Denise Richards’ estranged husband Aaron Phypers is once again making headlines — this time after his family revealed they’ve been evicted from the Los Angeles mansion he once shared with the actress and are now publicly asking for help.
Aaron’s mother, Patricia Phypers, launched a GoFundMe page claiming the family is desperate after a Los Angeles court ruled in favor of the landlord and granted possession of the $3.3 million home. In an emotional plea, Patricia framed the situation as both financial and deeply personal.
“Please Help My Son Aaron,” she wrote on the fundraiser page, describing herself as “a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives.” She added that she is “a mother and a grandmother begging the public for help.”
Patricia didn’t hold back when detailing how she believes Aaron’s life has unraveled. “My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him,” she claimed.
According to Patricia, the most painful part of the situation isn’t the eviction itself, but Aaron’s separation from Denise’s adopted daughter Eloise, whom he is currently fighting for custody of. Eloise, 14, was adopted by Richards prior to her relationship with Aaron, though he has claimed he raised her as his own and has accused Denise of failing to file his adoption paperwork.
“The deepest wound is the loss of his daughter,” Patricia wrote, referring to Eloise. “She was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him … and from us … without truth, without justice, without mercy.”
Patricia also alleged she played a major role in keeping the household running during the marriage, claiming she stepped in when Richards needed help. “I was brought in to hold a collapsing home together — 36 dogs, 5 cats, endless responsibilities, all hidden from the landlord,” she wrote.
She said that during that time, she personally cared for Eloise while Richards was away. Patricia claimed she looked after the teen “for weeks” by “loving her, protecting her” and “giving her stability while my Daughter in-law travelled.” She also alleged, “I even cared for her older daughters’ cats because they wouldn’t bother.”
According to Patricia, Aaron was the backbone of the household until everything fell apart. She claimed he “carried the entire household,” only to be “cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.”
“No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him,” she alleged.
As the eviction becomes final, Patricia said she and her son have exhausted all options. She claimed her pension is now “gone” and that the family has nowhere left to turn.
“Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise,” she begged. “Your support may be the only thing that saves him.”
She signed the post, “With a breaking heart, Patricia Phypers,” and thanked those who had already donated. As of Sunday evening, the GoFundMe had raised just $35 toward its $30,000 goal.
