According to court documents obtained by People, Victoria filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against the Vanderpump Rules alum after their breakup. The two dated from January 2024 to June 2026.

On Monday, July 6, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Victoria’s request for the temporary restraining order. However, the denial appears to be procedural for now, as Sandoval already has a domestic violence restraining order in place against Victoria.

Sandoval filed his restraining order request on June 25, and a judge granted it that same day. Because of that existing order, the judge ruled that Victoria’s petition cannot be considered until a properly noticed hearing is held.

Both parties’ competing restraining order requests are set to be heard on July 16.

A representative for Sandoval reacted to Victoria’s request being denied, saying, “It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied.”

The statement continued, “The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night, including footage showing Victoria punching Tom in the face.”

Sandoval’s rep also denied that he physically harmed Victoria.

“During their 2½-year relationship, Tom has made it clear he never physically harmed Victoria. Instead, he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior. He will show he was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse, and has substantial evidence documenting what he endured, which will be presented through the legal process.”

In her declaration, Victoria alleged that Sandoval routinely physically and verbally abused her during their relationship.

Victoria claimed the alleged abuse included Sandoval “shoving me down a flight of stairs in his home” and “pushing me to the ground at a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, while visiting my terminally ill grandfather.”

She also described a June 3 altercation as “violent.”

“I am fearful of my own wellbeing and the wellbeing of my father, who has also been the victim of [Sandoval’s] verbal and physical abuse, resulting in injuries requiring medical intervention to address,” Victoria claimed in the filing.

Victoria alleged that on June 3, Sandoval got into a “loud and erratic” argument with her father, J. Will Robinson. She said she began recording the incident on her phone because she feared for her safety and her father’s safety.

According to Victoria, Sandoval noticed she was recording and became angry.

“[Sandoval] noticed that I was recording, became incensed, and attacked me,” Victoria claimed. “He grabbed me and began twisting my arm, trying to gain control of my phone.”

Victoria said her father then stepped in after allegedly seeing Sandoval grab her.

“Witnessing his daughter being attacked by a man in a fit of rage, my father grabbed [Sandoval] from behind, pulled him off me, and immediately let him go,” Victoria claimed.

She alleged that Sandoval then “violently and maliciously” shoved her father into a lit fire pit, causing injuries including pain in his elbow and back, a fractured thumb and enthesopathy of the elbow.

Victoria claimed Sandoval then ran inside the house, and her father followed. She said her father punched a hole in the door “rather than hitting [Sandoval] but never entered.”

Victoria also alleged that Sandoval threatened to use a “handgun, two swords and a knife” during the June 3 incident.

Video footage from the incident was submitted with Victoria’s filing. Footage reviewed by People reportedly appears to show Sandoval pushing Victoria’s father, who then fell toward a fire pit, after her father grabbed Sandoval during a heated argument.

Victoria asked that any restraining order also protect her father.

“Based on this incident, as well as Mr. Sandoval’s previous physical and verbal attacks on me, I am scared that Mr. Sandoval will attempt to further injure my father in the future,” Victoria claimed.

Victoria further alleged that Sandoval insulted her, gaslit her and accused her of cheating in past relationships.

She also cited alleged incidents from August 30, 2025, and May 14 and 15, 2026.

Victoria claimed that on August 30, 2025, Sandoval “shoved” her down stairs after a verbal disagreement. She said she called police and reported the incident, but later recanted after learning Sandoval could be arrested and criminally charged.

“In hindsight, I regret this decision as the criminal prosecution of [Sandoval] may have prevented the subsequent abuse I endured at [his] hands,” Victoria claimed.

Victoria also alleged that she tried to end the relationship on May 5, but claimed Sandoval begged her not to leave.

“[Sandoval] told me that he wanted to build a life with me, and promised to change for the better. I agreed to stay, but things did not get better,” she claimed.

According to Victoria, during a May 14, 2026 trip to Nashville to visit her terminally ill grandfather, Sandoval allegedly called her a “coward” and “pushed me to the floor of the hotel hallway and locked me out of our room.”

She claimed that when she returned to the room, Sandoval had allegedly thrown her belongings into another room where her father was staying and locked the door, denying her access to the room.

The following day, Victoria alleged Sandoval verbally assaulted her, ransacked her personal belongings and private property, and elbowed her “hard” in the chest.

Victoria also addressed placing an AirTag in a Mercedes-Benz she and Sandoval co-lease. She claimed she did so to track down what she described as her “only form of personal transportation” because she alleged Sandoval “often hid” the vehicle and turned off its GPS locator to “deny me use of the vehicle and to control my movements.”

Sandoval previously obtained a restraining order against Victoria and her father following the June 3 incident. His team has maintained that he was the victim of abuse and says evidence will be presented through the legal process.

Victoria’s request for a temporary restraining order has been denied for now, but the court is expected to revisit the matter during the July 16 hearing.

For now, both sides are accusing the other of abuse, and the legal battle between Sandoval and Victoria is far from over.
