In July 2022, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing. The US attorney agreed to drop conspiracy to commit money laundering as part of Jen’s plea deal. As part of the deal, Jen faces “up to 168 months” in prison. She also has “agreed to forfeit $6 million, and restitution of $9 million.” The mom of two also waived her right to an appeal as part of her plea deal. During her July court appearance, the reality TV star finally admitted her guilt and apologized for her actions. “Wire fraud, offering services with little to no value. We used interstate telephones and emails. I knew many of the purchasers were over the age of 55. I am so sorry,” Jen stated. She also admitted that she knew what she was doing was “wrong and illegal.” Before this, Jen adamantly denied the charges against her, which include conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection to a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme against the elderly. In a recently filed request, Jen begged the court only to sentence her to 36 months behind bars. Stay tuned for more on this developing story. As part of her plea deal, Jen Shah faces a potential prison sentence of “up to 168 months.” She has also agreed to forfeit $6 million and pay restitution of $9 million. Additionally, she waived her right to an appeal.

Yes, during her court appearance, Jen Shah admitted her guilt and apologized for her actions. She acknowledged that she engaged in wire fraud by offering services with little to no value, using interstate telephones and emails. She also expressed remorse for targeting individuals over the age of 55 and acknowledged that her actions were both wrong and illegal.

Lisa Rinna’s Departure from RHOBH: A Game-Changing Exit

Lisa Rinna is turning in her diamond ahead of season 13 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Late today, the actress-turned-reality TV star announced she was exiting RHOBH after eight seasons on the show.

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career, and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run, and I am excited for what is to come!” Rinna said in a statement, according to PEOPLE.

This decision comes as Rinna’s RHOBH contract expired following the end of season 12. After doing some self-reflection, Rinna and Bravo came to the mutual decision for her to exit the Beverly Hills Housewives franchise. Rinna joined RHOBH during its fifth season in 2014. Over the years, she became most known for her iconic catchphrases, which included “Own it, baby!” Throughout her time on the show, Rinna became quite infamous for her savage fights with several co-stars, including Kim Richards, Yolanda Hadid, Lisa Vanderpump, Denise Richards, and, most recently, Kathy Hilton. Despite the constant hate Rinna received from fans, she “owned it” and lavished the attention – even if it was negative. At BravoCon 2022, Rinna was unbothered after getting booed by the audience during the RHOBH panel. “I got booed! It was fabulous,” Rinna told PEOPLE at the time. “I’m like a wrestler. The wrestlers get booed. The most famous wrestlers in the world get booed. The Rock [Dwayne Johnson] got booed, for God’s sake. I loved it. I’ve been in this business for 32 years.”

“It’s a TV show, for God’s sake,” she shared. “Call me whatever you want, believe whatever you want, I tell the truth. I always have. Go back to that.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.

Government Adds New Evidence, Sentencing and Restraining Order: RHOSLC Star Faces Friday Sentencing

It’s not looking good for Jen Shah in RHOSLC. Just days before the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star learns her fate, prosecutors have submitted new evidence for the judge to consider before sentencing. Prosecutors want the judge to consider a 2019 restraining order before they sentence Jen on January 6. In the restraining order, a woman claims she had trouble with the reality TV star several years ago.
According to the feds, the woman contacted them via letter to make them aware of Jen’s past behavior, and they believe this proves how Jen interacted with others and shows her true character. Prosecutors hope this new evidence will result in a harsher sentence for Jen. In the restraining order filed in Nevada, the woman claims that Jen stalked and harassed her four years ago after the mom of two allegedly had an affair with the woman’s husband. The drama resulted in a blowout between Jen and the woman after the unidentified woman sent screenshots of texts to Jen’s husband, Coach Shah. After ignoring Jen when she tried to confront her, the reality TV star drove across state lines to address the woman in person. Jen showed up at the woman’s house at 2:30 am. The woman then called the cops and was ultimately granted a TRO. Jen’s attorney, Priya Chaudhry, denies the claims against her client. Chaudhry tells TMZ, “We have proof that this woman is lying about this alleged affair—an email from this woman to Ms. Shah’s husband dated four days after the restraining order in which she acknowledges that there was no affair. This scorned woman lied to the prosecutors in an attempt to exact her own revenge against Jen Shah.” She continues, “Jen Shah has taken full responsibility for her mistakes and accepts that she should be punished for them. It is sad that people with an axe to grind would use this moment to detract from justice.” The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.

The woman contacted the authorities via letter to make them aware of Jen’s past behavior, and prosecutors believe this evidence demonstrates how Jen interacted with others and reveals her true character.

The restraining order filed in Nevada alleges that Jen stalked and harassed a woman four years ago after the woman’s husband allegedly had an affair with Jen. The drama escalated when the woman sent screenshots of texts to Jen’s husband, leading to a confrontation between Jen and the woman. Jen showed up at the woman’s house at 2:30 am, prompting the woman to call the police and ultimately obtain a temporary restraining order (TRO).

