Filming for the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills began a few weeks ago. Since there are several spots open for the next season, casting rumors have been everywhere. Now, we may have found out who the new housewife will be on the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
E! News reports that singer Erika Jayne will join the show for the next season. However, according to a source, it is unclear if Erika will be a full-time housewife or just a “friend of the housewives.”
“She brings a young energy,” the source revealed. “And she has sex appeal. She’s married but she loves to party and have fun.”
Erika is a singer who has had eight No. 1 dance songs on the U.S. Billboard Dance/Club Chart. Also, her and her husband are friends with Yolanda Foster and her husband David.
One other woman connected to Yolanda was expected to join the show. It was reported that Cody Simpson’s mom, Angie, would be a full-time housewife. She ended up declining Bravo’s offer.
It has also been reported that Taylor Armstrong will be returning to the show.
With Erika and Taylor joining the show, they may be the two to fill the open spots on the show left by Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville. Both of whom will no longer be full-time housewives. Due to her Lyme disease, Yolanda is not confirmed to be returning just yet.
