RHOC: Gina Kirschenheiter’s Estranged Husband Matt Kirschenheiter Fired From Job After Domestic Violence Arrest, Plus Sources Say This Is All Set To Be Discussed Next Season

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, Gina Kirschenheiter, is going through a tough season. She’s dealing with legal troubles that stem from her being pulled over for drinking under the influence. She was reuniting with her husband until he got physical with her and was arrested for domestic violence. Now her estranged husband, Matt Kirschenheiter, has been let go from his job at investment management firm PIMCO following his domestic violence arrest, according to Radar Online. A company spokesperson stated that he was “let go.” Laura Batty, another spokesperson for PIMCO, confirmed that he is no longer with the company. According to sources, the recent reports of domestic violence are set to be discussed next season on the RHOC. Sources said, “Matt was recently terminated from PIMCO after the incident with Gina. He is devastated, and does not know how he is going to provide for his family.” Matt was arrested on June 22 for suspicion of felony domestic violence. He hasn’t been formally charged with a crime yet, and Gina got a temporary restraining order. Gina said that Matt told her he was “going to f**king kill” her while he was screaming and beating her. Gina said, “He ripped my bra strap off, then took a pillow and hit me on the side of the head with it hard. My ears rang. I begged him to stop to calm down but he kept hitting me.” An Orange County judge granted Gina a temporary restraining order. Gina was also granted “legal and physical custody” of their young children: Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 4. Matt is now allowed supervised visits with their kids. The next court hearing is set for August 14th. Wow! This is very sad and shocking news. My thoughts and prayers are with Gina. Domestic violence is never okay. I was glad they were working on their relationship, especially because they have young children. Then these incidents of domestic violence occurred and it’s very unsettling. I’m hoping for the best for Gina and her family!

This Is How The RHOBH Cast Addressed Lisa Vanderpump’s Reunion Absence!

Lisa Vanderpump did not attend The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion for season 9. LVP decided shortly before the reunion was to be taped, that she was not going to attend the RHOBH reunion, or return next season. Of course, LVP’s reunion absence was a big topic of discussion. According to E News! the cast all wanted LVP to show up at the reunion and clear the air.

The ladies thought that LVP would walk in and make a grand entrance, however; she didn’t show up. Kyle Richards had brought Lisa’s unopened birthday present for her to the reunion. Kyle said, “I think that it was really a big mistake not to be here. If she had been here today, would have all loved to have been able to work through it, even if it meant agreeing to disagree.” The rest of the cast agreed, but Dorit Kemsley said that she doesn’t think LVP is capable of agreeing to disagree.

The cast was asked why they thought LVP didn’t show up for the RHOBH reunion. Kyle explained, “I think that she doesn’t want to face any of us because she has been unmasked. The fact that she was called out, with what originally happened at Vanderpump Dogs. Why would you do that to someone that you care about? That was the biggest issue. So I think that she can’t face that, so she’s focusing on the Radar over and over and over again so we can not talk about what actually happened at Vanderpump Dogs.”

During the reunion taping the ladies thought that LVP had arrived, however; it was Camille Grammer who made an appearance.

Teddi Mellencamp apologized for getting involved in the ‘Puppy Gate’ situation. She explained that she was mad at Dorit for something that had happened before filming. Teddi is an accountability coach and she said that she takes full responsibility for her role in this all. However; Teddi said that she holds Lisa V responsible.

