The RHOC star addressed the situation after producer Patrick McDonald claimed she had “lost her sh*t, yelling, screaming, and cussing” at producers and described her as one of the most “miserable” and “narcissistic” Housewives across the franchise.

Shannon spoke out during the July 23 episode of Jamie Kennedy’s podcast, Hate to Break It to Ya, where she gave her side of what allegedly happened while filming Season 18 of RHOC.

“There’s a producer who worked one season on our show, and it was season 18, which is when I had to film with Alexis Bellino,” Shannon explained.

Season 18 was a tough one for Shannon, as Alexis returned to RHOC while dating Shannon’s ex-boyfriend, John Janssen. John has since married Alexis, making that period even more emotional for Shannon as she was forced to navigate the situation on camera.

Shannon admitted she was not her usual self during that season.

“I was very withdrawn then. It was a very difficult season for me.”

However, Shannon strongly denied the producer’s claims that she mistreated the crew.

“This producer came out this week saying, ‘She would cuss at the crew.’ No, mister, I cooked you dinner and sent you home with a to-go pack,” Shannon said.

She continued, “But he’s saying that I was horrible, that I’m miserable, I’m the most narcissistic person in the entire Bravo franchise.”

Shannon also addressed recent comments made by Southern Charm star Rodrigo Reyes, who previously claimed on Watch What Happens Live that Shannon was “rude” to him at BravoCon.

Shannon pushed back on that accusation as well, saying she does not even remember seeing him.

“My daughter was with me the whole time,” Shannon said. “I don’t even know who this kid is.”

She explained that she asked Sophie if they had crossed paths with Rodrigo during BravoCon, but according to Shannon, Sophie had no memory of it either.

“He goes, ‘Shannon Beador.’ I’m like, ‘Sophie, who is this guy?’ She’s like, ‘Mom, we never saw him the whole time.’ Like, I can’t win,” Shannon said.

Shannon later appeared on her own episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she again addressed Rodrigo and attempted to clear the air.

“Can I say, I apologize, Rodrigo. I don’t know who he is, and Sophie was with me at all times at BravoCon,” Shannon said.

She continued, “And I go, ‘Sweetie, who is this?’ She said, ‘Mom, we never saw him.’”

Still, Shannon said she was willing to take accountability and move forward.

“But I’m sorry, Rodrigo. We’re doing fan fest together. Let’s make up. I don’t think that I saw him, but I will take accountability,” Shannon added.

Rodrigo, however, reportedly doubled down on his claim that Shannon was rude during their alleged BravoCon run-in.

The back-and-forth adds another layer to Shannon’s already intense public chapter. Over the last few seasons, Shannon has dealt with major personal drama, friendship fallout and continued criticism from both castmates and fans.
