REPORT: RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice Caught ‘Pushing Past Disabled Passengers’ At Airport

RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice reportedly turned heads for all the wrong reasons while boarding a flight from LAX to NYC. Get the details!

Teresa Giudice was reportedly spotted “pushing disabled passengers out of her way” while boarding a flight from Los Angeles to New York City.

“Teresa disregarded the priority boarding announcement for people with special needs and service members,” an onlooker tells In Touch. “She rushed to the gate, pushing past those in wheelchairs and others needing extra assistance. No one confronted her for fear of her reaction.”

The source adds, “Don’t forget — she famously flipped a table on her reality show!”

Teresa or her rep have yet to address the allegation.

Meanwhile, another source tells InTouch that Teresa Giudice isn’t worried about the chatter concerning her marriage to Louie Ruelas as season 14 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey approaches.

In the season 14 for RHONJ, which dropped last month, things looked pretty damn tense between the couple but it seems looks can be deceiving.

Teresa is reportedly extremely secure in her marriage and knows that her relationship with Louie is as solid as it gets.

The source reveals that Teresa doesn’t worry about Louie cheating and isn’t worried about gossip that her 17-month marriage is in trouble.

The 51-year-old Bravo star “is convinced that as much as Luis flirts, he would never cheat on her,” a source tells In Touch.

The source adds that Teresa doesn’t see any harm with either of them flirting and having fun socially with or without each other.

“Putting the moves on other guys — or pretending to — gives her a thrill. When she hears gossip about Luis flirting with other women, she says it’s just his personality and doesn’t mean anything,” the insider adds.

“According to Teresa, things between them are totally fine, and the fact that they sometimes go off and do their own thing is proof that they’re a strong, secure couple.”

Kristen Doute is owning up to getting “messy” in order to make The Valley a successful series.

The Vanderpump Rules OG, who stars on Bravo’s new spinoff show The Valley, took to social media to reveal her motivation for repeating a rumor that co-star Michelle Lally is a “racist and a Republican,” which co-star Janet Caperna called, “a whole new low even for Kristen.”

Following last week’s episode of The Valley, social media blew up when Kristen’s messy side came out swinging.

Instagram creator @cici.loves.you shared a series of tweets from Bravo fans calling out Kristen’s messy behavior on The Valley.

 “So, here’s my thought about Michelle being called a racist. Kristen is emotional, erratic, and immature. BUT, every time she’s tried to bring something scandalous to the light in the past, despite her methods, she was always telling the truth,” @cici.loves.you wrote on Instagram.

“OF COURSE she did it in the messiest way possible, but I am actually not mad at Kristen for bringing to light assassinate who supports ‘Don’t Say Gay’… I just like to have this info,” one fan tweeted.

Another fan wondered: “I cannot, for the life of me, understand why Kristen would bring this up KNOWING it will drugged up the reason she was fired from the network in the first place. What the hell was she thinking?”

“Michelle’s husband [Jesse Lally] is – dare I say – worse than Jax [Taylor]?” someone else tweeted.

Kristen slide into the conversation by commenting on @cici.loves.you’s post, where she admitted to self-producing in order to create drama for The Valley.

“If I gave ‘non-messy’ truth to this show it wouldn’t air,” Kristen confessed. “Trust me, I did try.”

Naturally Bravo fans had a lot to say about Kristen’s confession.

“Is the bag worth more than friendships? It makes me wonder…” one fan wrote.

“It’s all about the show for Kristen,” a second fan commented while a third added, “I mean she is desperate for money. I ‘m not mad at her.”

“Why are we surprised Kristen is being messy on The Valley?” another fan noted.

“I believe her and I thank her for bringing it for good tv…that’s her job!” someone else shared.

“It’s a show for us and a job for Kristen,” a different fan commented while another wrote in agreement: “You’d have nothing to watch then. They all know this. They all signed up for it. I won’t villainize her for it. [She’s] still a queen.”

The Valley airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.

After turning 60 in 2023, Karen Huger decided to give herself a little rejuvenation aka a nip and tuck!

The RHOP star traveled from the 20854 to the 90210 to get a deep plain facelift by Dr. Truesdale of Beverly Hills.

