Allie Eklund may be moving on from Steven McBee Jr. and apparently, she is keeping it in the Bravo family.
According to TMZ, the McBee Dynasty star was spotted grabbing lunch with Southern Charm bachelor Austen Kroll on Saturday at Perla’s in Austin, Texas.
The outlet obtained a photo of Allie and Austen together at the seafood restaurant, with witnesses claiming the two spent more than an hour together while smiling, laughing and having what appeared to be a deep conversation.
While the two reportedly seemed comfortable together, witnesses said there was no obvious PDA.
A source familiar with the situation told TMZ that Allie and Austen were “not on a date” and were simply catching up over lunch while Austen was visiting town. The source also claimed the two originally met at BravoCon in 2025. Allie came to BravoCon as a plus one to her then boyfriend Steven McBee Jr.
Sure, not a date. Just a casual Bravo lunch with one of Southern Charm’s most notorious bachelors after a very public breakup. Totally normal.
The sighting comes months after Allie’s messy split from Steven McBee Jr., which exploded publicly after Steven accused Allie of cheating during Stagecoach.
Allie denied the allegation and later shared several derogatory messages Steven allegedly sent her.
Steven eventually apologized for his language and said he was taking accountability for how he handled the breakup.
But the Austen sighting is only adding more fuel to the conversation around Allie, especially as McBee Dynasty fans continue questioning her intentions when it came to joining the show and dating Steven.
Allie’s relationship with Steven has been a major part of Season 3 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, but behind the scenes, her role on the show has also become a hot topic.
Kristi McBee previously called Allie a “paid actress” after alleging that the family believed the relationship was real, while later feeling like they had been played.
The controversy only grew after text messages surfaced suggesting that Allie and her manager pushed for more money before she would film.
According to Steven and the McBee family’s side, Allie allegedly demanded more money than several longtime women connected to the show, despite being newer to the family dynamic.
Allie was allegedly paid more than Galyna Saltkovska, Kacie Adkison and Jesse McBee’s wife, Alli McBee, even though those women had been part of the McBee world for years.
Kacie Adkison also previously claimed that Allie would not fly out to Kansas City to visit Steven or film until her contract was signed.
“I do remember she wouldn’t fly out to Kansas City to visit him/film until her contract was signed,” Kacie claimed in an Instagram comment.
Kacie also alleged that Steven fought hard to get Allie paid what she wanted.
“Steven and her manager had to fight for her to get paid whatever she or her manager was asking for,” Kacie wrote. “Steven was threatening to quit the show if they did not meet that number for her.”
Kacie added that all of this happened before Steven and Allie had even shared their first kiss.
“All of this was before they had even had their first kiss,” she claimed.
That is why fans have been questioning whether Allie was truly invested in Steven — or if McBee Dynasty was simply her Bravo launchpad.
Now, being spotted with Austen Kroll only months after her public breakup from Steven is not exactly helping the narrative.
Austen, of course, is no stranger to having his dating life become Bravo content. The Southern Charm star has had plenty of relationships and situationships play out on camera, making him one of Bravo’s most familiar bachelors.
