Teresa Giudice is teasing major drama with Vicki Gunvalson on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.
While attending the premiere party for the new RHUGT season, Teresa opened up to Entertainment Tonight about filming with her fellow Housewives icons, including Vicki, Lisa Barlow, Kyle Richards, Porsha Williams, Gizelle Bryant and Luann de Lesseps.
Although Teresa says she ultimately bonded with the cast, things with Vicki did not exactly start off smoothly.
“I have to say, I bonded the most with all of them. I really did,” Teresa said. “I mean, in the beginning, I was gonna flip a table on Vicki.”
Of course, Teresa’s table-flipping comment is a major throwback to one of the most iconic moments in Real Housewives of New Jersey history, when she flipped a table during Season 1.
Teresa clarified that she was not initially that angry with Vicki, but said the other women helped escalate the situation.
“But then, I really wasn’t, like, at first I wasn’t really that mad,” Teresa explained. “But then the other girls got me going, so I can’t wait for you guys to see how that plays out.”
The drama appears to stem from Vicki making a comment about taxes, which seemed to hit a nerve considering Teresa’s well-known legal history.
“I pay my taxes on time, all the time, no penalties, no interest, no nothing,” Vicki declared during the season.
Vicki also appeared to offer Teresa a “financial lesson,” which did not go over well.
Teresa previously served prison time after pleading guilty to fraud charges in 2014, and her legal past has remained one of the most talked-about storylines in RHONJ history. So it is no surprise that any conversation involving taxes or finances would immediately catch fans’ attention.
Despite the rocky start with Vicki, Teresa revealed that she connected strongly with Lisa Barlow while filming the trip.
“I would say my buddy was Lisa Barlow,” Teresa shared. “We clicked and we bonded. I love baby gorgeous.”
Teresa also explained that she felt protective in certain moments during the trip.
“Because I witnessed it,” Teresa said. “And I just don’t like anybody being talked to in any bad [way]. It’s very inappropriate.”
While Teresa is teasing RHUGT drama, she also gave fans a positive update on RHONJ Season 15.
After years of toxic cast division, the show was put on pause and reworked with a mix of returning cast members and new faces. Teresa says the new season felt very different.
“I guess when new people come on, they always feel like they have to go after the queen of New Jersey,” Teresa said. “So this time I feel like everybody [respected me], which, it was a good feeling.”
Teresa said she enjoyed getting to know the new cast and is excited for fans to see the refreshed dynamic.
“We were all getting to know each other, which I can’t wait for all the fans to see it because I’m really curious to see what they’re gonna think of it,” Teresa shared. “And I think they’re gonna love it.”
Teresa then made a bold prediction about the upcoming season.
“I think we’re gonna have like, 10 million views,” she added.
Between Teresa almost flipping a table on Vicki during Ultimate Girls Trip and claiming RHONJ Season 15 finally gives her the respect she deserves, fans may be getting a very different version of Teresa this year.
