REPORT: Tamra Judge Is Headed To Trial With Jim Bellino After Refusing To Settle $1 Million Defamation Lawsuit

Tamra Judge is ready to battle it out in court with former Real Housewives of Orange County foe Jim Bellino.

After refusing to settle with Jim, who was previously married to RHOC star Alexis Bellino, Tamra has told a judge that she is prepared to go to trial over the $1 million defamation lawsuit.

As we have previously reported, Tamra and Shannon Beador were sued by Jim in the summer of 2018 for over $1 million after they made some questionable comments about Jim while appearing on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast. The OC Housewives dishes on the bevy of lawsuits against Jim and his trampoline business as well as his “scam” divorce from Alexis.

At the time, Jim claimed that Shannon and Tamra were guilty of defamation due to their statements about him which included claims his trampoline park left paralyzed and the fact that he may go to jail.

Tamra and Shannon denied Jim’s allegations and claimed that their comments were true and/or their own opinions.  In January 2019, a judge dismissed Shannon from the case and order Jim to pay her $137,000 to cover her legal fees.

Jim continues to demand more a $1 million from Tamra, who doesn’t believe she owes Jim a dime. She’s ready for her day in court and to fight back against Jim’s claims.

Tamra and Jim’s court battle will begin on November 8, 2021.

RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.

Erika Girardi is Being Accused of Refusing to hand Over Financial Statements Amidst Worries that she is Spending Money that should Go to Victims!

Erika fitting her shoe collection into her 2,000 square foot rental is the least of her worries these days.

The RHOBH star recently was dropped by her own legal team, only to be picked up again days later; however damning new claims may give insight as to why she is having so much trouble with her representation.

According to People Magazine Erika is being accused of “refusing to turn over bank statements and other documents to the bankruptcy trustee investigating Tom’s assets.”

Erika refusing to turn over financial documents could be a huge issue as money from Girardi Keese is said to have been transferred over to Erika’s company, to the tune of $20 million. The report continued to say that “The motion goes on to request that Erika’s accountant, Michael Ullman, produce a series of “key financial documents” for the investigation, including bank statements, receipts, pay stubs, and all communications between Ullman and Erika’s divorce attorney, Larry Ginsburg.”

Investigators are naturally following the money trail as there is suspicion that she is spending money that was loaned to her from Girardi Keese that should be going to victims. The statement continues that: “Erika has refused to provide access to her management company, her CPA which also houses her management company, any books and records of EJ Global or any of her affiliated companies. As each day goes by, Erika has been publicly dissipating community assets by selling her clothes on public websites, flaunting large jewels on social media and on television, and has done nothing to assist in return structured firm payments being made to her instead of the firm by the California lottery, notwithstanding she was contacted through counsel over twelve days ago.”

It continues to hit Erika where it hurt, calling out her glam and display of ridiculous wealth that we see on TV: “At every turn, Erika has used the glam to continue to aid and abet this sham transactions that have been occurring with respect to large transfers of assets from the [Girardi Keese] to Erika. Moreover, the Trustee has received zero cooperation from Erika which is constant [sic] with someone hiding assets.”

Wow – it’s not looking great for Erika Jayne and I have to wonder why she continues to film a show which highlights here obscene spending. While I believe innocent until proven guilty, she is not acting like someone who is innocent as she does not seem to be interested in helping the victims get the money. I think fans would be singing a different tune if she was doing everything in her power to help recover lost funds; however this report speaks volumes.

Brauwyn Windham-Burke Calls Kelly Dodd Immature Over RHOC Blame Game

Braunwyn Windham-Burke is officially DONE with former Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Kelly Dodd.

The mom of seven dubbed Kelly “bitter” after Kelly accused her of ruining RHOC and getting them both fired.

Kelly blasted Braunwyn over text messages then shared the messages on Instagram.

“We’d still be on the show if you didn’t make things so dark and ugly and brought all that political ‘woke’ BS.’ … Your lies about me, calling me a racist and a homophobe were horribly destructive and your phony storylines didn’t help either,” Kelly said in the messages.

“You just have to laugh at this point — only Kelly Dodd would post screenshots of her own texts that make her look wildly immature,” Braunwyn told Page Six. “I guess that’s what being bitter is like, and I tried to empathize with her, as you can see.”

While Braunwyn didn’t deny that her text exchange with Kelly went down but she claims Kelly “cut out” portions of the texts including where she wished Kelly “nothing but the best” and “hoped she has a beautiful life.”

