Marcellus Wiley is firing back after his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, contacted police over an alleged restraining order violation just hours after his criminal case was dropped.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say Annemarie called police on Tuesday to report a potential domestic violence restraining order violation involving the former NFL star.

Officers reportedly responded to the former couple’s marital home in Los Angeles. Marcellus is currently barred from entering the home under the temporary restraining order.

However, authorities determined that no crime had been committed, and no arrests were made.

The police call came shortly after prosecutors in Florida dropped the domestic violence case against Marcellus, citing insufficient evidence.

Annemarie, who previously appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, filed for divorce from Marcellus and sought a restraining order days after the alleged assault.

Marcellus is now denying any wrongdoing and telling TMZ that Annemarie’s latest report is part of a pattern.

“At the time in question, I was with our children during a supervised visit with NO issues and NO violations,” Marcellus told TMZ. “Yet, once again, Annemarie is making allegations against me.”

Marcellus claimed this is not the first time Annemarie has tried to have him arrested for allegedly violating the restraining order.

“This marks the THIRD attempt to have me arrested for an alleged restraining order violation,” he said. “She’s now 0 for 3.”

He also suggested that the latest accusation came as public attention shifted following the dismissal of the Florida case.

“This latest accusation looks like a panic filled distraction from the facts that are getting impossible to ignore,” Marcellus said.

He continued, “The State of Florida dropped the case, and the public conversation quickly shifted toward questioning her allegations, contradictions, and gaslighting.”

Marcellus then accused Annemarie of creating a new allegation after the previous case fell apart.

“When one narrative collapses, another accusation suddenly appears,” he said.

He ended his statement by taking a direct shot at Annemarie.

“Welcome to another episode of ‘The Real HouseLies of Annemarie,’” Marcellus said. “Three attempts. Three failures. At some point, it stops looking like protection and starts looking like a pattern. #AnnemarieFatigue”

The latest development comes amid the former couple’s increasingly contentious divorce.

Annemarie previously made serious allegations against Marcellus in her divorce and restraining order filings, accusing him of abuse, financial control and intimidation. Marcellus has denied wrongdoing.

Now, with the Florida criminal case dropped and no arrest made following Annemarie’s latest police call, the legal battle between the former couple appears far from over.

As of now, the restraining order remains part of their ongoing divorce proceedings, while both sides continue to make very different claims about what has happened behind the scenes.
