Vicki Gunvalson is taking legal action.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star has filed a lawsuit against a financial advisor, claiming he defamed her, damaged her reputation and cost her money after allegedly encouraging a mutual client to sue her.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Vicki is suing Gary Vyneman and his financial management company. The OG of the OC claims Gary allegedly made false and misleading statements about her to a mutual client, Diane Field.
Vicki alleges that Gary convinced Diane that she had given her questionable financial advice and encouraged Diane to file a lawsuit against her.
Vicki has denied any wrongdoing.
According to the lawsuit, Vicki claims Gary’s statements were not true and ultimately led to her being sued for millions. She says his alleged comments damaged her reputation and caused her to lose future business.
Vicki is now countersuing Gary, claiming he made false statements about her and interfered with her professional reputation.
The RHOC star maintains that she made the right decisions when it came to Diane’s money and denies that she mishandled anything.

This lawsuit comes after Vicki was previously hit with a financial elder abuse lawsuit involving Diane Field. Vicki is now claiming Gary’s alleged statements helped fuel that lawsuit and caused significant harm to her name and business.
Vicki is seeking unspecified damages.
As longtime RHOC fans know, Vicki has built much of her career around her insurance and financial services business. Her work ethic and career have been major parts of her storyline since the very beginning of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Now, Vicki is fighting back legally and making it clear she believes her reputation was unfairly damaged.
The case remains ongoing.
