Gia Giudice is spilling a little Bravo crossover tea.
The Next Gen NYC star and daughter of Teresa Giudice recently appeared on SiriusXM’s The Julia Cunningham Show, where she opened up about her mom’s experience filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip and addressed whether fans could see a Next Gen NYC and Summer House crossover.
While discussing Teresa’s time filming Ultimate Girls Trip, Gia revealed that her mom had an amazing experience and ended up connecting with Lisa Barlow in a major way.
“You know, she was so happy with it. She had such a good time filming it,” Gia said.
Gia explained that Teresa already knew several of the women from Bravo events, BravoCon and other work-related appearances, but Ultimate Girls Trip gave her the chance to actually spend quality time with them.
“She’s met a lot of the girls like just obviously throughout just working and BravoCon and filming other little things together,” Gia shared. “But to actually get to know some of them even more and even better, you know, she connected with Lisa Barlow so much.”
Gia said Ultimate Girls Trip was the first time Teresa and Lisa really bonded after previously only meeting in passing.
“This was their first time really like bonding because they’ve met each other in passing and at certain events,” Gia explained.
Host Julia Cunningham said she could see Teresa and Lisa hitting it off.
“I can see your mom being thick as thieves with Lisa Barlow. I don’t know why, but I can just see their personalities really hitting it off,” Julia said.
Gia confirmed the two are very close now.
“They are, like they’re besties,” Gia revealed.
Gia also addressed whether she could end up crossing over with the Summer House cast now that Next Gen NYC is part of the Bravo conversation.
When Julia brought up that Summer House has started filming and asked if Gia had any plans to hang out at the house, Gia said nothing is currently planned — but she did not rule it out.
“No, not as of now,” Gia said. “They just started filming so I mean they’re all so sweet.”
Gia added that she has run into KJ Dillard in New York, and he has already encouraged her to stop by.
“Even KJ, I’ve run into him a bunch in New York and he was like, ‘You got to come over to the house.’ He’s so sweet,” Gia shared.
Gia said she thinks a crossover could be fun.
“So, I mean, maybe. I’m sure that would be fun to do a little like Next Gen, Summer House crossover,” Gia said.
Julia then pointed out that there has already been some Bravo crossover buzz involving Next Gen NYC star Ava Dash and Summer House star Kyle Cooke.
“I mean, I think it makes sense. I mean, you guys are like it would be a good mix,” Julia said. “I mean, we already know there’s some Ava, Kyle mixing going on.”
Gia responded, “Low key.”
When Julia joked that she was trying to get Gia to spill more and Gia was not falling for it, Gia kept things vague but said Ava has been spending time with the Summer House group.
“Yeah. I don’t really know what’s going on,” Gia said. “I think, you know, she hangs out with the Summer House people a lot. She’s gotten close also with Jesse, hangs out with Kyle, and she’s just having fun.”