The Real Housewives of Potomac are really bringing it this season! Karen Huger dropped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to discuss everything happening this season. On Sunday night’s episode it was revealed that Ashley Darby’s husband, Michael Darby, was in the news after being charged with sexual assault for groping allegations. It was alleged that he grabbed a cameraman’s butt while they filmed a party on the RHOP. Karen discussed all of that, as well as the current status of her friendship with co-star, Gizelle Bryant. The whole situation with Ashley and Michael on the RHOP was shocking. Karen said, “It was a mess. Everybody was talking about it, and it was well-known.” Ashley stood by her husband and said, “I 100 percent supported my husband. Unlike where Karen was demanding that [her husband] Ray [Huger] apologize to her when his tax stuff came out and totally threw him under the bus, I was really there for my husband, and I supported him and I wanted him to know that I had his back no matter what. And that reaffirmed, I think, to him how much I care about him, how much I love him, and how much I’m always gonna be there for him.” Gizelle said on a WWHL After Show that “it was confusing” for her and the other castmates to see Ashley speak nonchalantly about the allegations. Ashley had explained, “This issue was very significant, and I needed to talk to my husband about it first. I’m not going to say or do anything to anybody else without first talking to Michael about it, because in reality this really is him, it’s his reputation, and I want to take heed and really respect every decision that he wants me to make. If this were about me, maybe my reaction would have been different, but out of respect for Michael, it just wasn’t the appropriate time to say anything to Gizelle.” Karen showed support for Ashley on WWHL. Karen explained, “Because she wants to put up a front, as any wife should, you want to believe your husband is innocent until proven guilty, and so she did the right thing on that one. I think she did the right thing because she’s in a vulnerable position.” She acknowledged that it wasn’t Ashley involved with this, it was Michael’s alleged actions. Karen stated, “You know, first of all, it’s not Ashley that’s doing all this; this is Michael, allegedly Michael, that’s doing all of this. So because of his past history, though, I simply believed it. I think it’s possible.” The charges against Michael have since been dropped. “He’s cleared, and I hope he learned his lesson,” Karen said. As for the friendship that Karen and Gizelle have – they are working on it. When asked about why she was so secretive about her upcoming business deals, Karen defended her decision. Karen said, “You know what, honestly, any person – not just women, who you know, who are creating a business – don’t discuss the details. Even with the dearest friends, until it’s a done deal. So that was my thing, that was how I chose to do it – and that’s how Gizelle herself did it. We didn’t see anything in advance from Gizelle, but when there was an end product we saw it. Why Gizelle would ask something of me that shouldn’t be asked – I don’t know.” How are they today? Karen answered, “How we are today? Gizelle is an old, old, old friend. With you know a lot of old, old, old ways of stirring up the pot. That is not for me. But it’s like a woman with a split personality. She’s good and she’s bad. I never know what I’m gonna get with Gizelle, but you know what, I like her and I accept both of her.” I’m loving the RHOP this season! So happy that they’re on right now. I think this franchise is underrated. They always bring it every season and entertain! Stay tuned for more, loves.

Ashley Darby stood by her husband and supported him throughout the allegations. She made it clear that she had his back and would always be there for him, regardless of the situation.

Karen and Gizelle are working on their friendship. While they have had their ups and downs, Karen acknowledges that Gizelle is an old friend with both good and bad sides. She accepts both aspects of Gizelle and likes her despite the unpredictability.

RHONYC: Luann De Lesseps Is Writing A Tell-All Book!

Luann de Lesseps, star of The Real Housewives of New York City, is writing a tell-all book!

It’s been almost 10 years since Luann wrote Class with the Countess, and according to recent reports Luann is now working on a new tell-all about what really happened with her 2017 arrest, life lessons, the RHONY, and her sobriety. Countess Luann has said that she wants to “set the record straight” about many of the situations in her life.

According to People magazine, Luann was back in court a month ago for her alleged probation violations. Luann had admitted after failing her alcohol test, that she had broken her sobriety when she had been “drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago.” Luann told People, “I take my sobriety very seriously and like many in my situation, it is a daily struggle. I remain committed to doing whatever it takes to continue living a healthy sober lifestyle.”

Luann confirmed to Page Six that she’s working on a tell-all book. Luann shared, “I’ve been keeping a diary of everything that has happened to me. I’ve been sober for eight months, and the therapists urge you to be honest about yourself. But many of the things written about me have been false, so this book is my chance to lay myself bare and also set the record straight.”

