Kyle Richards is opening up about where things really stand with Mauricio Umansky, and it sounds like the door isn’t fully closed.

Nearly three years after confirming their separation, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed that conversations about their future are still happening, even if nothing is decided yet.
“The million dollar question… I mean, I’m asked that all the time by everybody,” Kyle said on the Bossticks podcast.
She made it clear that their current situation won’t stay in limbo forever.
“We will not always stay in this gray area.”
In fact, Kyle admitted that discussions about what comes next have picked up recently.
“And there has been more talks about that as of recently, I will say.”
Still, she acknowledged that the longer they remain separated, the more complicated a reconciliation becomes.
“The longer things go on like this, it seems harder to think about how do you come back from this.”
Kyle also shared how difficult it’s been to accept the shift in their relationship after nearly three decades together.
“I think both of us, it’s hard to accept or acknowledge because it is such a big part of our identities being married so long.”

Despite the uncertainty, the two have maintained a sense of normalcy when it comes to their family.
“We’ve kept it so normal,” she explained, noting that while their daughters are a priority, it’s not just about them.
“I could say ‘for the kids,’ but it’s not just for them… it’s for us too.”
