According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been ordered to pay Pittman $2,218 per month in child support as part of their divorce agreement.

The documents state that Sidora’s gross monthly income is $38,260.40, while Pittman’s gross monthly income is $27,449.00.

Under the agreement, Pittman will be responsible for providing medical, dental, vision and hospitalization insurance for the children he shares with Sidora. Any expenses not covered by insurance will be split evenly between the former couple.

Sidora is expected to begin making child support payments on Wednesday, July 1. The $2,218 monthly payment will be split into two installments, with half due on the first day of the month and the other half due on the 15th.

The order will continue monthly “until the oldest child becomes 18 years of age, dies, marries or otherwise becomes emancipated, except that if the child becomes 18 years of age while enrolled in and attending secondary school on a full time basis, then such support shall continue until the child completes secondary school provided that such support shall not be required after the child attains 20 years of age.”

The divorce decree also addresses the former couple’s Atlanta home.

According to the documents, Pittman will be awarded “exclusive ownership, possession, title and interest” in the property. He has 45 days from the order being filed to pay Sidora $145,054.12 for her portion of the net equity in the home.

Representatives for Pittman did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment, while representatives for Sidora declined.

Earlier this month, a judge ruled that Sidora could remain in the Georgia mansion after a previous order required her to vacate the property. According to court documents previously obtained by TMZ, Sidora was originally required to leave the marital home by May 31, but she was later allowed to stay while the divorce was being finalized.

At the time, a rep for Sidora told PEOPLE, “I’m grateful for the court’s decision and appreciative that my children and family can continue to have stability during this process.”

The statement continued, “My focus remains on being the best mother I can be, continuing my work, and moving forward with grace, faith, and positivity. I’m thankful for the support I’ve received and look forward to this next chapter centered on family, healing, and new opportunities.”

Sidora also addressed the divorce process during an interview with TMZ, calling it “an ongoing process.”

“I am trusting in the court system to do their job. We’re still not finalized, but I’m just trusting the process,” she said.

While Sidora could not share details of the settlement at the time, she told TMZ, “I just want what’s fair.”

“I’m not jaded, I’m not bitter, I want to be a great mother, focus on my kids,” she added.

Sidora and Pittman share son Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8. Sidora is also mom to son Josiah, 14, from a previous relationship.

The former couple’s divorce has been a major part of Sidora’s recent Real Housewives of Atlanta storyline, with viewers watching the breakdown of their marriage play out on camera.

Now, as the divorce moves toward finalization, the court has laid out the child support arrangement, the payment schedule and what happens with the family home.

And according to the latest order, Sidora will pay Pittman $2,218 per month in child support, split between payments on the 1st and 15th of each month.
