Rachel Zoe is heading into her next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with an open mind and a very simple attitude: the more, the merrier.
While speaking with Us Weekly as part of her partnership with Aflac’s Check for Cancer campaign, Rachel opened up about returning to RHOBH and filming with new diamond holders Leah Remini and Tracy Tutor.
“I’m all for it,” Rachel said of the new additions. “I mean, it’s just about the more the merrier. [I] love new people and you know, hopefully we can laugh a lot.”
Bravo confirmed in August that Leah Remini and Million Dollar Listing alum Tracy Tutor would be joining Season 16 of RHOBH.
The new season is expected to feature Rachel alongside Kyle Richards, Bozoma Saint John-Watson, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly.
Zoe, who is heading into another season as a Housewife, said she is trying not to overthink what is ahead.
“I’m kind of ready for anything,” Rachel teased. “I can only control what I do, right? Not what anybody else does or says. So I think it’s just like, close your eyes and jump kind of thing.”
When asked if she has any specific goals or intentions going into the new season, Rachel admitted that is not really her style.
“I just wing everything that I do, pretty much,” she said with a laugh. “Especially this. I mean, it’s kind of hard to preemptively do anything with reality.”
Rachel also shared that she is in a very happy place personally as she enters this new chapter.
“I’m probably the happiest I’ve been in forever,” she said.
The fashion designer explained that she is living with more freedom now and is focused on what really matters.
“I think I do live my life now with much more freedom in all areas,” Rachel explained. “I’m overall just really happy, but I also think that health takes precedence over everything, and certainly when it comes to my kids and my family and everything else.”
She added, “It’s sort of like, ‘OK, if you have your health sorted, everything else you can have fun with.’”
Rachel’s comments come as RHOBH gears up for another season with some major cast changes.
Leah’s addition has already sparked plenty of conversation, while Tracy brings another familiar Bravo face into the Beverly Hills mix.