Luann has gone through a lot since her last book. Countess Luann and the Count divorced in 2009, she briefly remarried Tom D’Agostino, Jr. for eight months, she got arrested in Palm Beach, Florida for disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, and resisting arrest. Luann went to rehab, relapsed after a lawsuit with her ex-husband and their children Victoria and Noel, over the sale of an $8 million dollar home, then went back to rehab, and took a plea deal afterwards to avoid jail time.

If Luann releases a tell-all book, I will read it! I’m looking forward to watching the RHONY reunion episodes. Stay tuned, loves.

RHOBH: Dorit Kemsley Opens Up About Her Swimwear Line ‘Beverly Beach By Dorit’ Suffering After Recent Lawsuits

Dorit Kemsley is opening up about her legal drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Dorit and another woman in The Bahamas got into a confrontation off camera that never aired on the show. Apparently the conflict was in regards to Dorit’s swimwear line ‘Beverly Beach By Dorit’ and some lawsuits against her swimwear line.

Dorit told her husband PK Kemsley on the RHOBH, “What really irritates me is that, because there are some things in the press about the Beverly Beach lawsuit, which clearly I can’t discuss because we are in a lawsuit, Camille almost wants to throw little digs.” Dorit said that the lawsuit and negative things written about her legal issues have had a “devastating effect” on her swimwear business.

Dorit said in her confessional on the show, “This lawsuit looming over my head, with a company that I’m pouring my heart and soul into, has had a devastating effect on Beverly Beach. I’ve had to pick things up, find new manufacturers, start from scratch.”

The woman in The Bahamas was yelling at Dorit and it was all captured on camera – it just didn’t air on the show. It went viral online, though. The woman claimed that Dorit owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to an ex-business partner. Dorit said to PK on the show, “Why does Camille feel the need to threaten me, to try and hurt our family’s reputation?” PK replied, “Insecurity in her own life, jealousy. I don’t know. How did she make anything of her life? How did she make any money?” Dorit said, “Did she forget where her money came from?”

This is all set to be discussed at the upcoming RHOBH reunion. Andy Cohen said that he discussed all of the lawsuits that castmates are going through. I’m looking forward to the reunion!

Here’s Why Sources Say LVP May Change Her Mind About Leaving The RHOBH For Good!

Lisa Vanderpump has confirmed that she is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and won’t be returning next season. However; sources are saying that “nobody” is taking this decision “too seriously.” It’s being reported that LVP is having mixed feelings about leaving the show – especially after the finale. According to Hollywood Life, “Lisa Vanderpump is feeling conflicted going into this week’s finale of RHOBH.”

Sources explained, “It’s a mix of emotions because it’s an end of an era for her and she feels upset that she will barely be shown, especially on a project she worked so hard on, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden. Lisa knows it was her choice not to film with the other ladies, but she is still frustrated that more of her life wasn’t shown in the final episodes. She is happy they are choosing to show her in the finale, though.”

What would make LVP change her mind about leaving the RHOBH? A source said, “Lisa is saying she is done, but with time and maybe a cast shake-up, the door could be open for her to change her mind. Nobody is taking her saying she is done for good too seriously. The show brought her a lot of laughter and friendships over the years and there is a part of her that’s sad despite her decision to walk away. It’s been an amazing platform for her and for that she is thankful.”

Lisa announced a month ago that she had decided to leave the show, and that she wouldn’t be attending the RHOBH reunion. Lisa had explained, “I’m glad it’s all over. It was a horrible year for me personally and professionally working in that situation, so moving forward now may be time for this.”

I hope that LVP will come back to the RHOBH someday. Honestly, casting for next season could go in any direction. Nothing would surprise me at this point. LOL. I’m looking forward to watching the RHOBH reunion!

More ‘RHOBH’ Legal Woes: Mauricio Umansky Suffers Setback in $32 Million Legal Battle!