She concluded, “As far as ‘woke and political BS goes,’ I will never stop or be ashamed for standing up for communities who are hurting. If she wants to see what I’ve been up to, she can unblock me, and check out my Amplified Voices series on Instagram. I bet she’s going to be thrilled with what we are doing with it next.”

Despite the drama, Braunwyn admits she’s open to the idea of finding peace with Kelly.

“I’m a big believer in growing and changing, and second chances (or in this case 10th or 11th chance),” she added. “At the end of the day, it’s just a tv show and we are still neighbors.”

Both women were fired from RHOC ahead of season 16 along with co-star Elizabeth Lyn Vargas.

RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.

RHOBH: Tom Girardi’s Law Firm Allegedly Loaned Estranged Wife Erika Jayne’s Businesses Over $20 Million

Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese, allegedly loan his estranged wife Erika Jayne’s businesses over $20 million.

According to PEOPLE, a motion filed was filed by the bankruptcy trustee investigating Tom’s assets. The bankruptcy trustee says she needs to look into “witnesses who may have first-hand knowledge of this widespread fraud.” This includes Erika’s new landlord Benjamin Khakshour.

“The Trustee is six months into her administration of the estate and is beginning to unravel the numerous transactions which may be avoidable and recoverable for the benefit of creditors,” the legal document states. “Among the possible assets to be recovered are the millions of dollars of settlement proceeds which the Debtor may have transferred to Erika.”

The documents also state that so far, the trustee special litigation council has confirmed that “settlement funds were diverted to Erika.”

“The Debtor has admitted in numerous filed tax documents that Erika’s related companies have received over $20,000,000 according to the tax documents spanning multiple years,” the trustee alleges. “Erika has created a new company after the news broke of this scandal which appears to simply be a successor company. Erika has multiple financial accounts, and the Debtor’s books show Erika owes large receivables to the Debtor.”

The filing also claims that Erika’s legal team was provided with “irrefutable evidence” backing up the claims.

“Due to the mounting legal matters, the SLC [special litigation counsel] is concerned that absent the investigation occurring rapidly, Erika may further dissipate the Debtor’s assets,” the court doc states. “The necessity to trace her money and investigate the receipt of funds, her purchases including the bling and the glam, (diamonds and high expenditures of beauty maintenance, etc.) has become more heightened by these recent events.”

Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. A month later, the estranged couple was accused of fraud and embezzlement in a lawsuit. Tom was then hit with multiple lawsuits for outstanding loans.

Emily Simpson Fires Back At Former RHOC Co-Star Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s Recent Diss That She Should Have Been Fired

Firing back!

Emily Simpson is firing back after Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Braunwyn Windham-Burke after the former OC Housewife dissed her in a major way.

The drama all started when Braunwyn talked to Entertainment Tonight about the OC Housewives who didn’t get their oranges taken away ahead of season 16.

As we previously reported Bravo recently kicked Braunwyn, Kelly Dodd, and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas to the curb.

According to Braunwyn, she doesn’t understand why Emily got to keep her orange.

“Honestly, I think it’s weird. Gina, I get. Gina was very, like, whatever,” Braunwyn said.

“Emily, I think Tamra Judge said it best, it’s like watching paint dry. I agree. I know her in real life and I’m like, you were Eeyore,” she continued.

The mom of seven agrees with Bravo’s choice to keep Shannon Beador and re-hire former OC Housewife Heather Dubrow.

“I think Shannon’s good, because you get the older, long-term viewers, that’s good for bringing them back,” she admitted. “I think the dynamics with the new and the old will be interesting.”

She continued, “Heather’s a great casting decision. The idea of Heather and Gina is going to be weird.”

Braunwyn added that she believes that the producers “should have gone further” with the casting changes and more wealth to the show.

“If you’re going to recast, and you’re going to go the direction of — and I know the new cast members — so if you’re going that direction, I just think that it’s going to be an interesting dynamic,” Braunwyn said.

“You have young, hot, rich, beautiful, cool, liberal,” she added. “And then conservative Trump supporters. It’s going to be an interesting dynamic.”

Meanwhile, Emily clapped back at Braunwyn’s diss during a Q & A on her Instagram stories.

“Thoughts on Braunwyn’s recent comments about you?” one fan asked.

Emily replied, “Fraunwyn can run her mouth all she wants…but she’s still fired and unlikeable.”

Kyle Richards Talks Erika Jayne Divorce Saga; Says She’s There To ‘Support’ Not ‘Defend’ Erika

Divorce drama!

