Recently Real Housewives of Orange County newbie Meghan King Edmonds has come under fire for not only her comments about being a step-parent but also her step-parenting skills as shown on RHOC. While Meghan has defended herself multiple times her RHOC co-star Tamra Judge recently took to Twitter to help Meghan out and defend her against critics.
After Tuesday’s episode of RHOC, Meghan opened up on Twitter about being a step-parent saying, “I love my stepkids so much. I might have a complicated life, but I have a happy life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
In the wake of Meghan’s tweet, fans began tweeting to her, and her RHOC co-stars Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge about criticisms made toward Meghan’s ability as a step-parent.
Tamra stepped up to the plate and defended Meghan, agreeing that she would be lucky to have Meghan be a step-mom to her kids. “I agree. I think I told her she’s a great step, mom.” Tamra went on to say, “Meg is an amazing stepmom. Love the kids like he own. That’s hard to find.”
Meghan also made it clear that Tamra has been nothing but supportive of her since day one, saying “Thanks, Tamra. You’ve stuck by that ever since we got to know each other.”
