Erika Jayne is shutting down speculation she’s downsizing from her current million-dollar rental home amid her growing financial problems.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star denied gossip she’s hunting for a 1 bedroom apartment after she was spotted leaving a West Hollywood apartment building with an outdoor sign promoting vacant units on Wednesday, September 29.

In the photos, Erika was dressed in a casual ensemble for the outing which consisted of a grey sweatshirt with bottoms.  She paired the look white sneakers and a messy bun.

The property’s building manager, Michael Coghlan, took to his Instagram Story on Thursday and shared AllAboutTRH‘s post about Erika’s outing.  He clarified that Erika was NOT looking at a unit in the building.

According to Michael, Erika was simply “visiting a friend.” He added, “God people are insane” before noting, “We do have 1 single unit left.” 

Erika re-shared the post to her own IG story.

This comes after Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH, where Erika told her co-star Kyle Richards that she has “zero dollars.”

The Pretty Mess singer called broke life “f***ing bulls***t” as Kyle listened to her woes and they slipped on champagne.

“I’m out here rebuilding my life, but girl, I have zero dollars. And by the time those trustees are done with him, there’ll be nothing. So I walk out of this with nothing,” Erika told Kyle.

Erika has denied knowing anything about her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged embezzlement however Tom, 82, recently claimed otherwise telling a paparazzi, “I think she does.”

The season of showdowns!

Erika Jayne reportedly “confronted” Kyle Richards in an ugly showdown at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion.

According to The Sun, the drama went down after it was revealed that Kyle allegedly “spread rumors” about Erika’s financial woes.

“Erika addressed her feelings towards Kyle at the reunion but left unhappy because she didn’t like the line of questioning,” a source told The Sun. “After the reunion, the conversation continued off-camera with Erika pressing her to be honest about things she said. It was an ugly showdown between the pair.”

“The conversation got ‘heated’ when Camille [Grammer] and Bethenny [Frankel] came out with their stories, and now things have reached a peak with Lisa Vanderpump telling her side,” the source continued.

Earlier this week, in a recent interview with DailyMailTV, former RHOBH star Lisa Vanderpump confirmed Camille’s claims that Kyle spread rumors about Erika’s legal woes at Andy Cohen’s baby shower back in January 2019.

“Erika is annoyed but not surprised after seeing this build-up over the past few months, she feels Kyle is absolutely not to be trusted,” the insider confessed. “Kyle isn’t happy with how Erika spoke to her at the reunion and afterwards, but is more upset with Lisa and Camille who she feels are making her look bad intentionally.”

It turns out producers are planning to run with the recent drama between Kyle and Erika and stretch it into season 12 which is set to begin filming at the end of October.

“Erika and Kyle’s fallout will be addressed in the next season and producers are looking to make it a big storyline,” the source noted

“Erika’s so upset with her costars watching the show back because they backstab her,” the insider added. “She’s most furious with Kyle. She feels Kyle was the most two-faced to her and their friendship won’t be the same.”

There’s a MAJOR showdown at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion but the drama isn’t between who’d you expect.

According to a new report, Erika Jayne and reunion host Andy Cohen got into a screaming match while filming the season 11 reunion. On top of that, there was reportedly “constant drama” between the rest of the cast.

Andy recently revealed that the RHOBH season 11 reunion will be four parts and now we are finding out what kind of drama fans can expect from the special.

“Most of the fighting was actually done [between] Andy and Erika,” a source close to production told HollywoodLife. “And it is what a lot of the reunion will be about.”

“Erika isn’t mad at all at Andy,” the source added. “And she understands he had a job to do.”

However, it turns out Erika wasn’t the only cast member to duke it out with someone at the reunion.  Former pals Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna have a moment of their own at the reunion.

“Garcelle got emotional and she came hard for Lisa Rinna,” the source said.

“Lisa made a comment about race and it set Garcelle off and they got into it. It was a continuation of Garcelle’s feelings after last night’s episode. It’s something she’s quite passionate about. Lisa seems to really love Garcelle though and both ladies are sad they’re not the friends they once were, but the reunion sure did not help. It’s one of the best reunions to date,” the source continued.

On the outs!

Sutton Stracke is losing friends left and right after filming season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In a new interview, Sutton reveals where she stands with Erika Jayne after filming season 11. It turns out they aren’t in a good place.

“I would say we are not talking,” she said on Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap series.

“I think we kind of know my stance on this one,” she noted, adding, “Not much has changed.”

As for the season 11 reunion, Sutton said, “This one was especially long. There weren’t a lot of breaks and a lot of discussion. Like, very serious discussion.”

These days, Erika isn’t the only Beverly Hills Housewife Sutton is at odds with. She’s currently beefing with Lisa Rinna as well.

On WWHL, Sutton recently revealed that Lisa never paid her for Elton John’s charity gala tickets. Lisa hit back while denying the claims.

“We haven’t spoken,” she confessed. “But yes, she seems kind of not happy with me. But, on Watch What Happens Live I said it seems like there’s some miscommunication.”

“Lisa’s so sweet, and I really do love her so much,” she added. “But she’s not happy about this one.”

Sutton also admits that she now believes she and Garcelle were excluded from the group after watching the season back.

“It didn’t feel like [we were left out]. But watching it, it seems like it,” she quipped. “You know, those girls have known each other a long time, and they’re very tight. So, it’s hard to break in.”

Meanwhile, Sutton also recently spoke to Us Weekly and revealed that she still believes Erika is a liar.

When asked if she thought Erika was a “liar,” Sutton replied, “Well, yeah ‘cause she lied. We know that. She will never admit that, and I’m never gonna come off of how I see it.”

She continued, “There were just a few things that I was like, ‘Look, this is what I’ve heard.’ And so I was just bringing that up as a point. I don’t need to be vindicated at all. That’s not my nature. I don’t need to be proven right. I was just stating facts.”

Sutton also clarified her previous statement that she offered Erika money, saying, “I wasn’t saying, ‘Let me write you a check right now.’ I was like, ‘If there comes a time when [and] if you need anything, I’m there for you.’ And, you know, she [said], ‘Thank you.’”

While Sutton feels like the fall guy on this season of RHOBH, she’s accepted her role and is taking it in stride.

“It’s funny because when you get to watch everything and see what’s kind of going on behind your back — not behind your back, but things that you’re not privy to, like, conversations that have gone on, it’s sort of like, ‘Well, wait a minute. But listen, it’s all good. I can only speak for myself. I can only say what I think. I’m not thrown to the wolves. I stand very firm,” she explained.
