Porsha Williams had such a good time filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip that she was not ready for the experience to end.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star opened up about filming the special Housewives crossover while speaking with PauseRewind’s Kevin Zelman, revealing that she enjoyed the experience so much that she wanted to keep traveling with the ladies.
“I didn’t want it to be over,” Porsha admitted. “Besides the fact that I needed to get back to my baby, I was just like, ‘Let’s bring PJ, you know, because like, let’s keep going.’”
Porsha, who shares daughter Pilar Jhena, affectionately known as PJ, with ex Dennis McKinley, explained that traveling through different Housewives cities gave her an entirely new appreciation for the franchise.
“We had so much fun in each city. Like when I tell you, it was just different,” Porsha said. “It felt like, as a fan of a lot of those cities, it felt like I was watching the show as I was sitting there.”
The special brings together Housewives from different franchises, giving viewers the opportunity to see women who would not normally film together interact while revisiting locations and personalities that helped make the franchise what it is today.
And while Porsha enjoyed every stop, one location stood out: Dorinda Medley’s iconic Bluestone Manor.
The Berkshires estate has become legendary among Bravo fans thanks to the unforgettable fights, emotional confrontations and chaotic group trips that took place there during The Real Housewives of New York City.
According to Porsha, bringing Housewives from multiple cities under one roof made the experience even more entertaining.
“Bluestone Manor was literally like many reunions all over the place,” she explained.
Porsha said different groups of women were having their own conversations and confrontations throughout the house, making it feel as though several Housewives reunions were happening simultaneously.
“I could just go to one room, and there’s like Salt Lake City having a reunion, Rhode Island’s having a reunion, and you know me, I’m just dipping into each one,” she recalled.
Naturally, Porsha was curious about everything happening around her.
“Like, what’s the tea? What’s going on?” she said. “It was really like that, but it was fun.”
