Just days after making shocking allegations against her husband, reality star Kim Zolciak has once again called off her divorce from former NFL player Kroy Biermann.

In a dramatic turn of events, the couple—who have made headlines for their rocky relationship and financial troubles—jointly filed to dismiss their divorce case on February 21, according to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun. This marks the second time in under a year that the pair has reversed course on ending their marriage.
The dismissal comes just three days after Zolciak accused Biermann of serious misconduct, including “bouts of physical violence” and what she described as “extreme sexual promiscuity.” In court filings dated February 18, she alleged that Kroy suffered from an undiagnosed mental condition and asked for an emergency psychological evaluation, citing concerns about his behavior around their children.
“Father’s inability to refrain from disparaging Mother in front of and to the children, as well as his explosive temper, raises concerns that Father is suffering from an undiagnosed mental health disorder which may require follow-up or treatment,” she stated in the filing.

Zolciak also expressed fears that Kroy may be suffering from the long-term effects of repeated head trauma, referencing Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a degenerative brain condition often linked to professional football players. “Mother is gravely concerned about the Children’s best interests when left in the care of Father,” the documents continued.
This is not the first time divorce has been on the table for the couple. Kim originally filed for divorce in May 2023, only to call it off two months later, claiming the couple was still “engaging in marital activities.”
Their volatile relationship has played out publicly against a backdrop of escalating financial troubles. In December 2024, their Georgia mansion was sold at a foreclosure auction. Despite the sale, the couple reportedly continued living in the home until they were forcibly removed by U.S. Marshals on April 8, 2025. Court records reveal that four deputy marshals arrived at the property and confirmed that Kim and Kroy had been “ejected” from the residence.
Adding to the family’s tension, Kim’s daughter Ariana Biermann, 23, recently revealed on Bravo’s Next Gen NYC that her parents allegedly spent money she earned as a minor without her consent.
Zolciak and Biermann share four children together—Kaia, KJ, Kash, and Kane—in addition to Kim’s daughters from a previous relationship, Ariana and Brielle, whom Kroy adopted.
For now, it appears the couple is giving their relationship yet another try—but with this much turbulence, only time will tell whether this is truly the end of their divorce saga.
