Kim Zolciak had a falling out with her mother Karen on the finale of Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding and it has been flushed from a port-a-potty all the way to a judge’s courtroom! Kim’s two daughters are now backing their mom on Karen’s lawsuit, asking the judge to throw out their grandmother’s request to have visitation rights. Earlier this year, news surfaced that Kim’s mother Karen was suing Kim for forced visitation rights to see her four grandchildren. Now TMZ is updating us on the status of the case, and Kim’s two daughters have submitted sworn affidavits stating that they DO NOT want to have a relationship with their grandmother claiming she is a “disrespectful, old lady”! The documents submitted to the judge state, “We both love our grandparents, but due to their actions at the wedding of [Kim and Kroy] … we have grown apart.” Ariana, 11, and Brielle, 15, want nothing to do with their grandparents and refuse to have overnight visitation with them. Karen tried taking Kim down in court by claiming that she forced her daughters to appear on her reality TV shows and this caused the girls to have a hectic and abnormal lifestyle. The Zolciak daughters fired back, “We do not live a crazy or abnormal life. We are not forced to appear on television with our mother.” Kim is asking the judge to throw out this petition and also is requesting that her mother pay her legal fees in this case! It must be very bad amongst the Zolciak’s if the girls are refusing to see their grandparents. Initially, it seemed like the drama was between Karen and Kim but apparently her father is also being pushed away from the kids. Thoughts on this drama? Should Kim keep her kids away from her parents despite their personal issues? As of now, the lawsuit is ongoing.
