Vicki Gunvalson is not letting the internet decide her RHOC future.

The Real Housewives of Orange County OG took to Instagram after a rumor started circulating that she would not be returning for Season 21. But according to Vicki, that is not exactly true.
After seeing the speculation online, Vicki reacted with a little humor and a very clear message.
“Well, this is news to me,” Vicki wrote, adding a laughing emoji and an orange.
The rumor appeared to start after a Bravo fan account shared a claim that Vicki had allegedly been asked back for Season 21 but decided to turn down the offer.
Vicki quickly made it clear that no official decisions have been made about her future on the show.
She also poked fun at the situation by sharing several photos and videos calling out the rumor, including captions like, “Showing up to film RHOC despite rumors suggesting otherwise,” and, “When you read something on the internet about yourself that’s entirely untrue.”
The posts included classic Vicki moments, reminding fans exactly why she is still considered the OG of the OC.
While Vicki has faced criticism for her current RHOC run, especially from viewers who felt she seemed checked out or unhappy at times, she has insisted there was more going on behind the scenes.

On My Friend, My Family, My Soulmate Podcast, Vicki addressed the “Debbie Downer” criticism and explained that she never meant to come across as negative or disengaged.
Instead, Vicki said she was exhausted from her intense travel schedule and dealing with a lot physically and emotionally.
Now, Vicki is recovering from surgery and making it clear that any reports about her future are premature.
“But in all seriousness, no decisions have been made yet,” Vicki wrote.
She added, “So back to your regularly scheduled programming… whether that’s whooping it up or working. Whichever one y’all were doing… for me, it’s back to surgery recovery.”
