Jill Zarin’s pickleball drama is officially headed to court from both sides.
The Real Housewives of New York alum is suing her former business partner Noah Springer after he filed a lawsuit against her last month over their pickleball paddle testing company, Pickle Pro Labs.
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Jill claims Noah is damaging the company by allegedly sharing sensitive business information and making promises that could hurt Pickle Pro Labs’ reputation.
Jill says Noah is an investor who owns a 25 percent stake in Pickle Pro Labs, a company that provides paddle testing and certification services for professional pickleball leagues in the United States and internationally.
In her lawsuit, Jill claims Noah told a sponsored professional pickleball player that their paddle would be tested and that certification results would be provided “in a couple days.”
Jill argues that the timeline was unrealistic based on the company’s testing standards and claims the comment could threaten Pickle Pro Labs’ reputation for independence and procedural integrity.
According to TMZ, Jill says the company’s value depends on its reputation for being independent, impartial, confidential and procedurally sound. She claims Noah’s alleged behavior put all of that at risk.
Jill also accuses Noah of showing a broader pattern of sharing non-public, confidential and commercially sensitive Pickle Pro Labs information with pro players, paddle manufacturers and others outside normal business channels.
She claims she has heard multiple concerns about Noah’s conduct.
This lawsuit comes after Noah sued Jill last month, accusing her of allegedly cutting him out of the company’s earnings and selling Pickle Pro Labs’ paddle testing device through a new company.
Now, Jill is responding with a lawsuit of her own.
Jill is seeking damages and wants a court order blocking Noah from disclosing sensitive company information in the future.
Noah’s legal team is pushing back hard against Jill’s claims.
Legal counsel for Noah Springer told TMZ, “Mr. Springer remains focused on holding Ms. Zarin and Mr. Brody accountable for their mismanagement of Pickle Pro Labs, and he will vigorously defend against this transparent attempt to divert attention from their own misconduct.”
The legal battle marks another unexpected chapter for Jill, who has built several business ventures since her time on RHONY. Pickleball has exploded in popularity in recent years, and Pickle Pro Labs appears to be part of the growing business around equipment testing, certification and professional play.
But what started as a business partnership has now turned into a messy court fight.
Noah is accusing Jill of cutting him out financially, while Jill is accusing Noah of threatening the company’s reputation and sharing confidential information.
For now, the ball is back in Noah’s court, and Jill is making it clear she is ready to fight this one legally.
