The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Teresa Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter appeared alongside her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, for a hearing related to her May 14 arrest. During the hearing, Milania entered a not guilty plea in her assault case.

According to footage of the hearing published by TMZ, prosecutors alleged that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of… a disorderly person’s offense.”

Page Six was the first to report the details from the hearing. People also reported that they reached out to Milania’s attorney for comment.

Milania was arrested on May 14 in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident, according to a law enforcement source previously cited by People. She was charged with simple assault and purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury.

Her next hearing is scheduled for August.

More than a month after the arrest, Milania addressed the situation publicly for the first time in a TikTok video posted on June 29.

“I have one thing to say — I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow,” Milania said in the video.

She also addressed a mugshot image that had been circulating online, saying the photo was “AI.”

“I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire,” Milania said. “I mean, nothing to be proud of, but… I made sure of that.”

Milania also reflected on the arrest and said she is focused on learning from the situation.

“I mean, it is what it is, s— happens in life,” she said. “It is what it is, you gotta learn from it, just become a better person and talk about it.”

She added that she “was not in a good area” in her life at the time.

“That happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me — just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t,” Milania continued.

She captioned the video, “Peace and love.”

Milania has grown up in the public eye, with RHONJ viewers watching her family’s life play out on television for years. As the legal process continues, she has entered a not guilty plea, and the case is expected to continue next month.
