Sources tell TMZ that Kim and Kroy rented the giant mansion and planned on buying it but changed their mind when an appraiser told her the $3-million list price was overvalued by a million bucks!

Kim Zolciak rented the home from Kendra Davis. Kendra and her husband purchased the home in Atlanta planning to knock it down but changed their minds as their kids switched schools for the third time.
RHOBH star Taylor Armstrong has been forced to sell her $250k engagement ring to settle a lawsuit and some major debt! Before Russell committed suicide both he and Taylor were sued by several bill collectors and now Taylor has to sell some of her personal property including the gorgeous ring!