Kyle Richards is dishing on Erika Jayne’s ongoing divorce saga that has caused quite a bit of drama on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during season 11.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kyle reveals she’s not here to “defend” Erika as she doesn’t know the ins and outs of Erika’s divorce from her estranged husband Tom Girardi or the truth about the fraud claims they are charged with. Instead, Kyle says she’s here to “support” her friend and co-star.

“To me, it’s easy to judge someone on reality television,” Kyle remarks. “She’s someone that has dealt with that for years, even before reality television was a part of her life. So, when the audience watches the show, they have to remember, this was six months ago. It was literally unfolding as we were filming. Every day it was another headline, another story coming out, and some of them were devastating, and I’m sure some people think, ‘Oh, she knew…’ and all that shady stuff they’re talking about. But you really don’t know, and if you know Erika, you think, ‘Well, why would she have known all of this stuff?’”

RHONY Cast Calls Ramona Singer Out For Posting Photos With Black Women to Prove She’s Not Racist

During last week’s episode of the Real Housewives of New York, the New York Housewives called out co-star Ramona Singer for posting photos with black women on Instagram to prove she’s not racist.

Pal Sonja Morgan dubbed Ramona a “master manipulator” while chatting with RHONY newbie Eboni K. Williams.

Sonja found it “funny” that Ramona posted a photo with Eboni K. Williams, the franchise’s first black Housewife, on Instagram. A few weeks later, Ramona posted a photo with another black friend, Bershan Shaw.

“I found it very manipulative because my girl Ramona is a master of manipulation,” Sonja told Eboni at an election night party.

Eboni was shocked by the accusation and asked co-stars  Luann de Lesseps and Leah McSweeney, “Are y’all telling me that Ramona is posting pictures rapid-fire of black women in her life to counter a narrative that she’s racist?”

The group responded, “Yes.”

In their confessionals further reacted to Sonja’s accusation against Ramona.

“Obvi,” Leah said, “It does sound like a typical Ramona move,” with Luann replying, “Yeah.”

Sonja also made it known that she’s not a fan of people who jump on the bandwagon of certain social causes when it’s popular.

“Don’t ride a cause to look good,” Sonja said. “I don’t like fake.”

She continued, “Shut the f–k up unless you’re living it, feeling it, and breathing it, that’s it. I love Ramona Singer, but don’t you f–king post a picture and say, ‘I like my new friend!’”

Heather Dubrow Says She Wasn’t the Egg Donor For Andy Cohen’s Son Ben Plus Andy Admits He Wants Another Kid!

Not so fast!

Heather Dubrow denies she was the egg donor for Andy Cohen’s son Ben Cohen.

“Everyone wants to know … I’m going to let you dispel the rumors, ready?” the returning Real Housewives of Orange County star told Andy on the  Wednesday, June 16th episode of her PodcastOne show, “Heather Dubrow’s World.”

“No, you did not, but it’s very funny because, as we said before, that would really be an HR issue,” the WWHL host replied.

However, Andy did note that the Housewife would have been “a good candidate” for the job.

Andy announced in December 2018 that he was expecting his first child via surrogate. He welcomed his son Ben a few months later, in February 2019.

On Heather’s podcast, Andy admitted finding an egg donor was “frankly the hardest part of this entire process.” Initally Andy wanted to find a Jewish egg donor before eventually deciding he just wanted to find a “healthy” match.

When asked he wants to have any more kids, Andy confessed that he “would like to” but said it would need to happen “ASAP.”

Andy went on to describe himself as an “old dad” and says he would like to extend his family so his son will have “stability and people around for him.”

RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.

RHOBH Recap: The Liberation of Erika Jayne

Hello Beverly Hills fans! The big divorce episode is here, and before we begin I just have to say: Erika with her red dress, walking in with the crucifix behind her makes her look evil. Did anyone notice that camera angle there?!

Erika arrives to the Paris party and acts like nothing is wrong, breezing through the door as if nothing has happened. She even has the audacity to ask ‘what’s going on’ and have some light party chit chat. After talk of caviar and Parisian attire, Erika opens up revealing her truth, however I have to wonder if it’s the whole truth. Erika claims that she had to get out of her marriage as she was over being belittled and dismissed; however after 22 years of marriage it’s a bit of a coincidence that she pulled the plug at the same time he went broke and got Alzheimer’s. #JustSaying. I know the fans are going to be complaining that the ladies just go along with her explanation with zero pushback after seasons of them doubting everyone else’s truth. Erika also lets it’s slip that she stole some of the furniture from their Pasadena mansion, and I hope there is a lawyer somewhere taking notes.