Jen Shah’s attorney, Priya Chaudhry, denies the claims made against her client. Chaudhry states that they have proof that the woman who filed the restraining order is lying about the alleged affair. She mentions an email from the woman to Jen’s husband, dated four days after the restraining order, in which the woman acknowledges that there was no affair. Chaudhry suggests that the woman lied to the prosecutors in an attempt to seek revenge against Jen.

The plot thickens as Lisa Hochstein enters the scene. Lenny and Lisa Hochstein’s divorce continues to get uglier by the day. The Miami-based plastic surgeon has now accused his estranged wife of “abuse” during their marriage. “Lisa treated me like her servant,” Lenny recently claimed in a comment on Instagram. “She refused to help me with the smallest requests, yelled at me on a weekly if not daily basis, established a life completely away from me, stayed out partying when I was home, criticized everything I did (except working hard), shoved her friends who I disliked down my throat, embarrassed me in public in front of my friends and refused to do anything with me,” he continued. “One of the guys [Lisa’s] dating has been to our home, has vacationed with us, and has had a ‘friendly’ relationship with her for seven years,” Lenny added in his reply to a fan, “but I’m the bad guy?”
The Real Housewives of Miami star denies Lenny’s claims completely. Lisa commented on AllAboutTRH‘s post, about Lenny’s latest claim, saying, “He’s delusional.”  “I can’t wait to tell my story. [There’s] so much more to this story,” Lisa added. Meanwhile, Lisa then told Page Six: “After getting caught on a hot mic with no way to walk back his infidelity and nonsense, he goes to social media with his girlfriend, who’s a self-proclaimed ‘home-wrecking whore’ to make up lies. Lenny, I’m really starting to worry for you.” Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Miami is currently airing on Peacock, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.

The longtime Real Housewives of Orange County star revealed on Instagram that she married her beau Travis Mullen in an intimate backyard wedding thrown by their kids. “Sooooo….we’re married now,” Gina wrote on Instagram alongside a video of her and Travis’ blended family. “The kiddos threw me and [Travis] the sweetest little surprise backyard wedding.” In the video, Gina’s three kids, Nicholas, Luca, and Sienna Rose, and Travis’ three kids, Presley, Bennett, and Joseph, can be seen leading the couple down the aisle. Gina was previously married to her ex-husband, Matt Kirschenheiter, for eight years. The two tied the knot in May 2010 after five years of dating. Gina filed for divorce in 2018 ahead of her debut on RHOC. Gina and Matt briefly reconciled in June 2019 before officially finalizing their divorce in December 2019. They share three children and are currently in a great place despite their past troubles, which include a domestic violence charge. In April 2021, Matt pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, he did not have to serve any time in jail as long as he completed several conditions, including wearing a bracelet monitor, attending a 52-week batterer’s program, and undergoing three years of probation. RHOC is set to return for season 17 in early 2023.

Chris Basset has a major bone to pick with the producers of the Real Housewives of Potomac. The husband of Candiace Dillard isn’t happy that producers continue to allow lies about him to air on RHOP. On Sunday’s episode of RHOP, more details about Chris’ alleged shady behavior towards other women came to light. Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby met up with three of Ashley’s “good” friends – Sydney, Deborah, and Jules. Deborah is the woman that Ashley claims Chris flirted with and ogled at Karen Huger’s Spring Fling party earlier in the season. In the clip, Deborah tells her regales the group with her story about both Chris and Happy Eddie, aka Edie Osefo, flirting with her at Karen’s party. However, the film shown by the producers tells a completely different story. Despite the flashback clips completely exonerating Chris, he’s still pissed that producers even allowed the disparaging claims to air. “So who came up to who asked, introduced who to who and what to who???? #rhop,” Chris tweeted on Sunday.  He later added: “I would just like to again thank #rhop production and the team in the editing room for continuing to show the LIES these women continue to tell about me.”

RHOM’s Martina Navratilova Diagnosed With Stage One Throat and Breast Cancer

Sad news out of the Bravoverse.

The wife of Real Housewives of Miami star Julia Lemigova and Martina Navratilova has been diagnosed with two forms of stage one cancer.

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova has been diagnosed with stage one throat and breast cancer after having a swollen lymph node in her neck, which turned out to be cancerous. At the time, a mass was also found in her breast.

Martina’s spokesperson told PEOPLE, “The cancer type is HPV, and this particular type responds really well to treatment,” adding that both cancers are in their “early stages.”

“This double whammy is serious but still fixable, and I’m hoping for a favorable outcome. It’s going to stink for a while, but I’ll fight with all I have got.” Martina explained in a statement to The Sunday Times, noting that she will begin treatment next week.

This is the second time Martina has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Thirteen years ago, Martina was first diagnosed with breast cancer. She was ultimately declared cancer free in 2010.

In a statement on Instagram, Julia vowed to stay positive amid Martina’s duel cancer diagnosis.

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out to share words of support,” Julia wrote on Instagram Monday alongside a photo of her and Martina.

“Together, we will fight this ??,” she added.

Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Miami is currently airing on Peacock, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.
