As The Real Housewives of Potomac kicks off its milestone 10th season, Wendy Osefo is taking a moment to reflect, not just on the show’s legacy, but on the personal growth she’s experienced during her time on the cast.

Now entering her sixth season, Osefo opened up to Deadline about one of the most unexpected developments: her evolving friendship with Gizelle Bryant.
“For any show to be on air and to be successful for 10 seasons is a historic feat and [it] should be commended,” Wendy shared. “I joined the franchise in Season 5, and just to think of how far we have come as a franchise, and to be in double digits – I was just excited to be a part of what will go down in history as an iconic season.”
But while the franchise itself has hit major milestones, it’s Wendy’s personal dynamics that may surprise longtime fans. Her once-contentious relationship with Gizelle Bryant has taken a turn — in a good way.
“I’ve gotten to a place where we’re able to talk to each other whenever we hit a rough patch and then still be able to have fun,” Wendy said of Gizelle. “I think that’s really important in any friendship. You’re going to have rough patches and you’re going to have hiccups, but it’s how you bounce back from that. It has been an interesting journey to be on with her.”

It’s clear that for Wendy, the key isn’t avoiding conflict — it’s learning how to navigate it and come out stronger on the other side.
