Milania Giudice is sharing another emotional message with her followers just days after publicly opening up about her mental health struggles.

The 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice took to Instagram on Wednesday, October 14, to thank everyone who has supported her during an incredibly difficult time in her life.
“I just wanted to start off and say thank you guys all so much for all the love and support you’ve been giving me,” Milania began. “It really makes my heart happy.”
Milania’s latest message comes just two days after she revealed that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and also struggles with depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.
In her October 12 video, Milania explained that she is currently receiving professional care at a treatment center and working on herself.
“I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders,” she said at the time.
Milania also apologized for some of her recent behavior and explained that she wants to use her platform differently moving forward. She said her goal has always been to help others and that she hopes sharing her experiences will encourage people facing similar challenges.
The last several months have been especially difficult for Milania.
In May, Milania was arrested following an alleged domestic dispute at her family’s New Jersey home. She was charged with simple assault and has pleaded not guilty.
Then, in July, Milania experienced the devastating loss of her childhood best friend, Victoria Zardoya. Her family has spoken openly about how deeply the loss affected her.
In September, Milania made headlines again after a heated confrontation involving Teresa and her older sister Gia Giudice at Tampa International Airport. Footage of the incident circulated publicly, prompting Teresa to speak out and ask for compassion and privacy as her daughter worked through her struggles.
When Milania finally addressed everything in her October 12 video, she admitted that the summer had hit her “like a bus” and that dealing with personal challenges while growing up in the public eye had been particularly difficult.

Now, Milania appears focused on the lessons she has learned throughout those experiences.
“If this summer taught me anything, it is to never judge anybody no matter what you see, what you hear. Never judge anybody,” she said in Wednesday’s video.
Milania continued, “It also taught me that life is all about sacrifice.”
She then spoke about the importance of empathy and how deeply she cares about the people closest to her.
“Empathy is a trait that I’ve personally always had,” she said. “When I love, I want to move mountains for you. When you’re upset, I’m upset. When you’re angry, I’m angry. I’m a ride-or-die friend. I’m ride or die for my family.”
Milania became visibly emotional as she reflected on her family’s ups and downs.
“I know that my family and I have had lots of ups and downs, but at the end of the day, my family is the greatest gift I’ve ever gotten,” Milania said before adding, “I’m going to start crying.”
Her words come after an outpouring of public support from the Giudice family.
Gia previously left an emotional message underneath Milania’s first video, revealing that she was crying while watching her younger sister speak so openly.
“I am so incredibly proud of you Milania,” Gia wrote. “You are in control of your life, your story, and your future, and I know you are going to inspire and help so many people along the way.”
Teresa also reminded Milania how much she is loved, commenting, “You have the biggest heart, I know,” before adding another message telling her daughter how much she loves her.
Joe Gorga assured his niece that the family would always be there for her, while Louie Ruelas, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, Jacqueline Laurita and several other Bravo personalities shared encouraging messages.
Even Margaret Josephs, who has had a longstanding feud with Teresa, showed Milania support by leaving praying hands and heart emojis beneath her video.
Milania’s father, Joe Giudice, has also publicly defended his daughter during this difficult period, describing her as someone with a big heart who loves deeply. Joe previously explained that Milania has been navigating tremendous grief following the loss of her close friend.
In her latest video, Milania continued encouraging people to show kindness rather than judge others based on what they see online.
“At the end of the day, having empathy for other people is honestly a beautiful thing,” she shared.
“I never judge anybody. I never try to put anybody down. Honestly, I’m the type of person that likes to lift everybody up because we need more of that in this world.”
Milania ended her message by reminding followers that people are often dealing with struggles the public knows nothing about.
“This world is very cruel, and a lot of people go through a lot of things,” she said. “Not everything is broadcast, so I would say I love you all and I’m really grateful for you all.”