Despite us all watching for the Erika/Tom Girardi drama, we have to put focus elsewhere so we have to listen to Dorit and Kyle’s ridiculous argument that no one cares about.  The ladies nip their problem in the bud as after Erika’s big announcement, their drama pales in comparison. With the two resolving their problems, Sutton and Crystal still have theirs and as ridiculous Sutton is, Crysstal is being way too sensitive here. If Crystal is going to hang with this group, having a girlfriend getting a glimpse of you getting changed on a trip is going to be the least of your worries darling. I like Crystal so far, but I’m hoping she’s not trying to make this bigger than it is just so that she has a storyline. In Sutton’s own words: “Let the mouse go.”

Garcelle is someone that would love for the right person to see her naked, as she is looking for love and even has a coach to help her in the process. I love Garcelle and find her authentic and a breath of fresh air in this franchise. Considering everything that Garcelle has been through in her love life and how she carries herself, if anyone deserves true love, it’s her. I hope that she finds her man as I think that she truly deserves to be happy, and she seems to have everything else in her life minus Mr. Right.

Across town, we see Erika’s new place and despite it being a downgrade from her Pasadena mansion, it’s still luxurious and aspirational to the vast majority of people in this world. Erika’s biggest task seems to be fitting her gigantic designer wardrobe into the guest rooms; however fortunately she still has Mikey and an assistant to help make it happen. Erika reveals some details of her marriage, such as Tom telling a colleague he could have Erika if he could afford her and being disparaging to her throughout her marriage; however once again the timing is way too suspicious. Why put up with it for 22 years then decide to leave just before Tom Girardi’s life falls apart? Either it’s the biggest coincidence in housewives history or Erika isn’t telling the whole truth – you be the judge.

To celebrate her divorce, Rinna and Erika meet for drinks and discuss Rinna Beauty which is launching a lip kit line based off Rinna’s infamous pout. Erika loosens up over a hot-toddie (to be clear – not sure how to spell that) and reveals that she left her two decade marriage without so much as leaving a note. Erika stated that she drove Tom to work, told him she loved him and that’s the last she’s ever seen of him. Perhaps her new tagline should be ‘That’s not ice or diamonds – that’s just plain cold.’ 

The ladies arrive at Crystal’s to make dumplings which is an adorable activity if you ask me; however Erika comes in not so innocent bragging about some magical oil all over her know you what. Sutton and Crystal fortunately escape any more of Erika’s TMI comments and step aside to discuss their issues. The two ladies agree that they are over fighting but can’t stop talking about the coat incident despite promising each other that it’s over. Listen ladies, all we are interested in is the Girardi drama this season so fix this so we can move on once and for all. Unfortunately for us, their drama seems to go into next week so get ready for more naked coat drama.

Kelly Dodd Confirms Her DaughterJolie Has COVID-19; Former RHOC Star Also Claims She Caught COVID Earlier This Year From Heather Dubrow’s Son

Kelly Dodd’s teenage daughter has COVID-19.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum confirmed the news that her daughter Jolie Dodd, 14, has COVID on her Instagram Story, Monday.

“My daughter has COVID,” Kelly said in a video of Jolie sitting at the kitchen counter.

“I thought it was over,” she added of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the clip, Jolie, who sipped on soup and mom, seemed unphased by the diagnosis while her mom reassured her “you look so pretty.”

Meanwhile, earlier this week Kelly revealed that she and hubby Rick Leventhal had COVID earlier this. She also blamed Heather Dubrow’s son for giving them the virus. According to Kelly, Heather’s 16-year-old son, Nicholas Dubrow gave them COVID on New Year’s Eve.

On Instagram, Kelly showed footage of her and Rick outside a vaccination facility, where Kelly revealed the former RHOC couple were finally getting vaccinated.

“We are getting our COVID shots today,” Kelly said in the video while panning the camera over to include Rick. “We’re going with Johnson & Johnson.”

“Johnson & Johnson ’cause it’s one shot,” Rick added. “One time only.”

Kelly then noted that she and Rick “have the antibodies” after they “got COVID on New Year’s. Heather Dubrow’s son gave it to us.”

“Thanks, buddy,” Rick quipped while Kelly added, “Yeah, thanks.”

“Anyways, we’re getting the shots,” Kelly said. “We’re getting the vaccine.”

In April 2020, Kelly received backlash after saying the COVID pandemic was “God’s way of thinning the herd.” She later admitted that she regretted the comment and called it the “stupidest thing I’ve ever said.”

RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.