Dr. Truesdale shared gave RHOP fans a look at Karen Huger’s before and after on his Instagram page.

Alongside a video montage of Karen’s before and after, Dr. Truesdale shared:

“I had the great – or should I say Grande – pleasure of helping @officialkarenhuger look better than ever at triple twenty.

I performed my signature deep plane facelift, brow lift, lip lift, upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to deliver a snatched face and a jawline for the gods.

What a gorgeous canvas – she’s an icon.

Thanks Karen for trusting me and coming to Beverly Hills to see me.”

At the RHOP season 8 reunion, Karen addressed her “refreshed” facelift, confirming to Andy Cohen that she did get a tune-up in between wrapping filming on season 8 and the reunion.

“Absolutely, I did a deep plane [facelift], and I just look like me – refreshed,” Karen said, according to BravoTV.com

Co-star Ashley Darby then asked Karen if she also tweaked her body.

“Wait, so just face or did we do a little,” Ashley said before running her hand over her body.

Karen clarified: “Oh, nothing on the body because I’m done with the body. My body is me, banging.”

“If you want to do it and it makes you feel better, do it,” she added.

Karen has had quite the evolution since season one of RHOP premiered back in 2016.

During season 6, Karen addressed why she looked younger now than she did during season one.

“I get the [under-eye] filler,” Karen said at the time. “I take very good care of myself. I eat well. I exercise. I think age is just a number.”

Karen has also admitted to having a breast reduction and putting “injections put into [her] nose.”

Part 3 of The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion airs Sunday April 14 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Lala Kent doesn’t care if Vanderpump Rules fans like her or hate this season amid her growing criticism of co-star Ariana Madix.

On the latest episode of her Give Them Lala podcast, the 33-year-old straight up told fans she doesn’t care if they like her not.

She also encouraged fans to write to her voicing their issues with her as she doesn’t care what they think since she doesn’t know them at all.

“Guys, I love you so much, but if you’re thinking about writing me some hate like, don’t waste your time, please. Short and sweet. Do something more productive because I truly don’t care. Truly,” Lala Kent said.  

She continued, ”Like, if you used to love me and you don’t this season, I don’t care. Go volunteer at the human society.”

“I don’t live my life based on what you think. I don’t know you. I love you. I’m sending you all the love. Good luck,” she added. 

This bold statement left some Vanderpump Rules fans scratching their heads. In fact some noted that if Lala doesn’t care what fans think then why did she turn off the comments on some of her social media posts.

“When you don’t care but shut down your social media replies ..the grifter vibes of it all,” one fan commented.

“But yet she limits her comments and will spend the rest of the time on her podcast talking about it and laughing as if she doesn’t girl please you’re doing so much for a little bit and we can tell,” someone else wrote.

“She will if her podcast gets cancelled and no more Amazon influencer deals anymore lol,” a third fan commented while a fourth added, “She kinda has to care because if no one likes her anymore she doesn’t have a job anymore.”

Another fan noted: “Is Lala independently wealthy? Because once that VPR check is gone, she’s going to care.”

“Lala should be careful. She’s alienating the fans that buy her products and listen to her shows. Lol,” someone else wrote in agreement.

This all comes after Lala began receiving pushback from fans for her criticism of Ariana Madix amid her interactions on the show with ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.

On recent episodes of Vanderpump Rules, Lala has shown a lack of empathy towards Ariana as she attempts to navigate her new normal with Sandoval – as they film the show and continue to live together only three months post-breakup.

Lala insists that she never expected Ariana to just “get over” Sandoval’s cheating and notes that Ariana’s resentment towards him is completely warranted. However, she thinks there is a disconnect between Ariana’s words and actions.

“I get it. You’re allowed to not let it go and go insane on him. Got it,” Lala said on the April 3 episode of her podcast. “The problem I’m having here is you’re using all of these words that I very much feel; I can literally sit here and have empathy because I’ve felt those same things. The difference here is you choose to stay in the house. And everyone can say [Tom] should have left. I agree, but we now know who Tom Sandoval is.”

