According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star alleges Todd has been living in her Atlanta guest house without contributing financially — while also refusing to help cover expenses related to their children.

In the filing, Kandi says the guest house is her personal property that she purchased before the marriage. Since their separation, she claims Todd has not paid “a single expense” tied to the home, including utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control or the alarm system.

The dispute extends beyond housing. Kandi alleges Todd has not provided financial support for their children, Ace and Blaze, despite attending their birthday parties and presenting himself publicly as an active father. She claims he refused to contribute to party costs and has not helped pay for tuition, school fees or supplies.

Kandi describes herself in the filing as the primary caregiver, saying a nanny assists with day-to-day responsibilities while she balances her career. She has been working in New York on Broadway since November 2025 but says she has been flying back and forth to remain involved in her children’s lives.

She is now asking a judge to order Todd to pay child support, share expenses and establish a formal parenting schedule.

Todd’s legal team has not publicly responded to the allegations.
