CAA, one of the largest and most prestigious talent agencies in the world, has officially signed the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star. For anyone unfamiliar, this is the same agency behind some of the industry’s biggest names, including Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, Zendaya, Tom Hanks, Reese Witherspoon, Selena Gomez, Jonah Hill, Chris Evans, Keanu Reeves, and so many more. Being welcomed into that roster is a massive milestone — and a clear signal that Hollywood is taking Gia seriously.

Gia’s signing comes after a huge year professionally. In November, she won Season 4 of Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, finishing as one of the last two recruits standing alongside Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson East. The victory marked a new level of visibility for Gia, who proved not only her physical strength but her determination and star power.

She’s also become a defining face of a new wave of younger reality talent. Her recent Bravo series, Next Gen NYC, didn’t just perform well — it became Bravo’s most-watched series premiere and season premiere of all time in MP+35 and shattered records on Peacock. For someone who started on Real Housewives as a child, the rise has been nothing short of explosive.

CAA will now guide her into the next phase of her career, seeking brand partnerships, strategic collaborations, paid campaigns, and new on-camera opportunities.

“Signing with CAA is a dream come true and the beginning of a brand-new chapter in my life,” said Giudice. “I’ve spent years growing up on camera, but this moment is about taking ownership of my story and building something of my own, as a host, creator, and entrepreneur.”

Gia also expressed gratitude to Karianne Fischbach, founder of Appian Entertainment, for opening the door to Special Forces, calling it a career turning point.

She will continue to be represented by Emily Blair Media for publicity.

For longtime viewers who watched Gia grow up on Real Housewives of New Jersey — from iconic moments as a kid to emotional family storylines — this is a major full-circle moment. Gia isn’t just Teresa Giudice’s daughter anymore. She’s a standalone star with the backing of one of the most powerful agencies in entertainment, and she’s entering her next chapter with momentum that even seasoned veterans would envy.