“So let’s not sit here and be like, I can’t believe [Tom] wouldn’t move out. He’s shown who he is,” she continued. “So now we have to take control of the things we can control, which are ourselves. If he’s making you feel this way and you’re staying in the house, I got questions.”

She then threw some additional shade at Ariana, claiming that she was nervous going into season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.

Lala explains she was worried about producers making the main focus of the show the aftermath of Sandoval and Ariana’s split as Ariana has “never brought anything” to the series.

“I think that’s another reason I was very nervous going into this season — knowing that our main story — this year, it was the aftermath of Tom and Ariana,” Lala shared. “I’m sitting here going, ‘Our main storyline is lying in the hands of someone who has really never brought anything to this show and I’m f*cking concerned.’”

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Brittany Cartwright Claims She ‘Pays All the Bills’ For Home with Jax Taylor

Brittany Cartwright makes it clear that Jax Taylor isn’t the only breadwinner in their home. Find out what she had to say!

The Valley star appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast where she discussed her and Jax Taylor’s separation, their finances, and living situation. Plus more.

To start, Brittany Cartwright once again insists that her and Jax’s separation is not “a publicity stunt.”

“The only reason I ever said anything publicly was because the Instagram investigators could tell I was staying in a different house,” she said.

“I feel like people should know my character. I would never do that, and I would never put my son through this if it wasn’t real.”

Brittany explains that she moved out of their shared home on January 24 after getting into a massive fight on her birthday.

“I’ll just keep spending a shit ton of money on Airbnbs until we figure out what we are going to do.”

Although Brittany no longer lives at the Valley Village home she owns with Jax, she is still paying all of the bills.

“I pay all the bills, all the stuff for school and Cruz, and insurance, and car and all that,” she reveals.

According to the former SURver, when she and Jax purchased their home back in 2019 she “put down just as much money as Jax did.”

She currently pays all the bills for her AirBNB and their Valley Village home while Jax is only responsible for paying the mortgage.

When asked if she and Jax will reconcile, Brittany Cartwright said, “He wants me to move back into the house and live in the main bedroom and him live in the guest bedroom. I’m like, ‘we are not pulling a Tom and Ariana.’”

She added: “[If I move back home] I just fee like things will go back to exactly how they were.”

“Some days he’s like ‘Well I’m happy, like you don’t see me crying’ [and] he’ll say mean crap like that. And then other days, he completely different.”

Brittany then admitted that she doesn’t see her and Jax getting back together anytime soon.

On February 29, Brittany Cartwright announced that she and Jax were “taking time apart.” The Vanderpump Rules alum announced the news on her and Jax’s podcast, When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany.

“Yes, marriages in general are very hard, and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year,” the Kentucky native said in the episode.

“Jax and I are taking time apart, and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”

The 35-year-old didn’t reveal what led to the split, noting that she “won’t get into too many details because this is still very hard to talk about.”

“I’m taking things one day at a time,” she added. “I don’t know what the future holds, but right now, my focus is on being the best mom to Cruz.”

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright met in 2015 at the Gold Spike Lounge in Las Vegas. The Kentucky native quickly moved to Los Angeles to be with Jax and first appeared on season 4 of Vanderpump Rules. By 2016, Brittany had landed a job at SUR and became an official VPR cast member

After some ups and downs in their relationship, Jax proposed in June 2018, and the couple said ‘I do’ a little more than a year later, in 2019.

They welcomed their son, Cruz, in April 2021.

Only time will tell if Brittany and Jax can fix their marriage, but stay glued to AllAboutTRH for all the latest updates as they come.

Andy Cohen Says RHONJ Shakeup Coming For Season 15 Amid Lack of Communication Between Teresa, Melissa, and Margaret

Buckle up Bravoverse because according to Andy Cohen a major casting shakeup is in the works for season 15 of RHONJ. Get all the tea!

Entertainment Tonight’s Brice Sander appeared on the Gabbing With Gib podcast where he reported that Andy Cohen said the zero interactions or communication between RHONJ stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Margaret Josephs throughout season 14 will NOT work for future seasons of the series.

This can only mean one thing: A casting shakeup for RHONJ will need to happen for season 15.

Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice have been vocal about their lack of interaction and communication throughout season 14 of RHONJ. When it comes to Margaret and Teresa – they haven’t been on speaking terms since the season 12 reunion when Marge accused Teresa and her husband, Louie Ruelas, of going after her adult son at his job.

On a January episode of her PodcastOne podcast, On Display, Melissa Gorga told Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards that it was difficult to film season 14 with Teresa Giudice amid their fallout.

“Ugh, you have no idea,” Melissa admitted. “It’s definitely been a roller coaster, up and down, and we’re about to air [Season 14] in the spring, and it’s very, very different. Like, we literally don’t even speak to each other.”

When asked if her husband, Joe Gorga, is on speaking terms with his sister to which the 44-year-old replied,  “No, zero.”

That same month, the longtime Bravoleb also teased that, unlike past seasons, season 14 of RHONJ won’t primarily focus on the rocky relationship between Melissa and her husband, Joe, and his sister, Teresa.

“The biggest misconception is that it’s gonna be more drama between me and my sister-in-law,” Melissa  told Entertainment Tonight . “We don’t even, like, look at each other.”

When asked at BravoCon 2023 how her and Teresa’s lack of communication changed things for season 14, Melissa said:

“It’s very different from last season… because there’s not a lot of communication, so I think it’s different and better.”

“I think the fans will feel refreshed as well. I mean, weren’t you sick of it?” the 44-year-old asked the crowd before adding, “It’s so much to describe right now, but I think everyone knows where we’re at. Everyone’s reading it. I think it’s, like I said, we’re at a place of peace. I think everyone needs a minute. Everyone needs a break, and there’s just a period on it right now.”

As for Teresa, she told E! News in November that her relationship with Melissa was over for good.

“That chapter’s closed,” the OG New Jersey Housewife declared.

Beyond, Teresa, Margaret, and Melissa, season 14 also stars  Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda.

Jackie Goldschenider and Jennifer Fessler are also returning as friends of the Housewives.

Get all the details on the RHOC season 18 cast trip to London, including what drama went down and which former OC Housewife was in London at the same time!

Last week the RHOC cast headed to London for their final cast trip of season 18.

It wouldn’t be a Real Housewives cast trip if there wasn’t drama from the get go. Apparently, the flight was delayed by 3 hours so that the RHOC cast could make the flight!

“Not my flight being delayed 3 hours just so the Real Housewives of OC could make it to the airport,” TikTok user @newjerseylover69 shared along with video footage of the RHOC cast arriving for the flight.

Turns out the cast’s late arrival wasn’t the only drama. Photos from the flight show, Shannon Beador and Emily Simpson engaged in a heated conversation while co-star Heather Dubrow looks on nervously.

Oddly enough former RHOC star Kelly Dodd was in London at the same time as the OC Housewives. The former Bravo addressed the coincidence on her Instagram while throwing shade at the RHOC cast for not being “well-traveled.”

Kelly ranted:

“I’m getting tons of messages from everybody that the Real Housewives of Orange County is in London, um, and they want me to go terrorize them. I am here with my daughter. My daughter is half British. Uh, we came here to look at a school.

I didn’t come here on a trip where those girls are not well traveled.

Gina, I don’t think I’ve ever been outside the country other than being on a housewife show, same as Emily. Um, most of the girls haven’t. They’re not worldly, and I am not here to fight. I’m over that. I’m enjoying my glass of champagne with my daughter.

We’re at Selfridges, having a great time. So I would appreciate if, um, people would stop DMing me and texting me that the Real Housewives of Orange County is here. They came here to fight and embarrass themselves. I’m here enjoying myself, enjoying my time, seeing my friends. Jolie’s family lives here.

So please just stop with the DMs. Like, I don’t wanna be a part of that. I’m enjoying my life. So God bless, everybody. Thank you.”

She added that the OC Housewives “look so old” and that she’s “not going to terrorize” the cast while in London.

Meanwhile, during their time in London, the RHOC cast enjoyed some shopping at Camden Market and Oxford Street.

They also grabbed food and drinks at a pub where Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge were overheard feuding.

While most of the argument is inaudible, you can hear Shannon call out Tamra for saying terrible things when drunk then apologizing once she sobers up.

