Lisa Hochstein is facing serious legal trouble alongside her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden after new details surfaced in an arrest warrant tied to her divorce from Lenny Hochstein.

According to a March 17 arrest warrant, obtained by People, Lisa and Jody allegedly placed a hidden recording device inside Lenny’s car in 2023 without his knowledge or consent.
The warrant claims that on March 10, 2023, Lisa borrowed Lenny’s silver Mercedes Benz GLS 600 Maybach, allegedly telling him she was considering purchasing one herself. She returned the vehicle two days later — but weeks after that, Lenny reportedly discovered a suspicious device under the driver’s seat.
“It was covered in tape which, upon learning the nature of the device, the victim suspected was used to secure it under the seat and out of view,” the warrant states.
After finding the device, Lenny alerted his legal team, who brought in experts. Investigators were allegedly able to recover recordings — including one that reportedly captured Lisa and Jody placing the device.
“One of the last recordings… depicts Lisa Hochstein and Glidden holding a discussion and the distinct sound of a device… being wrestled into place,” per the warrant. At one point, Lisa can allegedly be heard saying, “Done.”
Authorities say the device later recorded Lenny’s private conversations, including discussions about Lisa, their children, finances, and even his medical practice.
The warrant further claims that Jody had purchased “two devices of the exact same make and model” months earlier, adding to suspicions that the act was premeditated.
“Your Affiant has reason to believe… Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden, working together, installed the hidden recorder… without the victim’s knowledge or consent,” the warrant concludes.
Both Lisa and Jody are now facing felony charges related to the interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
Lisa turned herself in on April 15 and was booked in Miami-Dade County before being released on a $5,000 bond. She has pleaded not guilty. Jody was arrested days earlier on April 12, also posted bond, and has entered a not guilty plea while requesting a jury trial.

Lisa’s attorney pushed back on the case, calling it a legal overreach.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” her attorney said.
The allegations stem from Lisa and Lenny’s highly publicized divorce, which began in 2022 and was finalized in 2024 after years of disputes over finances and custody.
