Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., has pleaded not guilty in his ongoing sexual battery case.
According to court documents filed by KJ’s attorney, Jason B. Sheffield, the 15-year-old pleaded not guilty to all seven felony charges against him and waived a formal arraignment.

KJ was arrested in August after a female classmate alleged that he assaulted her in April inside a family changing room at a fitness center.
According to police, the alleged victim claimed that she and KJ were going to a co-ed sauna together when he allegedly forced her mouth on his penis and digitally penetrated her.
The police report also noted that the alleged victim was examined at a hospital, and doctors did not find evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.
The case took another serious turn during a later hearing when prosecutors claimed they found videos on KJ’s phone allegedly showing him having sex with an underage relative.
KJ spent several weeks in custody before being released. He is now back home with his mother, Kim Zolciak.
His bond conditions include a no-contact order with anyone under the age of 16, including his siblings.
Kim has previously defended her son through a representative, calling the allegations against him “reckless and deeply troubling” and saying KJ “categorically denies” them.
KJ’s attorney has also previously maintained his innocence.
Because KJ is a minor and the case involves serious allegations, the legal process remains ongoing.
At this time, the charges are allegations, and KJ has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
