Rosie Woods DiMare is getting honest about what she has and has not done.

The Real Housewives of Rhode Island star responded to fan questions about her appearance over the weekend, making it clear that while she is very open to injectables, lasers and skin treatments, she has “never” gone under the knife.
Rosie took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, May 23, after receiving several questions from followers about her beauty routine.
“Lots of questions about the work I get done so here it is,” Rosie, 35, wrote. “Botox.. everywhere. If there’s a spot on my face that we can freeze.. I do it.”
Rosie then got specific about some of the less common areas where she gets Botox, explaining that she has tried it in “odd places.”
According to Rosie, those areas include “jelly rolls under my eyes, Nefertiti neck lift and Barbie tox in traps.”
The RHORI star also shared that she gets filler, but said she keeps it minimal.
Dimare said she gets “one full syringe” of lip filler once a year and has previously had chin and jaw filler.
“It’s mostly metabolized at this point,” she explained. “I don’t plan on doing more.”

Dimare added that she recently got a small amount of filler in her cheeks and temples to help with volume loss as she gets older.
“I got a little cheek/ temple filler a few weeks ago because as l age my face is hollowing out. But again just a little not very noticeable to [the] naked eye,” she said.
In addition to Botox and filler, Rosie said she stays on top of her skincare with regular treatments.
The Bravo star shared that she gets “monthly hydrafacials” and follows a “medical grade skin care plan.”
Rosie also revealed that there are a few treatments she is planning to try soon, including IPL laser, microneedling and Sculptra.
“IPL laser is great for dark spots. I plan to do my face and neck when I have a free week to recover,” Rosie wrote. “I’m planning on doing micro needling for texture soon too. Again I just need a few days of downtime to recover.”
Rosie added, “I really want to try sculptra to rebuild collagen so I’ll show you guys that when I do it.”
The RHORI star said she is also open to trying “any skin tightening laser” on her face in the future.
Rosie then joked that part of the change in her face has simply come from aging and weight loss.
“Big game changer was actually just losing baby fat in my face as I age,” she said. “And the Ozempic does also help with that lol.”
Rosie ended her post by telling followers she hoped the breakdown helped answer their questions.
While some Housewives stars are more private about what they do, Rosie seems happy to be transparent about her beauty routine. And according to her, the answer is lots of Botox, some filler, regular skincare and no plastic surgery.