Tommy Manzo, the ex-husband of RHONJ OG Dina Manzo has been freed on bail as he awaits trial. Get all the details.

The New York Post reports that Tommy Manzo has been freed on bail after posting a $100,000 bond ahead of his May racketeering trail for allegedly hiring a mobster to beat up the now-husband of his ex-wife Dina Manzo.

Tommy Manzo, who is a New Jersey based restaurateur and co-owns The Brownstone in Paterson with his brother Albert Manzo, surrendered his passport and cannot travel outside of New Jersey and New York as part of his bail agreement.

The much-anticipated trial is set to being May 20.

Federal authorities claims Tommy recruited Lucchese crime family member, John Perna, to rough up David Cantin, the then-boyfriend, now-husband, of his ex-wife Dina Manzo, in 2015.

In return for completing the attack, Tommy promised Perna a deeply discounted wedding at The Brownstone in Paterson, NJ.

In July 2015, Perna and an associate attacked Cantin and roughed him up with a slapjack in the parking lot of a North Jersey strip mall. The attack left Cantin battered and scarred, according to court papers.

Five years later, Tommy and Perna were arrested and incited for their crimes. Perna pleaded guilty to “committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering activity.” He was sentenced to almost three years in prison and was released in August 2023.

However, Tommy’s case has taken a much longer and rockier road. After the case against Tommy endured many stops and starts, the government dismissed the charges without prejudice earlier this year because it violated the New Jersey restaurateur’s right to a speedy trial.

Last month the feds re-indicted Tommy Manzo on the same charges which include one count of “violent crime in aid of racketeering activity, conspiracy to commit an assault with a dangerous weapon and falsifying and concealing records related to a federal investigation.”

He is also still facing pending state charges over allegations he and another man broke into Dina and Dave’s Holmdel, NJ home where they bound and beat the couple before robbing them in May 2017.

A hearing in that case is scheduled for April 29.

Dina married Tommy in 2005. The two split in 2012 but didn’t officially divorce until 2016. Her sister and fellow RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo is married to Tommy’s older brother, Albert.

Season 14 of RHONJ premieres Sunday, May 5 at 8 p.m. ET.

RHOBH: Sutton and Annemarie Get Into Social Media Spat Over Attacks on Garcelle

Annemarie Wiley may no longer be a part of the RHOBH cast but that isn’t stopping her from continuing to throw shade and butt heads with her former co-stars – including Sutton Stracke.

Sutton Stracke called out her former co-star Annemarie Wiley for accusing her bestie Garcelle Beauvais of playing the “race card” on RHOBH.

As AllAboutTRH previously reported, the fired Housewife accused Garcelle of using the “race card” on RHOBH while appearing on Carlos King’s Reality With the King podcast.

“She’s been able to get away with unnecessarily playing the race card so many times unchallenged because who can challenge her, right?” Annemarie said. “The other ladies can’t challenge her, so I think that’s been her play for so long.”

Carlos, who is also Black, added that he gets the feeling that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast is “afraid” of calling out Garcelle because they don’t want to be labeled a “racist.”

“I would say yeah,” Annemarie said in agreement. “If I wasn’t Black, I would be.”

Annemarie’s comments perplexed Sutton, who took to Twitter to publicly call out the fired RHOBH star’s allegations.

Sutton questioned the validity of Annemarie’s claims when earlier this year she praised Garcelle and their friendship during an appearance on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast.

“The hypocrisy of this woman is starting to wear at me. Great friends then to turn so severely weeks later on a different podcast? Ma’am,” Sutton tweeted.

She also shared a clip of Annemarie praising Garcelle and their friendship on the Juicy Scoop podcast.

“We we actually filmed a really fun afternoon,” Annemarie told Heather McDonald in January. ”She came over to my house, and we had this amazing talk, this awesome heart to heart. We bonded over so many things. We’re actually we have a lot in common, like, in terms of our past and our entry into American life or Los Angeles life in particular. Uh, so we really bonded over a lot of things.”

