During a revealing moment at Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Afterparty, Jackie confronted Jenn about what seems to be a deep emotional rift between the two, who also co-host the Two Jersey Js podcast. The former reality stars, whose on-screen bond charmed fans, haven’t released a podcast episode since May, and now we may know why.

“I’m telling you honestly, Jenn and I, the reason we have issues sometimes is cause I feel like I loved you so much, and you don’t love me back the same way,” Jackie told Jenn during the SiriusXM 109 event. The accusation didn’t stop there.

“I feel like when there’s someone more famous in the room, you gravitate towards them, and I’m not worth it to you, and that’s why we’ve grown apart,” she added, a statement that clearly caught Jenn off guard.

Jenn responded cautiously: “I mean, that’s going to be a very interesting sound bite and something that we should probably talk about.” But Jackie wasn’t backing down.

“That’s the truth of it. I don’t feel like you value my friendship the way that I valued yours. It is what it is.”

As the conversation unfolded, Jenn offered an apology, albeit a vague one: “I’m so sorry you feel that way. It’s definitely bad. It’s not good.”

Jackie went on to explain how deeply she felt the imbalance in their friendship. According to her, Jenn didn’t “invest in our friendship” like she did. That emotional withdrawal forced her to step back.

“And I had to remove myself in order to feel valued,” she said. “I loved you. But you like were always looking for who’s better in the room than me. And that’s okay. It’s just it is what it is.”

Despite the hurt, Jackie seemed clear-eyed about where things now stand, and the difference between Bravo friendships and real ones.

“I’m not in a bad place with anybody. It’s just that, I know what is real – and like the things that are real in my life are real, and the things that are just part of the Bravo bubble are not real. And they’re just fun and that’s it.”

While Jenn may not have had much to say in the moment, fans will surely be waiting to see whether this fractured friendship can be repaired, or if it’s another casualty of reality TV fame.

On the September 18 episode of her podcast Two Ts in a Pod, co-hosted with Teddi Mellencamp, Judge detailed her July 14 surgery, which was performed to correct what she called an “animation deformity.” According to Judge, the condition was diagnosed by her plastic surgeon, Dr. Donny Mowlds.

As defined by the National Library of Medicine, animation deformity occurs when “contraction of the pectoralis muscle against the breast implant” causes the implant and breast tissue to shift unnaturally. Judge explained, “I couldn’t wear low-cut shirts because I had a line, a crease that went through both sides of my boobs. It started to look like I had two boobs on each side if that makes sense.”

She went on to describe the underlying issue as more than just cosmetic. “My pec muscle detached from my chest and moved towards my shoulder,” Judge said. Though she claims the condition wasn’t painful, her rigorous workout routine appeared to worsen the issue over time.

Despite a previous decision to remove her implants five years ago due to suspected breast implant illness — which she believed had contributed to “autoimmune issues” — Judge opted for surgery once again. “I vowed to never do implants again,” she said during the episode.

This latest procedure included sewing the pectoral muscle back to her chest and placing new 150cc high-profile “gummy bear” implants over the muscle. Although her surgeon initially considered going up to 250cc, Judge said that size was ultimately deemed “too big” for her frame.

Her earlier implant removal came after she began experiencing symptoms she attributed to breast implant illness. “I had autoimmune issues that went away when I had them removed,” she said at the time, although she admitted on the podcast that stress may also have played a role in her symptoms.

The decision to go public was, in part, unplanned. Judge said a Real Housewives producer called her out on the change, which led to her 19-year-old daughter, Sophia, learning about the surgery unexpectedly. “I had a low-cut dress on in my next confessional look, and I’m doing group confessional with Sophia, and we’re talking about plastic surgery,” Judge recounted. “I didn’t know what to say… I couldn’t go into these great details about what really was the issue.”

Though she described the five-hour operation as leaving her in “two months of pain,” Judge seemed satisfied with the result. “I’m glad I had it done. I think they look beautiful,” she said. “They’re full, I can wear low-cut shirts now, it makes me want to wear low-cut shirts.”

Dr. Mowlds has become a go-to name for the reality star, having also performed her brow lift, emergency stomach reconstruction, and various skin resurfacing treatments including a CO2 laser and chemical peels in 2024.

Larsa cleared that up quickly.

“Well, I said two words to Russell last season. He just said, ‘Stop it, Larsa.’ It’s funny because I heard [Jody] say that I texted him first. That’s a complete lie. He texted me first.”

She made it clear this wasn’t just a misunderstanding—it crossed a boundary.

“It was just a lot of going back and forth. I’m not normally used to having to deal with my friends’ boyfriends. That’s kind of crazy, you know?”

The biggest difference between Russell and Jody, according to Larsa? The content and tone of the messages.

“There’s a night and day difference. I never really had a relationship with Russell. The things Jody was texting me were out of line. For my coworker, friend’s boyfriend to be texting me is kind of crazy.”

“We made up on the cruise. I felt like we were in a better place.”

Jen Shah, 51, was one of the original cast members on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, appearing on the show for its first three seasons. But her reality TV reign came to a screeching halt when she was convicted in a massive telemarketing fraud scheme that specifically targeted elderly and vulnerable people across the U.S.

The U.S. Justice Department described the operation as a nationwide ploy that raked in thousands of dollars from unsuspecting victims. In 2023, Jen was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison. She’s currently serving time at Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas — and has already had her sentence reduced more than once. As it stands, she’s scheduled for release on August 20, 2026.

