Porsha Williams is teasing major chaos for The Real Housewives universe.
While speaking with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet at the 2026 BET Awards, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star opened up about wrapping the latest RHOA reunion and gave fans a sneak peek at the highly anticipated Real Housewives 20th anniversary special.
“I just wrapped up the reunion,” Porsha said of the latest season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
But it was the anniversary special that had her especially excited.
“It’s gonna be crazy. When I tell you the 20th anniversary of the entire franchise of ‘Real Housewives’ is gonna be insane,” Porsha revealed. “It’s pretty iconic.”
The special, titled The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, is expected to bring together Housewives from across the franchise in celebration of 20 years of Bravo’s most iconic reality TV universe.
One of the biggest surprises is the return of NeNe Leakes, who is making her first appearance on Bravo in six years following her departure from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Although reports had already surfaced that NeNe would be part of the special, Porsha said the Housewives themselves did not know she was coming until she unexpectedly arrived on set.
That surprise alone is enough to make the special must-watch TV for longtime Bravo fans. NeNe remains one of the most iconic Housewives of all time, and her return to the network after years away is a major moment for the franchise.
Porsha originally expected most of the drama to come from the principal cast members traveling together through nine cities. But according to her, the real chaos came from the larger group of Housewives involved throughout the special.
Porsha said the roughly 80 Housewives featured in the project “are really having the drama.”
She also teased that several franchises brought memorable moments, but one city in particular shocked her.
“You’re gonna see ‘Salt Lake,’ you’re gonna see ‘Beverly Hills,’ when I tell you ‘Orange County’ is probably the craziest,” Porsha said.
Porsha admitted she did not expect The Real Housewives of Orange County cast to steal the spotlight, but said one party during that part of the trip was so wild that it affected her hearing.
“Like I couldn’t even hear, so I had to take a day to get to Beverly Hills to prepare,” she recalled.
The tease is already raising expectations for the special, especially with so many Housewives from different cities crossing paths. Between Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Salt Lake City, Orange County and NeNe’s surprise return, the 20th anniversary celebration sounds like it will be packed with drama, nostalgia and plenty of unexpected moments.