The 40-year-old continued, “And, you know, with being the 2 black women on the cast, there are certain things that, you know, only we’re gonna kind of understand, and we need to lean on each other for those things and in those kinds of instances. So, no, Garcelle and I got along great I’ve known her for years and she’s really nice.” 

Naturally, Annemarie caught wind of Sutton’s Tweet and clapped back with one of her own. 

The fired RHOBH star accused Sutton of drinking and insisted she changed her opinion on Garcelle after filming the RHOBH season 13 reunion.

Annemarie wrote:  “Omg is she drinking “coffee” at 10 am again!? Juicy Scoop was taped before the reunion and before Garcelle’s statements were “mysteriously” all over a defamatory article about me. [The podcast with] Carlos King was taped after Garcelle started acting shady towards me. Please go away and ride your horse.”

Garcelle has yet to address Annemarie’s comments publicly.

Production for season 14 of RHOBH reportedly begins in April.

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in late 2024 or early 2025.

Dorinda Medley Doesn’t Understand Leah McSweeney’s Lawsuit Against Andy Cohen

Like most of the Bravoverse, RHONY alum Dorinda Medley is confused by her former co-star Leah McSweeney’s lawsuit against Andy Cohen.

 “I just didn’t understand it at all,” Dorinda Medley told Us Weekly. “I mean, listen, I was there [at Bravo] for six years. … I’ve always worked very well with production in every city. And for me, it was work and I had a lawyer. I read the contract, I signed, I did my work and I left. So, I was very surprised by all that.”

According to Dorinda, in her experience, Real Housewives stars don’t spend much time with their boss and executive producer Andy Cohen beyond the reunion or appearing on Watch What Happens Live or events like BravoCon.

“I don’t really see Andy,” she said. “It’s not like we hung out with Andy. That’s the weird part of it.”

Dorinda, who starred on seasons 7-12 of RHONY, admits that she’s not naive and is “not going to live in a fantasy and say” that working on reality TV is “always perfect.”

However, the 55-year-old says she has “always had a positive ongoing relationship with my production people.”

As AllAboutTRH previously reported, in February, Leah McSweeney filed a lawsuit against Bravo and Andy Cohen for intentionally preying on her alcohol addiction so they could hit the ratings jackpot.

The lawsuit claims that Bravo, Shed Media, and Andy Cohen “discriminated against, tormented,  demoralized, demeaned, harassed and retaliated against Ms. McSweeney because she is a woman with disabilities, such as alcohol use disorder and various mental health disorders, all in the name of selling drama. But being in the business of reality television does not relieve [them] of their obligation to follow employment laws that prohibit the exact type of discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation that Defendants subjected Ms. McSweeney to. Now, Ms. McSweeney  seeks justice.”

In her filing, Leah McSweeney also alleged that Andy Cohen “snorts cocaine” with Housewives.

Andy’s attorneys have denied the Real Housewives of New York alum’s allegations.

Then in March, the WWHL host’s legal team fired off a letter demanding Leah McSweeney retract her “baseless and false.” allegations or face going to court

“We demand that you immediately retract and withdraw all allegations relating to Mr. Cohen’s purported ‘cocaine use,’” the legal letter read.

The letter continued, “Mr. Cohen never used cocaine with any cast member on any Real Housewives or with any other Bravo employee. The absence of any reasonable basis to make such allegations is confirmed by your pleading itself.”

Since then, Leah McSweeney’s legal team has teased that there are more lawsuits coming for both Bravo and Real Housewives executive producer.

“There are more lawsuits coming and there are more people who are going to speak out,” McSweeney’s lawyer, Gary Adelman, said in a statement to Us Weekly on Tuesday, March 12. “It doesn’t matter what people say or think — that Andy’s a good guy, or that you should expect to drink, or that you should expect this behavior.”

“Andy Cohen had his counsel and PR agents write a threatening letter to give to the press is hardly surprising. Mr. Cohen is accustomed to using his power in the media to scare and intimidate people like Ms. McSweeney so that they will not speak out,” the statement read. “Mr. Cohen’s attempt to discredit and intimidate Ms. McSweeney to deter her from engaging in legally protected activity in Court is exactly the type of retaliation that this lawsuit was brought to address and only is further evidence for Ms. McSweeney.”