A Bravo Chapter Closed

Andy Cohen has always walked a tricky line between being a Bravo exec and the friendly face viewers (and Housewives) love. But when it comes to Jen, he’s drawing a firm boundary, and making it known to fans that her chapter is closed.

While the cameras rolled on a mini cast trip, Lisa was busy doing what she does best: working — this time at South by Southwest for not one, but two movie premieres. “I was at South by Southwest doing two premieres, one for Ben Affleck’s new film, The Accountant 2, and then Blake Lively’s Another Simple Favor. Both were amazing,” Barlow told Decider. Still, despite being miles away, Barlow’s name dominated the conversation among her co-stars — especially Bronwyn Newport.

“Wait, why are they talking about me?”

Barlow admitted she was shocked to be the subject of so much chatter without being there to defend herself.

The real bombshell in the premiere wasn’t just Lisa’s absence — it was Bronwyn’s admission that she lied about buying a $4 million necklace.

Barlow, who brought receipts to last season’s reunion to debunk the claim, didn’t hold back.

“I don’t think that’s true. I think she stole a play from Monica’s playbook – when Monica actually bought the Louis Vuitton bag and then said she was doing it to fit in.“

She called Bronwyn’s confession a “cop out,” especially given the performative nature of it all:

“I think it would have been better if she just said, ‘I lied to Andy Cohen’s face, your face, [and] Nick Viall on Viall Files when I said it’s a dick-measuring competition to say I bought the necklace.’“

“I’ve never had that before… someone defending me.”

Despite being off-camera, Lisa had unexpected support from new cast member Britani, who stood up for her when accusations were flying.

“I get Britani and I do think she was being a great friend. I’ve never had that before, so that felt amazing… I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, this is what it feels like to be defended. I love this.’“

Lisa also shouted out Heather Gay and Meredith Marks for their quiet but meaningful support:

The Jen Shah Comparison? “Even beneath me.”

At one point, Angie K compared Lisa to disgraced former cast member Jen Shah — and Bronwyn co-signed the sentiment by reminding everyone that Lisa once made the same comparison about Bronwyn. But Barlow wasn’t having it:

“The comment about me being like Jen Shah was even beneath me. I wouldn’t even comment on that. Me calling Bronwyn that, it was just the deviousness. It was the lies that I was referring to… Bronwyn was being shady and I felt like I’ve seen that behavior before. That’s my comparison. I mean, she flat out lied. Like, multiple times.“

Lisa Barlow may have been missing from the RV, but her presence, and receipts, loomed large. While Bronwyn scrambles to spin her $4 million necklace lie, Lisa’s keeping it moving, with business deals, tequila, and premieres. If there’s one thing that’s clear from this mess, it’s that Lisa doesn’t need to be in the room to run the show.

Teddi Mellencamp Opens Up About Feeling “Hopeless” During Covid-19 Amid Stage 4 Cancer Battle

Teddi Mellencamp is no stranger to pushing through tough times—but a recent bout with Covid-19 brought on an emotional low that she describes as one of the most difficult experiences of her life.

On the September 17 episode of her Two T’s in a Pod podcast, the 44-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared that after contracting Covid-19, she sank into a state of “extreme, extreme depression.”

“I got COVID, which, I’m good now,” Teddi said. “Then I started feeling like extreme, extreme depression.”
She went on to say that the emotional weight of the illness left her feeling “completely hopeless,” a state that was entirely foreign to her.

Teddi has been battling stage 4 melanoma since earlier this year, after being initially diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in 2022. At the time of her stage 4 diagnosis, she admitted, “I’m really scared.” Despite the severity of her illness, she continued living an active lifestyle—competing in horse shows, dating, and even undergoing surgery—all while trying to maintain a sense of normalcy.

Her podcast co-host, Erika Jayne, observed that the emotional fallout may have hit her all at once. “I think the gravity of what you’ve gone through is hitting you right now,” Erika said.

Teddi agreed: “I went from, like, having like this kind of chaotic life nonstop and then right into the hospital. And then I haven’t been able to process.”

Erika pointed out that Teddi had almost minimized her diagnosis emotionally. “You shrugged this very serious diagnosis off like it was nothing,” she told her. “You had surgery, you were competing in horse shows, you were dating … now it’s hitting you, like, months later, the seriousness and the gravity.”

Even at her lowest, Teddi didn’t reach out to Erika or others close to her, admitting, “I felt paralyzed. That’s why it’s, like, hard for me to even send a text message, or, reach out to anybody … the brain fog and all those types of things. It’s just, like, I can’t stand it.”

Erika responded with compassion: “This is the time that you lean on people. I would have come out here. I know you had Covid, but I still would have come.” She also reminded Teddi, “You don’t need to be alone with your own thoughts because that rumination can get into a place where it’s just really heavy.”

The mental toll was compounded by the physical isolation of being sick with Covid. “I still can’t drive,” Teddi explained. “I felt like I was just stuck inside of this house and then I think COVID added to it … and I was like, ‘Holy [expletive], I haven’t felt like this ever ever in my life.’”

This emotional spiral comes after she publicly shared in April 2025 that her doctors had given her a “50/50 chance” of surviving her cancer. “I really like to have control, and this is completely out of my control,” she said. “And for the first time, I’m really scared.”

Thankfully, Paxlovid helped Teddi recover from Covid. “Now I can leave my house,” she said. “Yesterday I was like, okay, I’ll go get my nails, done. I got a pedi. So you know it’s what it is.”
