The tension between Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards is clearly far from over.

On the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Dorit opened up about the moment she learned Kyle had been discussing her behavior with Bozoma “Boz” Saint John behind her back. And according to Dorit, the whole situation left her feeling like she had been completely played.
The drama stems from a phone call Richards had with Boz while the group was recently spending time together in the Hamptons. During that conversation, Kyle expressed concern about Dorit’s behavior amid her ongoing split from husband Paul “PK” Kemsley, suggesting that Dorit had been acting “manic.”
Kyle pointed to things like Dorit being late for a flight, spending what she felt was too much money while shopping, and generally seeming scattered during the trip.
But Dorit isn’t buying Kyle’s explanation that the comments came from a place of concern.
From Dorit’s perspective, if Kyle truly cared, she would have brought the issue directly to her face instead of discussing it with someone else while they were all together.

“I think she’s doing it to make me look bad,” Dorit theorized about Kyle. “I think she’s putting it out there. I think she went around to everybody in the group, so everybody would have that thought planted in their mind. And I think that when the conversation came up, she would not be the one saying I’m the only one who thinks it.”
Dorit also pointed out that the timing of the conversation made the situation even more frustrating, considering she and Kyle had just spent several days together during the cast trip.
“I have an issue with ‘friends’ that are concerned, yet they don’t bring the concern to me,” Dorit explained to Boz. “We just spent four days together in the Hamptons, 24/7 for four days. And she’s having a conversation 3,000 miles away with someone, as opposed to sitting down at any point in those four days.”
Boz, however, told Dorit on the After Show that she believed Kyle’s concern seemed genuine. Still, Dorit remained skeptical about Kyle’s intentions and suggested the whole situation made her look foolish.
She later vented about the dynamic in a confessional.
“Again, I find myself the token moron, the token idiot, who actually believed that Kyle and I … were in a good place. She’s brilliant at making me feel that, but what she’s doing behind my back is something completely different.”
The drama comes at an already stressful time for Dorit, who has been navigating a contentious divorce from PK. The couple separated in 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage, and much of the fallout has played out publicly while filming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
During the episode, once Dorit returned home from the Hamptons trip, Boz stopped by to check in and fill her in on the FaceTime conversation she had with Kyle — a moment that clearly reignited tensions between the longtime friends.
And if Dorit’s reaction is any indication, their friendship may be far more fractured than viewers realized.