Things are not looking great for the women of Beverly Hills! Yesterday we reported on Dorit’s legal drama (for original story click here) and now Kyle Richards and her husband are in the news for legal drama.

According to Yahoo Entertainment, Mauricio Umansky suffered a recent setback in the legal battle accusing him of fraud over the sale of a $32 Million mansion. If you recall, Mauricio sold the mansion to a man named Mauricio Oberfeld for $32.5 million. All seemed fine until the seller accused Mauricio of neglecting to inform him that Umansky had also received significantly higher side-offers. In addition, Mauricio is accused of never disclosing that he had partnered with the buyer to purchase the property then re-selling it for $69.9 million a year later, at a profit of $37 million.

So why is this back in the news? Well, unfortunately for Mauricio, a judge recently ordered that the legal dispute can move forward, despite Mauricio’s team attempting to get the case dismissed. According to the judge, the lawsuit has presented enough evidence at this point to allow it to continue, which isn’t great news for Mauricio and his company.

Further complicating matters is the fact that the mansion in question has been seized by the U.S. government from Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, who allegedly used funds stolen from Equatorial Guinea to purchase it. According to Mauricio’s defense, the lawsuit was just an attempt to take back the proceeds that were forfeited to the United States, thus the request to dismiss the case.

The mansion is famous for other reasons as well as it was the backdrop for the Great Gatsby party which many of the ‘wives attended.

While this in no way means that Mauricio or The Agency had any wrongdoings, it certainly isn’t great news for him or his team as legal battles can get very messy (and expensive.) Kyle is heard defending her husband during the RHOBH reunion so stay tuned!

RHOBH Recap Finale: Hurricane Camille

Happy belated 4th my Beverly beauties! Was anyone wearing Beverly Beach by Dorit this past holiday weekend? Is it still in business after Camille’s allegations?? Let’s recap…

We left off with Camille accusing Dorit and her husband of owing a lot of money and the remaining ladies have the Kemsley’s back as they are over the return of season one Camille. But first: Kim!

Kim Richards is visiting her sister Kyle to catch up and Kyle reveals that Alexia has joined The Agency while Kim is loving being a grandma. Kyle is throwing a party for The Agency and invites Kim; however, Kim is wisely apprehensive as she doesn’t want to run into Lisa Rinna and be called the C word or have a broken wine glass thrown at her (or be threatened with texts.) Should I go on?

Enough of the Rinna/Kim feud, it’s all about the Dorit and Camille fiasco as Dorit is recapping the epic to dinner to husband PK who has been accused of being a grifter (to be fair – where there’s smoke there’s fire!) PK claims the bankruptcy is over a decade old (which is true); however the two have been plagued with money rumors and Beverly Beach is involved with multiple lawsuits so isn’t Camille right to be wary about this pair?

The night of the party is upon us and while Rinna is trying out yet another new hairstyle, Kyle is taping up her boobs as she may have the last pair of natural breasts in Beverly Hills (which I happen to love – props Kyle!) While Dorit works on her fierce pony she contemplates using it as a weapon if she finds herself in Camille’s presence.

The Agency party is….out of this world as we have some galactic type women serving food and Rinna and Erika come looking pretty psychedelic themselves. You can feel the tension as soon as Camille walks through the door as she seems to be the new Vanderpump within this group. Luckily it’s Beverly Hills so the evening starts off with fake air kisses and ‘oh you look lovely’; however it turns quickly when Camille tells Teddi to ‘shut it down’ and tells Teddi she wasn’t worth her time. Camille then addresses Kyle saying she was disappointed in her and feels the ladies ganged up on her as she didn’t jump on the LVP train.

Rinna is next in the hot seat as Camille feels attacked and confronts Rinna (blonde) head on. Camille feels the ladies kicked her while she was down in retaliation for saying something nice about LVP and accuses Rinna of being the real mean girl in the group. I don’t know why any of these women try to be ‘holier than thou’ as its’ well known they have all said terrible things about each other at some point and none of them are angels. I do think people should get a pass when they are going through something so attacking Camille right after her wedding and when her house burnt down wasn’t right (similar to how LVP was attacked after the death of her brother.)

