Chris “CT” Tamburello’s estranged wife, Catalina White, is addressing the timeline of his new romance with Phaedra Parks.

CT and Phaedra recently confirmed they are dating after first meeting on Season 2 of The Traitors. The pairing immediately had fans talking, especially because CT is still legally married to Catalina, whom he married in October 2024 before she filed for divorce in January.
But despite the timing, Catalina says she does not believe there was any “inappropriate overlap” between CT and Phaedra.
When Page Six asked if she thought CT and Phaedra were anything more than friendly before recently taking things romantic, Catalina said she “absolutely” does not think that was the case.
“I have no reason to believe that,” Catalina said.
Catalina also made it clear she has nothing negative to say about Phaedra.
While she said she does not “know her personally,” Catalina shared that CT only ever “spoke highly” of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
CT and Phaedra met while filming The Traitors in the fall of 2023. During the show, viewers noticed their flirty banter and natural chemistry, but both have said their relationship did not turn romantic until much later.

Phaedra confirmed the romance during an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, and the two later made their red carpet debut at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
Even though Catalina is shutting down speculation that anything inappropriate happened while she was with CT, she still seems ready for their legal split to be finalized.
Catalina previously made it clear that if CT is ready to publicly move on, she believes he should be ready to legally move on too.
“If Chris is ready to publicly move on, he should be ready to legally move on, too,” Catalina said, telling him to “sign the papers!”
She claimed their divorce proceedings have been “dragging on for months” despite her efforts to finalize the split.
“My counsel has made repeated efforts to move things forward as quickly as possible, and we continue to wait for his cooperation,” Catalina alleged.
She also said she wants CT to put as much energy into ending their marriage as he is putting into his new relationship.
“What I would like is for him to put the same energy into ending our marriage that he’s putting into publicly promoting his new relationship,” Catalina said.
Catalina, a retired professional wrestler and OnlyFans creator, also clarified that she is not looking for money from CT.
She said she “supports” herself with her “own career” and does not “need or want money from this man.”
As for why her marriage to CT ended so quickly, Catalina kept her answer simple.
“We were not well matched,” she said.
She also admitted that while she does not “regret” the marriage, she feels she “lost control of my own story” and “became the villain” in CT’s.
Meanwhile, CT and Phaedra’s romance appears to be heating up publicly.
A source previously said that CT “fell for her when they were on The Traitors,” while another source told Us Weekly that CT always had “a bit of a crush” on Phaedra but did not want to cross the line because he valued their friendship.
According to that source, after CT’s marriage ended, he and Phaedra began talking more and their relationship “naturally grew from there.”
Phaedra’s ex-husband, Apollo Nida, has also weighed in, saying he is “happy” for the couple and has “no worries” about CT as long as he treats Phaedra and their sons, Ayden and Dylan, well.
CT shares son CJ with his first wife, Lilianet “Lili” Solares.
Catalina says she has also moved on romantically, joking that she is “having fun in my cougar era.”
So while Catalina is not accusing CT and Phaedra of crossing any lines before his split, she is making one thing clear.
She is ready for CT to finalize the divorce.
