Larsa Pippen is weighing in on Lisa Hochstein’s recent legal trouble, and she’s making it clear she would never take things that far.
Lisa was recently arrested following allegations that she and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, placed a hidden recording device in her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein’s car during their contentious divorce. According to reports, the device allegedly captured private conversations without consent, leading to felony charges tied to unlawful recording.
Speaking on Two T’s in a Pod, Larsa admitted she was caught off guard by the situation, especially given how long ago the alleged incident took place.
“I was really shocked when I heard about the Lisa situation because I feel like so much time had gone by. We talked about this allegation years ago on our show. Alexia brought it up.”
She also pointed out that the incident itself isn’t new.
“The listening device put on his, I think it was Rolls Royce, happened three years ago.”
When it comes to the details of the case, Larsa admitted she doesn’t know everything, but some of what she’s heard doesn’t add up to her.
“I have no idea. I don’t know, but it’s kind of crazy because allegedly the listening devices were ordered on his Amazon account. I heard that if you want to be a spy, would you really do on Amazon? Would you just not wear a hat and glasses and go into like a spy store.”
Still, she acknowledged that emotions can run high during a divorce, especially when trust is broken.
“I feel like there’s been times when a lot of people that are going through a divorce they would love to be able to listen to what their exes are planning on.”
When asked directly if she thinks that may have been Lisa’s motivation, Larsa didn’t hold back.
“I mean, I mean, why else would you do it? If you have a boyfriend, you have a full on living boyfriend, you know why else? I don’t know. I mean, honestly, it’s like, I would never do that. I’d be so scared to do that. That’s it’s it’s doing a lot.”
Beyond the legal drama, Larsa also opened up about where she currently stands with Lisa — and suggested their friendship has changed over time.
“You know, I think we could coexist or not great, but I think we could coexist. And obviously, like look at all the stuff that’s coming out right now. You know, I hate when I’m like, the signs were all there. All the signs were there, like this wasn’t a healthy relationship in my opinion.”
She added that their dynamic shifted noticeably during Lisa’s divorce.
“But I feel like, you know, Lisa changed her and I used to be so close, we would do everything together, we had so much fun together. Right one day, it just seemed like she just changed, you know, she wasn’t as fun, wasn’t as like, you know.”
Larsa also shared her perspective on how Lisa handled her split, suggesting she may have benefited from taking more time for herself.
“But you know, I think that when you’re when you first get divorced and you have young kids, it’s probably better just to go and be on your own and figure out who you are. Yeah, you know, you’re kind of confused. You don’t know you know who you are, what you want to be, what your goals are, and I think your kids really need you. And that was kind of like what I had hoped for her when her money broke up, like go get your own place.”
With legal issues now front and center, Larsa’s comments add another layer to the already messy situation, one that continues to unfold both in and out of the spotlight.