Next up it’s Teddi who confronts Camille about her comment on her not being worth her time. If you know Teddi you know she is not going to be spoken down to; however, if you know Camille you know she doesn’t like Teddi so this is bound to end well! Denise then joins the conversation and gets into it with Camille which is the straw that breaks the Camille’s camel’s back and she ends up storming out oddly giving Rinna a hug on the way out. I don’t like seeing a gang up so seeing Camille being attacked after getting married and having her house burn down isn’t fun to watch.

Once Camille leaves, the mood lightens up and Kyle has some rose wine ready for Denise to try since she missed out on the Provence fun. Side note: I think this is the first time I’m seeing Denise drink anything besides straight tequila! Despite the rain, the party rolls on (for apparently six months) as we jump ahead half a year out of nowhere.

The ladies (minus Camille and LVP) come over to Kyle’s for what seems to be a funeral of their friendship with Lisa Vanderpump. The ladies take turns going around the table as to why their friendship with her is done and even share their LVP sightings. Rinna mentioned she saw her in a parking garage offering her money while Kyle says she saw her at Neiman Marcus; however it was still clear that their friendship was over for good. It’s a bittersweet (and frankly odd) ending to a bizarre season, and we are then treated to the obligatory updates of all of the ‘wives.

The preview of the reunion shows the ladies are ready to bring it; however I will say this is one season I’m glad is finally done.

Dorit and PK Kemsley Respond to Camille Grammer Questioning Their Finances; PK Calls Camille Jealous and Insecure

In a preview of tonight’s season 9 finale of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit and PK Kemsley respond to Camille Grammer‘s allegations about their finances.

This comes after a heated dinner party where Camille questioned PK and Dorit’s finances in front of their RHOBH co-stars.

“Why does she feel the need to threaten me? To try and hurt our family’s reputation?” Dorit asked her hubby in a clip from tonight’s episode.

“Insecurity in her own life, jealousy, I don’t know. How does she make anything in her life? How does she make any money?” PK responded.

In her confessional, Dorit then throws some shade at Camille and how she amassed her fortune, telling the camera, “Camille’s questioning where my money comes from. Did she forget where her money came from?”

Dorit then opens up about how this lawsuit is affecting her Beverly Beach company: “This lawsuit looming over my head with a company that I’m pouring my heart and soul into has had a devastating effect on Beverly Beach.”

Meanwhile, PK also too more than a few swipes at Camille on Instagram in two separate posts.

“Keep talking shit you are making me famous,” one photo PK shared read. PK added the caption “#rhobh.”

Teddi Mellencamp of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is dishing on all of the drama! Teddi recently opened up Erika Girardi’s ‘truth’ comment and about Lisa Vanderpump’s polygraph test on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Erika Jayne had made a statement about drunk people and children always telling the truth. Teddi is not happy with the way she reacted. Teddi explained, “I mean, I think watching that back was torturous for me. My behavior was just so wrong. I think that I expressed myself the wrong way. But yeah, I apologized, and we’ve moved on.”

LVP took a polygraph lie detector test on the RHOBH. She had stopped filming with her fellow castmates halfway through the season. After all of them had wrapped filming, Lisa was debating about whether or not she would attend the reunion. Shortly before they filmed the season 9 RHOBH reunion, LVP announced that she was not going to attend the reunion or return next season.

Teddi and many of the RHOBH co-stars didn’t think that LVP’s test was valid. As for who wrote the questions for the lie detector test, John Blizzard or John Sessa, Teddi answered, “John Sessa, I think.” Andy then joked about how he can’t tell them apart. What does Teddi think about it all? When asked to weigh in on the test she replied, “I mean, what are your thoughts? I’ve said a lot.”
