONY came together for their reunion! We had the newbies, Aviva, Carole and Heather on one couch and the veterans, Ramona, Sonja and Luann on the other. It was fairly civilized for the most part, especially coming off of the RHONJ reunion which was an absolute jungle. The women disagreed without glaring death stares at each other, and I didn’t have to go insane trying to hear what five angry cockatoos were yapping at each other about. Even Andy Cohen seemed much more relaxed and comfortable!
The first topic at hand was Luann asking to borrow a dress from Carole’s designer friend. As we remember, Carole talked some smack about Luann for doing that. This became a back-and-forth royal battle between the princess and the countess. Luann called Carole out on making snarky remarks about the women in her interviews but not to their face while filming. I agree with that point, but I think Carole is just not one for confrontation. I think she was just trying to make good TV and crack some witty jokes in her interviews, but meant no malice. To me, Carole takes this for what it is – a reality TV show and nothing more.
The next topic was the link that connected Aviva to a lot of the women – her ex-husband Harry who apparently got around NYC. He dated Luann in the past and slept with Sonja. Heather and Ramona also know him socially. The discussion here was about Aviva becoming uncomfortable because the women brought Harry up a lot, especially in front of Aviva’s current husband Reid. I think Aviva was a bit hypocritical here because she brought Harry up quite often. Once again, it’s a case of Aviva’s rules applying to everyone else except her. Don’t get me wrong, I like Aviva but there are a lot of exceptions to her rules and she seems to be that exception a lot of times.
Aviva goes after Sonja after she says that “everyone loves Harry” in NYC and internationally. She thinks that Sonja should’ve been on her side because Aviva is battling Harry for unpaid hold support, just like Sonja is battling her ex-husband for a divorce settlement. Sonja disagrees and Aviva decides to drop this personal topic for the sake of the children involved. Good call, Aviva. (Take notes, RHONJ.)
Up next, Andy introduced a film package of Aviva and her very many anxieties, phobias and extreme paranoia. When I saw this, I couldn’t believe what I had just seen and I asked how people could put up with Aviva like this. Aviva then opened up about something she never discusses – her accident, which left her missing a leg.
Aviva’s vivid and descriptive story was just heart wrenching. She has a clear remembrance of what happened and the pain that she endured when she had that awful encounter with the barn conveyor belt. It gave me a little more insight into why she is so overly precautious and anxious. I still believe that she needs to not project such issues onto other people, which Aviva also took responsibility for last night.
Andy then transitions into the new ladies vowing to never become “mean girls” when they were having lunch in the city. Andy points out that Heather left Ramona out of her London business trip, which seemed like a bit of a mean girl move. Heather stood her ground and straight out said she didn’t want Ramona on the trip because the two had had a rocky start when they first met. Heather brings up the incident at Ramona’s home when Ramona was not happy with Heather who seemed to never stop talking and never let Ramona have a word in. I remember this episode and Heather bothered me then too. Heather attributed this to being nervous when filming began, so she did not really know how to act in front of the cameras. Ramona understood and the two have since moved forward. Shocking, right?
Andy then moved into St. Barths! I had to brace myself because I felt the storm coming. St. Barths was the pinnacle of drama this season and I was scared. We saw a clip of Aviva’s anxiety-prompted tirade against Ramonja which ended in Aviva telling the camera that her apology was basically empty by comparing her apology to Rush Limbaugh’s. This broke into Aviva reiterating her apology, that she meant it this time, but that she would understand if Ramona and Sonja did not accept it. Ramona went into victim mode and expressed how “terribly” she was hurt by Aviva. Sonja is not having it, and she goes off about how Aviva has been trashing Ramona and Sonja on Twitter and in the press as of recently.
Aviva says she apologizes and that when she does, it means she will never act that way again, but the ladies still don’t want anything to do with her and there is no resolution. Ramona goes into an emotional rant about how she seems like she has a tough exterior, but inside she really does have a soft heart that she let Aviva into. She said she considered Aviva a friend very quickly and was hurt by her. Ramona accuses Aviva of fake-apologizing only because of the backlash that Aviva received after all of America saw her antics. While I do think Aviva is sorry, I think she is only sorry after the backlash and not on her own accord. Ramona ends this saying she was no ill will towards Aviva, but that she needs a new therapist. LOL!
