Ciara Miller did not hold back when explaining why she thinks Amanda Batula and West Wilson might actually make it as a couple.

During the Summer House Season 10 reunion, Ciara faced off with her ex boyfriend West and former best friend Amanda after the two confirmed their romance earlier this year. The situation has rocked the cast, especially since Amanda was once one of Ciara’s closest friends and West previously dated Ciara before the two appeared to reconnect while filming last summer.

In the final moments of Tuesday’s episode, Ciara gave a brutal explanation for why Amanda may be the right fit for West.

“She’s very mute, she’s gonna be that weak figure that he needs and he can always be the star in the relationship,” Ciara stated.

Miller then added, “So I actually think maybe it could work.”

The comment appeared to hit Amanda hard, as she leaned toward West and wiped away tears. Amanda’s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, quickly stepped in to defend her.

“That was a little harsh,” Kyle told Ciara.

Miller fired back, “That’s your wife. She’s not my wife.”

Kyle then told Miller that while she had every right to feel hurt, hearing Amanda described that way was difficult for him.

“You have every right to feel the way that you feel, but that was hard for me to hear,” Kyle replied.

The reunion centered heavily around Amanda and West’s relationship, which the cast accused them of hiding for weeks. Ciara and Kyle were both blindsided by the romance, making the fallout even more intense.

Miller, who dated West in 2023, claimed she was rekindling things with him while filming last summer. Meanwhile, Amanda and Kyle announced their separation in January before Amanda and West confirmed in March that they were exploring a romantic connection.

During the reunion, Ciara exposed private text messages between herself and Amanda from when rumors about Amanda and West first started spreading. In the messages, Ciara asked Amanda whether anything was happening with West, but Amanda insisted they were only spending time together as friends.

Amanda and West defended the timeline of their relationship, claiming they first kissed “at the end of February” after brunch with some of the cast. They also said they did not sleep together until after they released their joint statement confirming the romance in March.

When Andy Cohen asked who made the first move, West explained how things shifted between them.

“When we were out I kinda looked at Amanda and said, ‘Am I kinda crazy or is something going on here?’” West said.

Amanda admitted she should have handled things differently and acknowledged that she should have been more honest with Miller from the beginning.

“Maybe I should have said from the get-go, ‘I don’t know what’s going on, I’m having feelings for someone that I shouldn’t have feelings for, I don’t know what to do about it,’” Amanda told Miller.

But for Miller, the damage was already done.

The betrayal cut deep because Ciara and Amanda had a years long friendship, while Miller and West had their own complicated romantic history. From Ciara’s point of view, Amanda not only crossed a line by developing feelings for West, but also misled her when asked directly about it.

Ciara has already made it clear that she does not see a path forward with Amanda. And her reunion comments made it obvious that she is no longer holding back.

While Amanda and West tried to explain their connection, Ciara’s final read of their relationship may be the moment fans remember most. According to Ciara, Amanda and West may work not because they are a perfect love story, but because Amanda will not challenge him.
