It’s been one long year since Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen have seen each other. Today, the two finally reunited for the fist time at Andy’s club house for a part one special with Teresa! Teresa walks into the club house and I immediately notice a more mature side of her. She is wearing a red jumpsuit which is not what we’re used to seeing her wear with all the blings and jewels. She looks great, reserved, relaxed, and ultimately a lot more calm. Getting started, Andy Cohen brings up how he felt when he had lunch with Teresa two weeks prior to entering prison. He thought she didn’t seem prepared. Teresa agreed and said she wasn’t prepared and “felt like she was dying,” and trying to lie in the moment. Andy then points out how Joe Giudice told him that Teresa compared prison to a low budget spa. Teresa explains the only reason she said that was so that he wouldn’t worry to much about her which is a solid reason. I wouldn’t want my husband to worry about something when I already know how guilty he feels about the entire situation. Teresa then talks about prison and confirms that Bravo was constantly being played. She even had a message for those who believe that she shouldn’t come back on RHONJ. She says that no one is perfect and people fall down in life. She happened to fall down in life and is trying to get back up and she wishes that people would encourage each other to get back up rather then put you back down.
Andy asks Teresa why she got a Lexus. Teresa says it was a lease and her last lease came up. Andy then questions whether Teresa holds herself accountable for why she went to prison. She says she does and that’s when Andy asks her to elaborate and explain what she did wrong. Joe Giudice will be entering jail soon and Teresa says that she is more worried about Joe than she was of herself.
Andy wonders why Teresa didn’t have Melissa visit in her prison. Teresa says Melissa applied a little later and it was full. Teresa honestly says that she didn’t want to spend five hours with Melissa in the visiting room and even told Joe Gorga that which they laughed about. Teresa also reveals that she and Melissa are finally on solid terms.
So does Teresa hold any resentment towards Joe Giudice? She says that she lives with the man and she knows he didn’t mean to harm her in any way.
Teresa concludes that from now on, she wants to live her life like it’s her last. I’m really digging Teresa’s laid back personality. She seems over all the petty drama and it looks as if she is just very thankful to be having another day.
