Melissa Gorga is warning viewers that her marriage to Joe Gorga will once again become a topic of conversation on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, even as the franchise prepares for a fresh start with a dramatically different cast.

After more than two years off the air, RHONJ is officially returning to Bravo in December 2026 for Season 15, with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania joining six new women.
And while the cast has undergone a major shakeup, Melissa says one familiar storyline has not gone away: people coming after her marriage.
Speaking to Us Weekly alongside her sister-in-law Teresa, Melissa revealed that despite the show’s new direction, she still finds herself defending her relationship.
When the women were asked whether their marriages were left alone during filming, Teresa had a simple answer.
“Yes,” Teresa responded.
Melissa, however, revealed that she was not quite as lucky.
“Not me. I never get left alone. Every season they come for my marriage,” Melissa shared.
She then teased that viewers will see exactly what she means when the new season premieres.
“You’ll see. I always get a little something thrown at me.”
Melissa’s comments are especially interesting considering how frequently her marriage to Joe has been the subject of rumors throughout RHONJ’s history.
During previous seasons, Melissa faced allegations involving her fidelity, including rumors that she had cheated on Joe. Melissa has consistently denied those accusations.
One of the most explosive storylines came during Season 13, when allegations about Melissa’s marriage contributed to the escalating feud between the Gorgas and Teresa.

The situation became so contentious that Joe and Melissa ultimately decided not to attend Teresa’s wedding to Louie Ruelas in August 2022.
By the end of Season 14, the family feud had reached a breaking point, with Teresa and Melissa refusing to communicate and the cast divided into opposing groups.
Bravo eventually placed RHONJ on pause following the 2024 season, with Andy Cohen acknowledging that the show needed significant changes before returning.
Now, with Teresa, Joe and Melissa having reconciled privately, the family is approaching Season 15 with a different mindset.
Melissa revealed that she and Teresa made an agreement before filming that they would not allow the new women to interfere with their repaired relationship.
“We just went into it knowing that no matter if you end up hating someone and I love them, they’re never gonna come in between us,” Melissa explained.
That agreement is significant considering how much their relationships with other Housewives contributed to the division during previous seasons.
Rather than allowing the group to split into opposing sides again, Teresa and Melissa say they are determined to protect the peace they have finally established.
However, that does not mean Season 15 will be without drama.
Teresa admitted that the new cast is bringing plenty of conflict.
“Oh no, there’s drama,” she confirmed.
Melissa agreed but suggested that the arguments are taking on a different tone this time around.
“Some of the drama is so funny,” Melissa shared. “As they’re screaming, I’m hysterical.”
Teresa also praised the newcomers, saying they do not need to tear others down to stand out.
“They’re awesome. They all stand on their own. They don’t have to try to hurt someone else to look good,” Teresa said.
